As we were signing up the Area Manager we were talking with heard that we saw an Army Worm and arranged to have us treated that same day to ensure there would be no damage. The owner made some time in his schedule to come out and treat us! Completely unexpected but we were very grateful!!

Since I requested a quote they were very efficient, responsive and knowledgeable. They replied fast and were very friendly. All the staff that has made calls or come to my house for service has been respectful and friendly. Also, since the first treatment I saw improvement with my cockroaches situation. Prices are fair too. I will definitely recommend and continue to support them. Good job!

Mark stopped by this afternoon to treat for mosquitoes and I met him at the front door. I indicated that I hadn’t seen mosquitoes to which he responded that was good and smiled. I said the treatments must be working and he agreed. He asked if I wanted to postpone the treatment until next month and I said yes.He then asked if I noticed any other problems to which I responded yes, small spiders and their webs. He said as long as he was here, would I like him to knock down the webs and dust with a powder to help keep them away. That wasn’t his responsibility but he happily offered anyway! I very much appreciated that and he took the time to walk around the house and took care of all areas. He didn’t have to do that but it was a level of service I think is special! Mark is an example of someone who is happy to go that extra distance to please a customer! I wish there were more people like him. He’s special and I wanted everyone to know.

William was absolutely amazing. He told me, down to the minute, when he was going to show up. He was extremely friendly but also extraordinarily professional. William got a huge hornets nest down successfully at the top of our second story window, and also professionally and humanely got rid of a rat and all of her babies from my outdoor grill. He literally had to take my grill apart, humanely take the rats away, and he even put it back together when done! William is a definite asset to this company and I highly recommend them in every way.

I have taken the service from ProCare Pest. There were a lot of ants and spiders inside and around the house. After their treatment, these have been greatly reduced. ProCare is great! They have been servicing my home(s) for the last 2+ years ... ever since I moved to GA from CA. After they installed our termite stations, we noticed a leak in our irrigation system. We originally signed with ProCare for the guarnteed mosquitoe treatments. They had a tough start because we were already in the middle of mosquitoe season last year when we signed up but they made it happen. They had to come out a few extra times, which were included with the service, but they got it under control. This year since they started early we have seen very few.The techs are amazing! They will work around your schedule, explain everything they are doing and make sure if you need anything else they will make it happen.Overall we have had a great experience with ProCare. Would highly recommend.

Ive had a wonderful experience with ProCare. I used to use arrow exterminators but the mosquitoes continued to be a huge problem in my backyard. A friend referred me to ProCare and it has made the biggest difference, no mosquitoes!! After each treatment, I get a detailed email about what was done and what chemicals were used. He sprayed the attic, garage, the main level & the front & back yard! I also liked that there was no odor & it was non toxic to children & pets! I had some more questions in dealing with the woods that is right outside my back door (we moved from Syracuse, NY where there is not a big bug population) so this was all new to me. His information was a lesson on the life in the South! He even came to the house & did a treatment for the mosquitoes! I am so pleased with the quality of customer service & employees! We have always had excellent customer service from ProCare. We have used them for a few years now and are extremely pleased with our service. They text you days before they come and you can ask them to look at any new issues. They came out twice just to fix my carpenter bee and wasp issues and actually called us afterward to make sure it was still fixed. Josh just spend 15 minutes with me listening and spraying the areas of concern outside, then checked back with me to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction.
