I love this shop. Im visiting MN for work and Ive been to 2 different nail salons and I finally found one I can frequent. I love the positive vibes in here. Kathy is amazing and is great at what she does. Wendy is astounding and can do any design or concept I show to her. Her and I clicked and she is so sweet and genuine and until I leave in January I will not go to any other shop. I dont even get my nails done this often at home thats how much I love this shop! 😍😍😍

I have been searching for a true spa for quite so.e time and I have found it! I get gel pedicure and liquid gel nails. Both have been wonderful! What is joy most is no loud tvs!!! Spa music and relaxing! They offer a beverage and take their time on my treatments. The ladies do a great job! I drive 40 minutes to come here.

I don’t trust any other place with my nails after coming here! They do a phenomenal job every time! Kathy did these and I absolutely love them! Will definitely be back.

I have been coming here for just about 20 years! They locked me in when I was in high school and I never looked back! I love this nail salon more than any others (bachelorette parties/birthday events made me stray...). It’s comfortable and peaceful, the nail techs are all so good and so sweet! My nails always look great when I leave! You never need to go anywhere else.

When I get my nails done I want it to be a relaxing experience. There are no loud TVs or music. I love that.

Had my eyebrows tattooed on. Choose ombre style and followed the advice of stylist to do perfect shape verses my natural shape which does require more plucking. Saves ALLOT of time everyday applying eyebrow color that only smears at first touch. I have had many compliments on my perfect brows.

I had the best pedicure I have ever had in my life!!! I’m 72 years old and have been enjoying pedicures since I was 10 years old. I loved the simultaneous massage from the pedicure chair as well as the relaxing massage my feet and legs received. My hands were also treated to a collagen treatment before I had my nails filled. I felt like I had spent my day at a spa when I left the salon...because I had!

Went in for a pedicure did an amazing job :) I did call early that day too book an appointment but they did not have it on the books when I arrived which had a longer wait time then, however staff was very friendly did and beautiful job and I will be returning

Ive gone to many places to get pedicures but this is now my favorite spot to get them done. Great value, its clean, and professional. Wendy is who to ask for! Being a guy though I highly advise bringing a pair of headphones to drown out all the lady customer talk going on.

Such a fun place! I came here from Lakeville area with my two best friends and we all had pedicures together. We got to sit next to each other and all three of our nail techs were super fun! They laughed with us and had a competition for who was going to do the best pedicure etc. Was also such a nice touch that they offered beverages during our services. They wore masks the whole time, as did all the clients so they are complying with Covid procedures. There were plexiglass walls between each pedicure station too. I dont care about any of that but they are in compliance if that is a concern for anyone. It was such a fun experience and wish they were closer to me down here in the south metro so I could go more often!! Thanks so much, ladies!!

I have been to a few nail places and by far Nails & Spa is the best. I have a handicap mom and the staff there treated her so kindly and was so helpful to her. We have been to others and she has not gotten treated very nice and poor designed nails. I will be coming back here again!

Worst gel manicure ever!! First time visiting this place but I have been getting gel manis for years. The woman who did my nails appeared to be in a hurry as I was in and out in 15 minutes. Normally at a minimum a gel mani takes 45 minutes. She didn’t prep my nails properly for the gel polish and they were chipping within 24 hours. I had a feeling I should have gotten up and left within the first five minutes and now I wish I would have. I should also add that two employees were not wearing a mask and the entire place needs a thorough cleaning. Dirty, not covid safe, poor service and terrible quality.

I left a yelp review and they deserve one on here as well! My experience with Nails & Spa was so elegant, I was a walk in and only waited 10 minutes. Right when I walked in I was greeted and was offered something to drink and a snack while I waited. Kathy did my nails and gave me the best experience!! She gave me tips on the shape of the nail I should get based on my nail bed. Also giving me advice if I should do dip powder or acrylic based on the length of my nails! They turned out so cute and exactly what I wanted, if I could give 10 stars I would. I would recommend 110%

Honestly, everyone there was very nice but the lady I had did such a disappointing job on my nails. I got a gel manicure and she didn’t file my nails evenly, even after I asked if she could straighten them out more. She missed spots on majority of my nails, and the polish was put in my nails so thinly that you can clearly see streaks. I will not go back there.Oh! And they have a sign inside that says they increased their prices so I paid more for a very poor manicure.

