I have never been a great group fitness person, but this place and this team honestly make it feel like you are getting personally trained. They care so much about your success and are so encouraging. I began with the 6 week challenge, and actually lost the weight Ive been trying to lose for as long as I can remember. I still have a long way to go, but I know I will get there with their help. I cannot say enough great things. I know it can be scary go go somewhere new, but you will feel right at home and wont regret it for a second!

My review got removed. 1 star or 0. Ran a program and promised a refund if not complete. I didnt complete it since I was pregnant and was refused a refund. Had to go to my cc company to file a dispute. Super unethical and scammy.

Everyone was so friendly, helpful and encouraging. I have only been to one class but I look forward to going back. Youre paying for a workout and you definitely get it! It was a true test of stamina but I felt great (and a bit sore) when it was over.

Great place to get your row on. The trainer is super nice and encouraging. Good mix of people and a great up beat atmosphere. Makes for a fun place to work out.

By far my favorite place to get my exercise on! I have been coming to this row house since January and I have fallen in love. So much, in fact, that I have had several friends join as well. Dan and Kim have created the most positive and relaxing atmosphere. This is the hour I look forward to most each week. The work outs are hard but I have never felt better when I leave. I can not wait until they add more classes and I can up my attendance to twice a week. Thank you guys for pushing me to be a better me!!

Daniel is an amazing instructor. Im a long distance runner and needed something to strengthen my core. Boy is this the place for that. Try a class you wont be disappointed

I am so glad that I went for my time because now I am hooked! Every class is different and challenging! I leave knowing I got a great workout! Dan and Kim are very kind and encouraging! I can not wait to go every week!

American Rowhouse Fitness is an amazing studio. Kim and Dan are kindhearted people who truly want to help people on their exercise and health journey. They are extermely knowledgeable and use cutting edge techniques. The workout is low impact and Dan and his team have modifications for those who need them. You should give it a try, plus the first class is free!

Had surgery on my foot and my doctor recommended to do rowing. Have become stronger since taki g the class.

Absolutely amazing workouts. Dan is such a great motivator.
