They were on time. I talk to the technician and he was very knowledgeable. It’s been about 30 hours since we had our yard sprayed and we’re sitting here on the deck not seeing any mosquitoes. So that’s a good thing.

I’ve been really impressed with Tuxedo Mosquito. They are professional and have treated me respectfully in our interactions. The technician who treats our lawn does a very thorough job and we haven’t seen a mosquito yet this year despite living near water in a wooded area. They aren’t the cheapest option but do the best work in my opinion.

The serviceman in March supposedly checked the tank but it never functioned for 4 1/2 months. When he returned to resupply the tank, he found we had plenty of moqsquito abatement formula but neither the tank nor the remote for it was functioning. He also damaged our garden hose and has said the remote didnt work with our unit though it had worked before. Yet, they continue to charge us for service and for abatement liquid. Its very frustrating.

So far we have had a good experience with this company. On time, great communications, thorough work and professional demeanor.

I have used Tuxedo Mosquito Control since 2016 and have been extremely pleased with the results every year. Before installing their mosquito misting system, my children could not play in the backyard without being eaten alive by mosquitos. We tried spraying ourselves and using bug spray on the kids but we wanted a permanent and safe solution. We did our research and chose Tuxedo Mosquito Control. Now we are able to enjoy our back yard and pool without having to worry about mosquitos!

Fabulous service ! Makes living on a large piece of property in the mosquito heavy area, absolutely useable without concerns of being bitten, even buzzed by them, and safe for my dogs . Can and do stay outside all times of day and night everyday without being bothered. Love the service, the people, and the lack of chemical smell.

Tuxedo has done spraying at our home the last two years. While they dont get every mosquito to go away, we trust there is not much more that can be done. Previous vendors we have used are no more effective.So what we love about Tuxedo is Joe. He sends a text before every visit, and comes quickly when we really need a spray. Highly recommended.

Prior to having Tuxedo come out I could not sit in my back yard or go get my mail in the front yard without getting bit by mosquitoes. I did my research and was concerned about my honey bee population. They are honey bee friendly And everyone else comes out every 3 weeks Tuxedo comes out once a month. They gave me a good price which beat the five other companies I researched and the best part is they were here in a day and I haven’t been bitten since oh and if the bugs come back before their next treatment they will come mid month and spray again. I am very pleased and would recommend them to everyone. Thank you Tuxedo I can now enjoy my backyard and my pool without scratching for the next week.

My third year with Tuxedo Mosquito Control and I couldn’t be more pleased. Nate, our guy, sends me a text before he’s coming to spray and he is always so kind and affable. I’ve spoken with the owner on the phone once and long story short, they are the nicest people to have spraying your yard during the mosquito season. They are far better in results and quality than two other companies we’ve hired and dismissed. Two thumbs up Nate for all your hard work.

Tuxedo is professional, responsive, and most importantly, effective. We recently moved into a new house in the hot months of Atlanta and were in need of quick mosquito control. Tuxedo got out to our house quickly and took care of us. We have a dog, so knowing their solution is pet friendly and chemical-free also puts us at ease. Give these guys a shout - they are great!

Service was great, informative and efficient

I used another service from a large national company last year but was disappointed in their service, and the chemicals they used. Tuxedo was recommended to me by a neighbor who told me they use all natural products to control mosquitoes. No chemicals. I decided to switch to them and have been very pleased with everything about their company, especially the personalized service. I highly recommend them.

I cannot compare against other services since this is the only one I used, but my biggest gripe is how they charged my credit card without proper authorization. We got it worked out, but it was absolutely not communicated in advance. Also, the system works in that there are less mosquitos - after tweaking a lot. But in my case, the claim that it eliminates them 100% is not true. It substantially reduced them - which is great in my opinion, and worth the expense. Otherwise my deck would be a buffet.

Tuxedo Mosquito Control has been great. I moved into a home with a system installed. They quickly educated me on the system. They installed automation via a smartphone app, which makes it easy to monitor. Most important, it really does work for fighting mosquitoes. The system is non-intrusive in the yard. It’s a great solution for taking control of a yard during spring and summer when the mosquitoes would normally drive you back inside. I recommend it.

In the past we have never been able to get rid of all of our mosquitos with our pest control company. I have been using Tuxedo Mosquito for over 8 years . They are dependable and it works. I have never felt mosquitos on me or seen them in my yard. I am highly allergic to them and I’m outside all the time. Also I ha e a butterfly and bee sanctuary in my yard and this spray has not affected them at all. A great service!!!

Joe, our technician does a great job of checking with us before every application to be certain we are aware and it is convenient for us. They were great last year, but not this year. We have had to do a retreat last month, and this month it didnt do anything. We were scheduled for a retreat Friday and they didnt show up. Called and no response. Swapped companies today.

We had a terrible time with biting insects in our yard, and were unable to be out there, even with monthly spraying service. We decided to install an automated system, after our neighbors raved about theirs, and received a number of quotes. This pest control company offered mosquito spray services in their bundled package...but within two months of service, and numerous call backs to come re-spray our property, I quickly learned that I needed Tuxedo Mosquito back.Beware of what other companies claim to provide.I now have Tuxedo Mosquito back servicing my property and have had no issues.

I was almost seriously, slam-on-the-brakes and honk the horn hoping the guy behind me was paying attention, sideways smashed into on the 75n/575 ramp because your driver was a crazy person. S/he swerved in and out of traffic all down 575n and drove completely irresponsibly. The dangerous, inept driving does not represent your company in a positive way.

When I called, the president of the company, David Maddox, answered the phone himself and was very pleasant. I received an affordable quote on the same day within a few short hours! Okie came out the next day to spray and his customer service was top notch! I did not realize how much I avoided going outside and enjoying our wooded back yard because of the mosquitos. I was able to sit outside on my back porch on the first night after they sprayed and I did not see or get bitten by a single pest, whereas before I would get 12 bites in 20 minutes!
