I. Bought a 2012 GMC Acadia a little less than a month ago and I was promised the car was in great shape. I was also promised that he guaranteed that the car was in such great shape that if any issues arose he would fix them. Before I bought the car he supposedly fixed the air conditioner. Well I took the car for a used car inspection and was told that the transmission was shot and that I needed a whole new transmission. The next day the ac went out again. I took it to another shop for a second opinion and was told by the owner that the car was not worth repairing because it had so many issues. I asked how the car ran so well and he told me that whoever sold it to me had rigged the car to be able to sell it. Now I have been trying to contact the owner he is never in the shop.

I’ve been going to this mechanic for years now and they’ve always did amazing job to my vehicle. Recently just bought a car from Asaad and it was the best decision. Best customer service!

Its a good place but they are always busy, but like I said its a good place...be prepared to wait or have to schedule an appointment.

One of the best shops I’ve ever been to (and I have terrible luck with cars so I’ve been to a lot). They price extremely fairly and transparently.Great Customer Service:Because everyone in my household works full time jobs, often times I get stuck here while waiting on repairs to be finished, so I get to see how they treat every customer & I must say their service is unmatched. They’re kind, patient and honest; they’ll literally pull you into their garage and SHOW you what’s wrong with your car, explain what they are charging you for, and they’ll even make their part vendor calls in front of you. If it’s something you can fix yourself (or elsewhere for cheaper), they will be honest and say so & tell you how to access the parts and information.Small (but nice) Facilities:Unfortunately, they’re stuck on a tiny corner. This shop is super high traffic (rightfully so), and they really just don’t have the space for all the service they get. That being said, they definitely make do and make sure there’s always a place to park your car, and they have cozy couches and AC for you to wait in. I think they deserve a better spot though!Speedy & ETA:These guys are GREAT at giving you updates. If a part is late, they’ll call you and tell you. If a part is early, best believe you’ll hear about that too. Their time estimates are always accurate, and they always get you right in and out. This is super convenient for someone like me, who never has a ride anywhere without my car. That being said, they’ve actually offered me rides home themselves before.Overall, super amazing place. I plan to continue giving these guys my business for the remaining life of my car, and probably for future ones as well.

This is the best shop I ever been to. They have the best affordable prices and get the job done in a timely manner. I love the staff and they all are very helpful and make you feel so welcomed. 5 well deserved stars!

Went in for a oil Change today. Was told it would be $24.95 for my vehicle that they already had all the information on. They tried to up sell me on more expensive oil at just under $50.00 . After I said no they told me that it was going to be $40.91 because I needed 2 more courts of oil. I said no that I would take it someplace else. They then said they could not do that because oil was already drained from my truck. I use to go to this place all the time but new owners are not honest. Stay very clear of this place.

I always have my alignments done in this store. They always do a great job for me.

The owner is very knowledgeable. If you want honest work I highly suggest visiting this shop for your repair work. Most shops try to upsell you. At this shop, if you dont need it, they will not recommend it.

Horrible service do not go here paid for my ac to be fixed and Said they couldn’t fix it and still charged me for the repair and would not give me keys till paid. Worst place I have ever been

I came here for an inspection and it was probably the best auto shop I went to in a long time, Mohammad was very helpful and overall the staff was very friendly and know what theyre doing. Very good prices too, I would suggest this shop if you need any mechanic work done.

Unfriendly office staff and doesn’t seem to know what she is doing. Prices seem to be high. Did not have work done, went elsewhere.

Great work! They were as be to find the problem,, give us very reasonable quote for the work and get it fixed quickly.

Just got a quote down the street from PERKS and it was $500 less and only took 20 minutes, versus 4 hours and 50 bucks for just an estimate from A+.

They take great care of your car!!!!
