Never show up when they say they will. I told them I don’t want pesticides in certain areas of home because baby crawls and they never notate it. I have to have this conversation every time last time my sister let them in and didn’t know to correct them. I wish they had notes on home preferences.

Came out when promised, took care of wasps. When I found more nests in the windows they came back out and took care of them and sprayed around the base of the house too.

Anyting from Nats to roaches to spiders to bed bugs darn near everything give us a shout.

Do not do business with this company. When installing their AllTra monitoring system they punctured the gas line to my house. The amount they offered to cover repair was WAY below any estimate received. The company did not call DIG line prior, which would have avoided this situation completely. The agent of American Pest basically jammed a 6 foot pry bar into the ground with no regard as to what possibly could be below the surface. Prior to leaving I had the local manager of American Pest sign a document accepting responsibility, but apparently the regional has decided to low ball repair leaving me with huge expense. The quality of the work, and the charter of the management leads me to give American pest the lowest possible rating. I highly encourage you to use any other pest company.
