DO NOT USEThe sales rep told me that there was mice droppings and bat droppings in the attic. I explained I had another company enclosed the home in 2007, but I did have a new roof in 2011. He stated that the roofers had removed a good bit of the hardware and that was how the wildlife had entered. The sales rep stated that was fairly common. So, I signed the agreement to have the home enclosed from wildlife.The gentleman that came out to enclose the home stated there was a good bit of covering that was still in place. I mentioned it was done in 2007. He replied that he did have to sure up some spots and cover a few others that were open. His report stated no evidence of activity. He placed traps and left.The next rep came out to inspect the attic and the traps. He stated in his report there was no evidence of activity. I asked him if he had seen any mice droppings. The reply was no.The third rep that came out to do the inspection again reported no evidence of activity. I asked him if he saw any evidence of any old droppings and he said no. I asked if it was normal to have a sales rep report findings of bat and mice droppings but 3 separate reps that came out after on follow up visits report no evidence of any activity at all. He said that was not normal.I contacted the office on 4/22 to report this issue. The woman I spoke with stated that was odd and that she would contact both the Branch manager and the wildlife manager and have one of them call me. She did state it would take a couple of days for them to reach back out. It is now 05/03 and no contact.Moral of the story, make sure you see what the salesman sees before you sign an agreement for this service!!!!!Update. The response from the company was to email them my contact info so they could assist. It has been a week since I emailed my contact information and I never heard back. DO NOT USE.
We recently contacted this company for a termite bond. Mitchell was our tech that came out and gave us a quote. He was professional and explained everything that we needed thoroughly. Thanks Mithcell for meeting our needs.
I will start this review by saying the customer service representatives on the phone were all very professional and I no bad experiences with them. Unfortunately the service itself was horrible. Someone came out (Saturday) and “treated” my house for ants inside and out. Only for hundreds of ants to be on my kitchen countertops, walls, and sink two days later (Monday). I called back for someone to come out and was told my regular technician was booked until Thursday but someone would be calling me back to schedule someone else. I said okay, I have a 10AM appointment that lasts an hour so I’ll be home after 11AM. I get done with my appointment and have a voicemail from the technician who was supposedly booked until Thursday saying he was at my house at 10:45AM. I was unaware anyone was even being sent out to my house. Called him back several times. No voicemail set up so I could not leave a message, and he never called back. I used some Cutter spray and killed the ants myself. Called to cancel service and the girl told me ok it’s canceled. However, my account online was still showing future services. So I called back the next morning and finally successfully canceled all future services. I will say if you are home 24/7 and don’t mind still seeing hundreds of bugs even after treatment, then give this place a try. Otherwise I’d go with someone else.
Bugout has kept us pretty much bug and mosquito-free for two years. We find the occasional dead six-legged critter in the basement, but since there are some gaps near doors and windows there, we think Bugouts treatment is doing all it could to prevent bugs from getting into the living area. We were worried about mosquitoes, as were on a dry creek that hasnt been dry for months, but so far, weve seen none inside. Bugout also does our termite protection with Sentricon stations, and so far we have had no termite problems. Bugout performs a regular inspection to catch amy problems once a year.
Im very frustrated at this point. Nothing the technician is doing is working. I bought some spray online and the tech showed up with the same spray. This is ridiculous. On top of that, the time frame the appointments are set for are never honored. I think its time to switch.

Detailed and answered all my questions
I worked with the wildlife department and had many issues with communication and expectations. Each staff member told me different descriptions of the work that was to be completed. I was told that someone would reach out to schedule me for the various appointments for the trappings, but after waiting 10 days for the first call, I started reaching out myself. I asked multiple times to speak to a manager and never had a call back. I was also told that some sort of cleaning or sanitizing would be done after the trappings were done, but the staff members who actually came to my house werent aware and never completed the work. No one told me when I would be charged so it was a shock to notice the charges come through before the work was completed. There just seems to be no cohesive customer relationship management. My neighbor has the same issue and I told her to find a different company.
Communication is horrible. Refinancing my home and needed a termite inspection. After three different attempts to contact them (and a little phone tag with Dawn) we made an appointment. I was very clear what I needed. Inspection guy (Miguel) shows up and says what do you need from me? He takes a quick look around tue house and says I can only provide a letter for you if you sign up for our $400+ termite program. He found NO termites. NO evidence of termites but was basically extorting us for the needed letter. If there was a fee for the inspection I would have paid. If I was shown ANY evidence of termites - I would have signed up. But he found nothing - and could not have since all he did was walk around the house glancing at the rooms.When I complained via email to Dawn - no reaponse. Just silence.Avoid this company.

Technician is very friendly and professional - we always have the same technician come out so they know our home and are aware of any potential pests. They are very knowledgeable in their field and are always able to answer our questions. The company is very easy to get in touch with and offer many means of communication. No pests at my house! Great company!