110% would recommend them! Very friendly and accommodating :) Definitely worth the road trip! My pedi has never been this good.

I was very impressed today with my Gel nail manicure with French tips! Kayla was not only very professional and did a great job but she was also very friendly and did not make me feel rushed at all. I also had a brow wax and the lady who did that was every bit as friendly and careful. All in all it was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend this wonderful nail place in Maple Grove!

Wow. I had a gel manicure done over 2 weeks ago, and aside from the expected growth, the nails are still going strong! My friend and I come here every six months to get manicures and Ive always had a great experience!

Had my eyebrows microbladed my Kathy, and had a wonderful experience. The price was reasonable and was practically painless. They turned out great! I’m obsessed with them.

This has been the best Nail Salon I have ever been to! I was visiting from Florida, and needed a mani and pedi ASAP! The staff was soooo friendly and professional! They did such a great job! The facility is beyond clean, and organized and they definitely know what they’re doing. I couldn’t be happier I came here and I would definitely recommend 10 out 10 times. If you need an amazing mani and pedi done, this is the place!!!

Way too expensive for the experience. A very standard pedicure for $60! No cuticle oil, no lotion, the person even forgot to lotion/massage legs and argued! The quality of the products were low grade as well. It was perhaps the lady who did mine. Not a good experience $110 + tip later. There are many other spas that offer a much much better experience. The girl Sophia who did my daughters was pretty good.

OMG this nail salon is the best I have ever been too!! I have been going to a different salon for years and will never go back to them, I will always come back to this salon. The staff and even the other customers are so friendly and welcoming!! Kathy is an amazing stylist, she had so much knowledge and was very welcoming and answered the questions that I had.

Ive been going to Nails & Spa for 8 years and Ive always had a great experience. Theyre always so nice and I leave with gorgeous nails every time. They also dont charge an arm and a leg. Right now, I live in St Paul and still make the drive to Maple Grove to N&S for pedicures.

Very nice workers. I did this thing called Gel liquid and they look so natural and amazing. The place is extreamly clean, and the workers talk to you while they do your nails so your not bored😂 And I really recommend the place.

I use to be a regular customers but after too many bad experiences after good ones we will not be returning here. Experiences from water being cool, to being ignored while getting nails done, nickled and dimed for length and shape on acrylics, waiting over and hour for an appointment we made, and owner is quite rude when you have an issue. Sad to say because we use to love it with the hot wax, but just can’t go back after all these experiences.

The employees were very nice! Right when my aunt and I got there, they approached us immediately asking us what we want today. The nails are also very pretty! Well done!

They were really disrespectful and made awful remarks about my clothing and my ethnicity. Workers refused to do my nails because of my accent but I have been living here for fifteen years.

I have never written a negative review... Crowded. Too warm, strong chemical smell. Was deeply cut on my finger. It bled for a long time. Manicure was flawed. Charged full price even though I was hurt. I treated my granddaughters and their manicures were good.

I do not want to pay money for someone to sit on her phone and talk to her friend the entire time. Absolutely no sense of professionalism. I wouldnt have minded as much if my nails werent also messed up. My nails were straight and long before and they are now short, crooked, and chipped. You can see the color that didnt get covered by a top coat

They guys are amazing people. They do such an awesome job. My sister has been coming here for the past 10 years. If something u don’t like they will fix it for. I recommend this nail shop to anyone.

Love this place! All of the workers are friendly and concerned with making sure all customers are happy with their services. I’ve never had a bad experience here and I’ve been coming for almost a year. Totally different experience than other nail salons in the area.

Sophia does an amazing job. I just get the basic Pedi/Mani and it is perfect. She is friendly and makes the visit enjoyable. The place is clean, she keeps a tidy station, and I leave happy!

I went in the nails and spa for the first time ever... and i LOVE IT !!! They were a tad bit full but fit me in as soon as they could . They also were very friendly and pampered me with a beverages. And they were cheap for a good fill that I wanted on my nails . I will definitely come back for more .
