Very thorough vehicle service. I purchased a used vehicle and it shook at highway speeds. There was also a lite intermittent squeak from the rear of the vehicle. I didnt mention this when they serviced the vehicle. During the initial test drive the technician heard the noise. He found one of the emergency brake shoes was out of position and corrected the problem. He also balanced the wheels. I had planned on investigating the problem. I typically do the minor mechanical maintenance on my vehicles. The service charge was $45.00. I asked if this amount covered the additional time spent on the brake issue and offered to compensate them. The tech said it didnt take much longer than a normal balancing and refused additional payment.

We were in the area for vacation and woke up the morning before we had to leave with a screw in our tire. It was a Saturday at 11am we called Willeys to see if they could fit us in before they closed at noon, Willeys got us in fixed our tire and were out the door in a half hour with a great price. Now we are able to drive home 7 hours comfortably. Thank you Willeys!!

Great great customer service. We had a flat tire. Crazy Carl and Mike squeezed us in and made it happen so that we can get back to Chicago safely. Super friendly staff.

Wow! I am blown away by the excellent service, prices and how quickly my new tires got put on! It only took about 30 minutes for them to put brand new tires on. Ive never had it done in under an hour at anywhere else. There is plenty of parking and did I mention the great customer service? I highly recommend doing business with Willeys! Mike was outstanding and all the other guys were very friendly, too.

We were from out of town and needed a flat repaired and mounted on our car. We were towing a camper and needed a place to park it while the work was done. No problem at Willeys. The work was done to perfection in a timely manner and the charge was very fair. High marks from us.

My family has been going to Willeys tire shop for years. They do great work and are reliable. Even with mistakes, they own them and do what they must to make corrections. Its a great team of guys.

Their phone is not working due to issues with the phone co and they dont return a call when you send a email with your phone number in it. waited for them to call me and they never did . I finally reached them by phone after noon. I have a flat tire on my car and its 11/28/16 and they told me they have no openings until 12/06. I wont be back .. need to find a place that answers calls and doesnt have problems with their phones and a way to contact them .

I had a wonderful experience. They got me in as soon as I got there. (Had good tv) respectful and extremely nice. Plus they had the lowest prices out 6 places I called. 10/10 would recommend.

Very helpful service. We needed an immediate tire replacement, they could order 1-2 days, but gave us names of other local shops to check as well. No one had in stock immediately, but they helped lead us to getting it fixed next day.

We were stuck in our rv and they were just closing so we had to wait until monday (2 1/2 days) in a parking lot...we went for a walk around town had a nap and before you knew it they were back 4 hours later and they put 2 new tires on and we talked for a while and we left....best of all it was on their wedding anniversary.so big thanks to willeys tires for helping us out

Our son lost a trailer tire somewhere past Seney on a Friday afternoon heading back up to school. He had a spare but we were worried that the other tire may go and wanted a new reliable tire going into the weekend. Mike and his team offered to stay late to replace the damaged tire, install that new tire on the trailer, and inspect the job my son did changing the first blow out. Mike even made calls to other tire service companies along the route in case my son couldnt make it as far as Marquette. Outstanding customer service and commitment to helping out even if it meant possibly losing a sale. My son made it Willeys and was taken care of after hours. Thank you Mike and team at Willeys.

Had to have our break lines replaced on short notice and under a time crunch. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, let my girlfriend look at the actual ruptured lines and broke down the pricing by exactly what each expense was. Makes me wish we had a good place like this down in Grand Rapids!!!(Also, unrelated to actual service, someone there is a nerd and they have a Shutocon award sitting out. Almost want to ask who the cosplayer is ahaha)

If it would let me there would be no stars for them. Purchased 4 Cooper tires from them 15 months ago. Two have gone bad at different times and needed to be replaced and they wont honor the warranty. Will never go back.