Bought a little 1200 sq foot home less than two years ago with my daughter Kristan Chaney so she would be able to start home ownership. I am her father Terry Chaney She has painted this entire home inside and out by herself. She loves this little home. She works for a home builder. Before purchase we had the home inspected by Skyline. They were real nice and found a small termite spot. It was treated and we bought a Sentricon System for a total of about a $!000. Home was cleared as no problems. Home checked again about 10 months ago and no problems. Think the second cost was about $280 and probably includes checking the bait stations. About a month ago my daughter was changing the furnace filter in the crawl space an noticed some old pin holes around the inside crawl space door. Called Skyline and a tech comes out and says it was some old holes made by Powder Post Beetles and the crawl space needed to be treated, My first thought was why did two previous inspections miss this since it was on the door that you enter. OK, it was missed when the seller would have paid but that is our problem now. So how much to spray the under floor on 1200 sq feet of crawl space, We were quoted $3000. We almost fainted. The insulation comes down easily because it is held up by tension wires. I know its a close quartered job but $3000 is out of line for a job that the homeowner had to point out to the tech I realize I was talking to a tech that is most likely on commission. I have called the main number twice and asked to be contacted by a manager. I also emailed a party monitoring this site. So far no contact. We know Skyline is a good company and all we are asking is to be treated fairly Still gave a 5 Star rating based on the nice people we deal with. Thanks and hope to hear from someone soon.Edit: Thanks for someone at Skyline to reply. I will follow up when this is settledMarch 3, 2019 Update. Daughter talked to a manager about no one checking her bait stations in 11 months, Name was Charles. He said someone would call. Ten days later we have heard from no one. This was post was suppose to be referred to a manager. I have heard from no one. I hope they respond to others better than they have us.Update 3/262019 Never heard from anyone at Skyline even with 3 promises someone would call. Well, that is not totally true. They did hit my charge card which is on file for $285 about 3 weeks ago so they do know we exist.Had the crawl space sprayed from another company with two coats of treatment and new insulation installed for $700 less than Skyline quoted. The fact is this treatment protects Skyline from termite damage they cover in the bond. Hope you have better luck with this company than we have.Gave Skyline every chance to respond before changing the rating to two stars. I doubt they care.Sept 25, 2019 Update. Guy came and checked the bait stations a few months ago and I walked around him and he was great. The other guy that checks the house and attic never showed for the 2019 in home inspection that we paid them to do. Anyway, thinking of changing because follow up is terrible. Does not surprise me some else has taken over this company.
We had an excellent experience with Skyline. The inspection was easy, and we even had several months in between the inspection and when we got the treatment. They didnt bump the price or change the quote like I expected, and they got out right away to treat the house. Everyone I talked to (three separate people) were incredibly professional and courteous. Would Recommend %100.

The tech from Skyline was fantastic. He explained everything he was doing and provided me information about the type of spray and traps he was using. He was very pleasant and courteous too. I would definitely have Skyline come back the next time I have a pest control issue.
I used to work for this company after departing yesterday I was informed that I wouldn’t be paid commissions that I earned. This is a very dirty company they let inspectors who are not trained properly inspect your homes. I highly recommended you use another company

I have Bug Out Termite, Pest and Mosquito service and I have tried it for around one year. I am very disappointed with their Mosquito service. I just cannot use the little bitty out door that I have around my house. I have tried talking to their supervisor and looks like my message does not reach them. The service person performing the service is very professional but I would say otherwise about others.
Selling our house needed to have a terminate letter. Made an appointment with Skyline Pest Solutions and within 24 hours they came out did their inspection. Letter in hand! Highly recommend this company as a licensed real agent they are greatly appreciated!!!
Absolutely awful company, they were sent to my home to remove a dead animal from my attic, I had a camera installed and watched their techs literally do nothing except stand on a ladder and peak inside the attic and lied saying there were no flies in the attic and no animal present. My house is absolutely reeking of dead animal and they say oh sorry something must have died in the walls just air out your house. Seriously? Than I call the lady who is in charge of the techs i guess, Ann, and she proceeds to laugh at me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND A JOKE.

BEWARE the billing department of this company! When I chose not to renew my OPTIONAL services, they sent my information to a collection agency in an attempt to collect my OPTIONAL renewal fee. This bill was NOT for services rendered but rather for an OPTIONAL renewal. While this review does not reflect the quality of the services, it is important you are aware of this questionable practice if you choose to move forward with this company.

Horrible Field Service ... new home owner, on 3 separate occasions caught techs wandering around property without knocking on door. Spoke to reps in driveway (again after walking out to ask what they were doing) and gave contact info. Then received voicemail almost a month later, wanting to review renewal contract fees. That was during the holidays, so busy with family. Just caught another tech on property (again without knocking on door) this time digging holes in yard. Extremely unprofessional
UPDATE!After writing my 1st review about having to pay for a service I didnt get & how they were turning over $55 to collections, I got a response stating this my issue would he turned over to all of these people & my issue would be resolved. First, no one called me as promised.. Second, I reached out myself via email & got a very rude response from Miranda stating that they checked with the manager & the bill still stood!! I even asked the girl how she would feel if she was made to pay for a service that she didnt get.. she even stated she wouldnt be happy. I guess their business is hurting if they cant let go of $55! If you notice all the complaints, A LOT are about MONEY!! If the company I worked for treated people like that wed have no customers!! If you like your money & dont like dishonest people then RUN from this company! They are very shady!!

Skyline Pest was rude to my wife ...and not through, never wanted to treat the inside of my house. Using Terminix now, they are very pleasant and spent 2 hours treating inside and outside of my home...very happy we switched! I still use SkyLine Wildlife...and they are much better than pests services.
