During onsite training, he is thorough and supportive with his instructions. Additionally, Bo goes above and beyond when it comes to accommodating his client by customizing his exercise to warrant safety.Ive personally been working out for the last 3-4 years and Ive never felt better, never been so discipline, and never seen such gradual improvement in strength along with incremental fat loss.
