I have a elderly mother who owns a condo in Atlanta. She had some water damage in her condo due to other tenants in her building. Epic performed the water remediation in the home. She seemed ok with work until she received the bill. I actually work in the water mitigation and restoration field and when I investigated further into the bill after constantly bugging my mom to let me review the bill. I discovered some alarming charges. EPIC charged my mother several lines items based on her in ability to be fully be uneducated in the mitigation field (no insurance company would pay these line items). I was an field/desk adjuster for State Farm, Allstate and Farmers. Upset with the charges I spoke to several representatives which included Candance (also very dishonestly and a crook) until I spoke to William. He tried to justify the line items and quickly took off several lines items which shows the Company level of dishonesty and lack of integrity but still would not change labor hours that no insurance company would ever approve. After arguing for hours we finally decided to just pay the balance. Bottom line for anyone who is looking to use this company please understand they will use their experience to take your money, lie to you, take advantage of anyone especially an elderly person which I find to be pitiful.

I walked into my friends condo building to discover a massive water leak coming down the three story interior and pooling on outside his door. He immediately called EPIC and they were ON IT! I was impressed at the speed which they arrived and knew exactly what to do! Their training paid off! They stopped the leak and began the drying out process for each of the three floors. Ive now seen them replacing drywall, etc. While this was not my place, I am overly impressed with the service EPIC provided and added them to my contacts for a future emergency situation.
