Every couple of years, I need to call to have another yellow jacket nest removed. Todd has always come out quickly (I think same-day every time), and, done a great job treating them. He provides a 90-day guarantee in case they arent gone, but I havent had to take him up on it so far. Ill definitely call him again if and when I inevitably get another one somewhere around my house.

Todd Sparks showed up half an hour late with a friend or coworker. Not a big deal. Asked what I needed and I had called him out to treat for carpenter ants. We have used him in 2017 to do a pest inspection on our home. The reason we called him because he was professional and did a good job on the inspection in 2017. He accused me of having American Pest Control treat our home after his last inspection via a neighbor who is his friend telling him this. I calmly told him we have never had our home treated by a professional before. We have owned our home for 7 years. I have done the home cleaning and treating myself. And he then said he has been to our home several times before. And that I can say whatever I want then he stormed out and left. In such a manner he scared my children. This man was very unprofessional, unkind, falsely accused me, and something is wrong with him. His friend was quiet the whole time. Very strange. He must have had me confused with someone else and put his frustrations off on me. Either way his behavior was mean and unprofessional. I’d be careful calling this company. He might be in a mood, falsely accuse you, scare your children, then storm off, and leave with out treating your home. Beware!!!!!

He will not disappoint! Just had Mr. Parks do an inspection on my soon-2-B home. He performed the inspection in a timely fashion, was courteous and very efficient. His rate for the work was reasonable as well. Will definitely call for his services to perform the treatment once the sale closes.

I can not say enough good things about Todd from Parks Pest Control. He went way above and beyond what I expected to remove a giant and quite pasty raccoon living in my crawl space. He was always polite and professional. I would call them again in a minute but hope I never have the need.I would give them an A+

I just tried calling this company to have them do an inspection of my home for extermination. My reception was poor when I called, and immediately, the worker started cursing at me, saying, If you cant call like a normal person, dont ****ing calling me. This is incredibly unprofessional, and with so many options to choose from for pest control services, I will not be using Parks Pest Control.
