Tire was low and Kurt Hollinshead got me in right away. It had a nail in it. Fixed it. Pomps is the only place I go. Kurt is honest and reliable.

The firestone tires ride nice, no loud hums or creaks. Brought vehicle to garage to have brakes looked over, and they said that the tires were over-torqued and they loosen them for safety reasons. Make sure to ask if theyre torqued properly before leaving Pomps. Other than that Id recommend them for people looking for an all-season choice.

Excellent service...was on vacation in the upper peninsula with our 30 travel trailer, woke up the morning we were supposed to check out of our campsite and found that the truck tire had picked up a nice piece of metal somewhere along the way, so I had a leak situation but I wasnt about to tow with that going on, check out time was fast approaching and luckily I found Pomps, they got me in right away and patched it fast, and if it was worse and I needed a tire, they were the only ones that had my tire in stock.

I had to visit Pomps Tire Service for a blown out tire. It was a rental car and the company required the replacement tire to be the same as the rest of the set.Unfortunately, there wasnt a matching tire that day and I could not wait in town for a few days for the tire to be delivered so I ended up not replacing anything. Still, the guys took a look at the damage and alignment without any charge.Free service aside, the guys at Pomps super nice and fast. I would definitely visit here for regular service if I lived around the area.

You can always go for a walk. End up at the lake. Cut down a birch tree. Make a canoe. Do a couple laps.Ok. Your tire is probably ready.

Went to Pomps tire in Marquette Michigan to get a front and rear alignment. I had told the guys there that when I pulled in I could hear something scraping. The mechanic came out and told me that the outer tie rods I just had installed at a different dealerships were put on the wrong side causing my rim to rub on the tie rods. He immediately corrected the situation and aligned my car in record time. It now drives like a dream. I couldnt be more pleased and thankful. Thanks to all the people at Pomps of Marquette for making this a great experience.

Pomps is such a great place to get work done and they never rip you off. Service happens when scheduled (or earlier if you drop your car off the night before). Anthony seems to be a main coordinator in Marquette, and hes so straight forward and helpful its like having a brother in the business. Nothing rattles him and he just makes the schedule work. During Covid I can confirm there are masks all around and the reception area is set up for safety.

These guys are great! We were traveling through the area and had a vibration in our SUV. After balancing the tires they recognized that one of the tires was the wrong size. The vehicle had been serviced multiple times by other tire stores and it was never caught.They had the proper tires in stock and replaced them. The pricing was very good, comparable to online ordering of tires.I highly recommend them!

Edit (12/29/20): Had my truck in for a new set of tires yesterday, they had them on for my in just under two hours. Prices are a little high, but their service is top notch. Went in to change out my tires they listened well to me they gave me a good deal on a sway bar they didn’t take advantage of me because I am a woman which I appreciate and I also got my front end aligned and they squeeze me in on their schedule after needing an emergency a change on the tires and they even dispose of the tires for me and only cost about $222 which is a very fair price for labor and parts I did have the tires with me though

They were great! Worked to get me in as early as possible. Switched over my tires within an hour. Let me add an oil change last minute as well. Great service and nice people.

I got a flat driving through Marquette 450 miles from home and the guys at Pomps went above and beyond to put on a new tire and get me back on the road after they had already closed for the day. I cant recommend them enough!
