Wow. This guy is the best! No matter what he says or how much he charges, it is worth it. This man knows what he is doing and is honest.

They are as close to perfect as you can get. Polite (how many places call you maam nowadays?) Friendly (youre treated like an old friend) and competant ( they knew in no time at all what the problem was). They made sure my car was parked inside overnight. I cant think of even 1 negative about Rex Gilbert. Great job!

I took my car to this facility, and they were unable to fix the problem, but charged me $60 to diagnose the problem. I took the car to KIA, ordered the part brand new and had it replaced. This ended up not being the problem at all. I called this business expecting at very least a refund for the wrong diagnostic, and he refused. He misdiagnosed my electrical problem, costing me an unnecessary $660, and my car issue is still not solved. I would choose another mechanic.

Took my vehicle in for an electrical problem..they removed my security system and my remote control and kept it...refused to give back to me..am sure they sold. It or kept for themselves

Rex is very rude and told my wife to go somewhere else because he doesnt have time for her to see if she wants her car fixed or not. Looks like were not the only one who has had this issue. Id advise you to stay away from his shop as customer service is very poor and its all about making the maximum gross profit.

Wouldnt recommend these people to anyone.. Called to get an appointment and apparently the Boss who answered the phone likes be very rude.. I was told to call some one else and got hung up on... Soooo FIND SOMEONE ELSE like he said.. Dont waste your time or your money on service like that.oh and he wanted to charge me $60 just to look at my car not even to do any type of work #Garbage

Nice shop, really didnt like the customer service. They didnt really seem interested in helping to see what was wrong they seemed more interested in the money!

Called in to get an estimate on repairing headlights and Rex told me that I should find someone else to do it because he doesnt have time to waste on such a minuscule job. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Extremely Rude, Horrible Customer service!! I wouldnt recommend them to anyone! Stated they are the only one in town do to the work so they can treat their customers however they want since we dont have other choices. Ridiculous!!
