Future Services serviced my lawn for termite control that my Home Inspector paid for, for 1 year since I was buying new construction. I ended up needing Future Services for a problem I was having with my lawn only after 3 weeks . I thought it was a Ant Hill problem and ended up being Bee Hills. Martin from Cobb helped set everything up and has been very pleasant. Martin is an awesome person, and with people like him will make me a forever customer . The guy they sent to my house was lazy as you know what, and all around completely unprofessional. They also said they would do more than they actually did when they sold me the 1 year contract. The last time the guy was supposed to be at my house for the end of the contract he didnt bother letting anyone know he was there and left, if he even was there. But when I called about it, I got blamed for not coming out to greet him. Also they used covid as the excuse for not doing the inside the last time, when I started the service after covid and they had been coming inside the house the whole time. Not worth 80$ every 3 months for a year.

Future Services was the termite prevention company that was contracted with our builder when we purchased our new home. The builder gave us a year free. When that time was up, some of my neighbors switched for various reasons. So I looked into switching also. I dislike Arrow so I called a few other companies. But after talking the others and getting pricing, Future was the best choice at the lowest cost. From the time I called inquiring about keeping them, to the time the service guy Alan Fein came to visit. The office manager initially explained how termite protection works, then Alan followed up during his visit at our house showing us the bait and trap system used. Since pest control companies probably do the same thing, I guess they need to be judged on their customer service. And I’m totally happy with Alan and all of the office staff.

First..I had a plant growing outside..man sprayed the door AND my plant...then I was never notified that the man was coming:and NO lawn notice. Then it was a flea problem your company said they could not handle...got fed up..went to cancel service then the problem with your company picking up the termite traps. Ive used your service for years and just ONE bad hired worker well ......
