My boyfriend and I were on vacation in Marquette, Michigan when my Jeep started to smell like burning rubber. We called around and Quality Car Care Center got us in on short notice as we were only going to be in town for a couple more days. We are so grateful because of them we were able to have a safe trip home. I would highly recommend using them for their quick, courteous, and affordable auto care.

They were one of the few places who took my vehicle when it broke down and needed a tow. They got it fixed within the week. Good communication from them.

Ended up cracking my A-arm on my snowmobile and was in a tough spot. Called up Jeff and he was awesome. Said he would take a look at it and away it went to the shop. This guy saved my snowmobile trip.

Great service! I had a leaking tire and needed repaired ASAP. They told me to drop the car off and they would get to it same day. Done in several hours, they texted to let me know it was ready, and beyond reasonably priced, I was expecting it to be a lot more. Grateful to have such a great local service center!

Was able to make an appointment online which is really helpful since I work all day and cannot make phone calls. It took them a little longer than I would have liked to get the oil change done (about an hour) and they didnt give me any kind of run down of other work that may need to get done like other shops in town do. In fact, they didnt even ask what kind of oil I usually put in. The location is very nice, you can go get a donut or sandwhich at the bakery next door while you wait.

I went in for an oil change and to get a coolant leak fixed. The friendly staff was very efficient and honest. The price was high, but I dont mind paying for this kind of quality! Very clean. Will be recommending this place!

My daughter called on a Thursday night from the Taco Bell parking lot that her car died while in the drive thru. Considering I am 8 hours away and she is a NMU student this was a first for both of us. She called AAA and they towed it here because it is a preferred vendor. They replaced the alternator, battery, and the belt on her 2003 Nissan Murano. Due to the location of the alternator it is time consuming fix. They were done a day early! Happy daughter and mother. Thank you to Mike and the rest of the crew.

Had a front end issue and broke down near the shop. They told me it would be about 7-10 days and called me later with a quote. They beat their quote and were finished in half the time. Prices seem fair and I dont have any issues with their work.

First time taking my vehicle here. Needed a front end alignment extremly bad. I arrived and was greeted immediately by Mike and the vehicle was taken back within minutes! They were very friendly and speedy. They did a really great job! The mechanic answered ALL of my questions I had and explained everything he did. The waiting area had fresh coffee and local chanels on the tv. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Had a speedy repair experienced. The two front counter men also gave good advice and helpful reminders to keep our vehicles in good repair.

At first they were nice however I was having an issue where my car was stalling. At first they thought it was a radiator hose which they fixed however my car still stalled. They stated that the engine must of been damaged and wanted to put a new engine in. I took my car to international autohaus, where the problem was fixed. Not too happy they wanted me to get a new engine.

I love this shop! Every member of the staff is outstanding! They are kind, curtious, trustworthy and very knowledgeable.

For many years I thought that QCC was the best company in the county for repairs and installations. But about a year ago I had a very difficult lift kit that I just didnt have the tools to do. QCC quoted me 500 so I said no problem lets do it. Later they called to say it will be more because the kit is really becoming a problem, hence why I brought to professionals. I said thats no problem just let me know when its all good. The lift turned out amazing! I love it. But I thought it was weird when I wasnt offered any torque down coupon at 100 miles or anything like that but I didnt care at the time. Just recently my Jeep was having starting issues and I brought to good ol QCC but they said they couldnt re-create the problem so I went to pick up my Jeep, wouldnt start. So I try again and tell QCC EXACTLY how to get it to not start which is very simple because it does it multiple times a day still to this day. But QCC once again said they couldnt re-create the problem. I wasnt given a single option or a maybe its this and we could try that. I told them money is no problem I just want my Jeep to start but they basically told me theres nothing wrong so go away.

Went in for an oil change and tire swap, hours later my engine almost over heated because they forgot to plug my fan back in...

Quality Car Care Center did a great job of helping us when we needed it. We were on a road trip through the UP, when we ran into car troubles. They were able to work us into their schedule the same day, and we were able to finish our trip thanks to them. We really appreciate how accommodating they were with us.
