I was on vacation to Atlanta so I hit up a few local gyms. I was going to LA Fitness which was so crowded... I regret ever going there and for 15 a day it was a rip off!I found this little gem of a gym which totally under estimated bc of the size but it has everything a full gym has in terms of equipment and weight just compact. It’s open 24 hours and a guest pass will run you35 for the week, they don’t do daily rates which was fine... anything is better than LA Fitness. Staff hours are 8 to 8 to sign up if you wanna work out but it’s open 24 hours !!! Will come back if ever in the area.

This place is nice. Like the convince of it being 24 hours. It’s super clean. And the young lady at the front desk is so darn nice. I can tell the owner takes great care of their employees and the gym.The only complaint I have is they don’t have a deadlift platform or a power squat rack.They do have a smith machine and a hoist rack, which do nothing for me. This may just be me being a picky powerlifter but I’m not a fan because it’s really hard to get the bar set to the correct height, as the J-hooks are fixed.Overall this place allows you to get in a decent work out with the basics.

Amazing crew fun place to work out with carring staff. Clean and well maintained. Never overcrowded...

I tried to register and I was very poorly served, they didnt make a little effort to solve my problem.

The gym is usually clean and the staff (when they are available) are friendly. The key cards do have issues from time to time where they will just stop working or not work at all initially when you sign up. Their customer problem resolution processes could be improved greatly... especially in the account / billing department.The Mens locker room reminds me of a truck stop in a sketchy part of town. Can definitely concur that they have a massive card sharing issue in the later hours of the evening.My last visit had a group of 6 people roll in on one card to not work out apparently but to monopolize the shower for an hour and head out. It was kinda unreal. Had one gentleman with a huge bag of rank clothes on his back ask if members could use the laundry facilities on site. The language barrier prevented the clear understanding that those were for the staff. All in all, if you want to work out its a decent place, but for sure on lower end. The Motel 6 of gyms in Marietta.From time to time Ive found some of the machines bolting to the floor are loose which makes the machine feel incredibly unsafe. Careful on those lower back machines near the windows.

What a horrible experience I just had with the general manager named Shecky Benham, the level of disrespect this man displayed is on another level. During the pandemic and on a old card of mine they continued to charge my account with multiple charges even after my card was cancelled. I called in expecting to speak with the sweet young lady who has helped me in the past, but instead I spoke to Shecky who tried to compare my gym membership to the engine in my car going out, which was the craziest analogy I have ever heard. I had my girlfriend and 6 of my boys cancel their membership. And each one of them was glad to do it. Honestly the best part about the gym is the 24hr access. Other than that you get what you pay for. Unfortunately, $20 bucks a months doesnt come with great customer service. Believe me its not the money why im posting this, its strictly the attitude of the manager. During the pandemic no one should be getting charged multiple times for gym memberships, because for a while there we werent allowed to go to gyms.

Great gym for people that need to workout on their own schedule and are self disciplined. The staff and patrons are all very friendly and its a real supportive group. Since reopening the place is absolutely spotless and feels like a safe environment to workout in.

Cant even express how happy I am with Orange Theory and with the crew at EC Village Fitness. So much greatness in one place!

Been a member for over two years and no complaints.

Need to be more specific on policies and more congruent between the two locations. Moved back home and continued to get charged for the past year and was being forced to go back to GA in order to cancel in person. When finally got resolved, the lady I talked to was very rude and all she could say was policy this and policy that. Gym is super nice, but beware if you ever want to leave. Very dissatisfied with this company.

I’ve had a membership here for years. Great gym with great staff. Never crowded and comes with 24 hour access all year round. When something breaks it’s quickly repaired. Would highly recommend!

I like this gym. Just enough people in it and decent equipment.

They do not have a good service. They are disorganized with payments! By their mistake, they didnt process my payment, charged me a fine, and never refunded. I do not recommend this place.

Love working out here! Its never too crowded and there are a great variety of machines to work with. 24/7 hour access is a great plus. Overall great gym!

The gym was clean with a diverse amount of equipment and weights. Kevin at the front was extremely friendly and helpful. This is there place for you if youre looking for a gym to get your workout in and not have to deal with to usual riff raff.Also, signed up online, which mirrored the pricing advertised in the gym. Very refreshing not having to haggle or deal with high pressure sales.

If you want a REAL gym. This place is for you - adequate space and equipment. No frills or purple equipment. Will definitely be back!

Really pleased with the gym. No fancy bells and whistles, friendly staff and all the weights you need. Best part is you dont have to fight over machines/weights.

Went inside to sign up for a membership. The staff was trying to rush the sign up process to get out of the door to leave. After signing up, my keycard did not work. I called the number listed on the door for after hour support. The call went to voicemail and never called back even after leaving my number. I went to cancel this gym and they stated that I am required to pay two more months- which is something they never told me when signing up. Since I work long hours during the day and late hours most days, I am not available to talk to the staff on times they are available. I am ending up having to pay 60$ for a service I cannot use. When speaking to the staff about this there quote was well, you signed the contact Please dont waste your time or money here.

Never crowed so its nice being able to use a machine you want to use. Very friendly staff

After 8:00pm you start seeing groups of 3-4-5 people using 1 key to access the gym.

Terrible . if you sign up just be on the look out fro your acct, they will charge you unexpectedly and the worst part is : no one in there can help you when it comes to billing.
