Northwest ExterminatorI contacted them for mainly Spider treatment. The salesman assured me they have a treatment that kills on contact and there treatment prevents spiders from returning and they clean webs off my entire house. They came out and treated and within 4 days the spiders are back just as bad. They have refused to refund my money even after there own person said there treatment doesn’t prevent spiders from returning. They didn’t have the equipment to treat all my windows after the salesman said they could. They have no integrity and ZERO satisfaction guarantee. They lied to my face and now refuse to make things right.

After 14 years of using Northwest Exterminating, they decided cause I was late on a payment that their Office Manager would come out to my house on a scheduled day with the bill in hand and demand payment before considering service. This is the most unprofessional any company can be and MAFIA tactics are not how people operate in this world.

I’m am so so happy with Collin who so took care of me when I was upset with my roof/gutters. Collin personally came out got it fixed and taken care of. He was so professional about it and didn’t ask anything from me at all. He offered me a year renewal at the same price and really took care of my needs. I appreciate his help and his professionalism as well. Thank you Collin for your service. I will not go elsewhere as long as you are there.

Been doing business with Northwest for my termite bond for 20 years. They have always been great to work with.

Blocked areas that wildlife was getting in, which stopped the water from properly draining through the gutters when it rains. Now when it rains water flows over the sides of the gutters and come in the house. But according to them, they did no wrong as long as their worked stopped the wildlife from getting in. Even though I pleaded with them that it never flowed over the sides before until they touched it, and the gutters are cleaned. they could care less.

Matt Schroeder was our rep today. He was confident with every answer to our many questions. He mentioned several times to contact him with any questions or to send him pictures with any concerns making his visit very professional yet personal as well. We were certainly full of questions on a Saturday afternoon, he took his time ensuring to explain in detail and made us confident in our decision to use Northwest.

Bad customer service

DO NOT USE NORTHWEST! You will pay for a service and then they will call you months later and tell you that you did not pay to try to get more money out of you. I had bank documentation! They are shady crooks!!!! I feel bad for people who dont realize they already paid for a service and end up paying again. Use Breda. They dont charge you a first time initiation fee for the first service (Northwest charged me $125 first service the $85 every time after that). They actually will call you to set up a time to come out to your house as well, unlike Northwest showing up when youre not home and claiming they sprayed the outside and now you owe them $80.JUST SAYING... BUYER BEWARE OF NORTHWEST!!!

I have always thought highly of this company. However I was horrified that during a pandemic, when people are quarantined in their homes, a technician would show up to do an in home service without ANY GLOVES or MASK, or SHOE COVERS! I was walking out when she arrived and as I darted around her, I though surely she is going to put it on protection before she proceeded through the home. When I got outside, I looked up and could see her on the balcony WITHOUT any protection whatsoever. This means she went through the entire house without shoe covers, gloves and especially a mask! In this terrible time that we are in. I would think a company of this caliber would want to protect its employees and especially its customers. Still appalled and angry. I had to do the best I could to disinfect a previously uninfected household and still do not know and will not know if that was enough unfortunately for another 2 weeks as that is the incubation period for this virus. I do not want to give this business ANY stars but apparently that is the only way that I can post this review.

I had a critter in my walls for over 2 months. Wes was able to find where the animal entered/exited, set a live trap and release the possum after 2 visits. Very knowledgeable and truly wants to help find a solution to the problem.

Called these guys to get a termite clearance inspection letter, as we are selling our house. We just had our home inspected & treated in April of 2019. We chose to use this company based on the price for the letter over our own company. The guy (Jason) came out and said he couldn’t tell what had been done, even though we had all the documentation, and demanded $600 for a new treatment. We told him we were not interested and he continued to state that we could not get the letter without paying $600. We were going to recommend to our buyers that they switch to this company, but never would I direct someone to such a money grabbing company.

They do a great job when coming out to the home and very good at explaining what they do and how it works to keep my home pest free.

NW has been my go-to pest control company for years now. Recently had an issue with ants. They came out and fixed the issue in no time. The tech was on time, used shoe covers and was polite.

Have used them since 1975. They do a decent job.

We have had Northwest for over 10 years for our termite control, but recently added pest control for our spider and ant problem. Josh was so patient in explaining what the service would cover and we felt no pressure to sign up. When we did sign up, we were very impressed with how quickly he came and sprayed. We discovered a few ant nests in the yard a few days after he had sprayed and he was so quick to come back out and spray again. He was great to deal with and I would highly recommend Northwest and especially Josh!

I would like to thank Northwest Exterminating, specifically Kenny Bellah and Robert Young for their exemplary service and workmanship while helping us at our home. We did not discover the termite infestation that had eaten away at one of the walls until we had already begun the process for selling our house. We called Northwest and they were very accommodating and were able to squeeze us in while still in due diligence, likely saving the sale of the house.Robert and Kenny were a pleasure to work with, and their work is top notch. They were very thorough and completely addressed all of our concerns and questions during the process, and the wall and window now look better than when we bought the house several years ago! The amount and quality of the work they were able to do in just a couple of days is truly amazing, and we are very grateful to have worked with them. We will definitely continue to use northwest in any home that we purchase in the future.

Northwest Exterminators are #1 in my book for pest control and termite extermination!I had termites to show up in my hall bath and Northwest came out immediately andfound the source was through a hole in cement foundation for laundry drain in the wallthat separates the bath. They treated the area and after a year no more termites havebeen seen. Just had my yearly inspection done by Susan Bennett and she wasdelightful and professional. Thanks Northwest Exterminating!!!

Nice training room and great trainers came in from different places for the class. Kinda wish they wouldve hired me to part of the NW fam but after being told I was to big to be a termite tech. After doing it for 15 plus years at the time kinda glad I didnt get the postion seemed a lil shady to me.

Great service and follow-up. Very timely and all were pleasant and courteous.
