Traveling across country and our dog locked us out of our car and this company came in under 10 minutes to unlock us. Very kind and helpful people. Would highly recommend.

I’ve had three different needs in the last year for my vehicle. They pulled me out of a snow ditch, jump started my car battery and towed my vehicle after getting a flat tire. They were very professional and kind every time. I love this company and highly recommended them!

They got to my car very quickly (same day within hours) towed it in put it exactly where the repair shop told them to, there was no damage to my vehicle. The price was reasonable

Beware of this company! First, I had called this business to tow my son, and he gave 2 different prices to each of us. There is also another Facebook review on a customer being told one price, but the guy charged way more. Not only that, there was another encounter I had with this company, and they signed up for a job they would not do.

I needed a motorcycle recovery...they were so fast that they were calling me before I could even get off the phone with my insurance company. They got to scene faster than estimated and was able to overcome a unique situation efficiently without causing any damage. They even provided advice for details outside of their realm...I also appreciated that it is a family business as he was talking his daughter through how to work out the issue. Two thimbs up.

Towed my son out of someone’s yard after a heavy snow. I feel $375 is very unreasonably high for only taking him 35 minutes. He wanted me to submit an insurance claim and charge me over $500.

I was stranded on the highway in a heavy rain storm. This company was phenomenal. For starters they are open 24/7. They always pick up the phone and you are dealing with a live person. Customer service on the phone was excellent and they put me at ease. Within about 15 to 20 minutes Charlie arrived. He was outstanding. He told me he would be able to fix the issue himself. He towed me to the nearest gas station and in a pouring rain storm got under my car and unscrewed the metal grate that was dragging under the car. He didnt have a screw driver so he used a penny and had me up and running within a few minutes. Hands down the best experience Ive ever had with a towing company. Thank You Thank you Thank you!!!!

Nasty personality, charged me extra $75 to tow my trailer because I gave an address that was off by a 1/4 mile and he said it took him extra time. Ive been in the transportation business for years and never got ripped off so bad. There is no reason to charge someone $225+ tax to do a tow 10 miles down the road. Had another towing company same day tow my 15 passenger van 5 miles down the road for $75. Just added this for comparison pricing. He did get my trailer where it needed to go but beware $$$$$.

Great guys, they got in their truck and headed out to pick me up before I even got off the phone with them. Then they got me all the way home, two and a half hours away. Absolutely great guys, very friendly and very reasonable pricing. I recommend them without hesitation. Thank you!

I could not get my car started this morning and I called for a jump. I ask specifically if they knew how to jump a Prius and was told by the female who answered the phone she had done 3 or 4, so yes. When she got there she did try for some time to jump the car but it did not work. She said it did not seem to be taking the charge. After discussing what to do she told me she did not know how I would tow the vehicle since it was in park and in my garage. I ended up calling another company for a tow. When he got there he tried first to jump my car and it started right up. I called back to Laurences and ask for a refund since the other company started it right away and was told NO. I will never be using this service again. They charged me full price. I took my car to the dealership to get it checked out and they agreed with me that something was not done right when Laurences tried to jump my car. Very disappointed.

We were in a pinch when my son slid into a ditch on Christmas Day. These folks were the only towing company to answer the phone, which we appreciated very much. They got to us as quickly as possible and had us out of the ditch in no time. Great service!

Friendly in getting to my stranded car on the Interstate but he quickly diverted the scheduled drop off to his shop because he wont charge storage fees and could do the work. I got a rough price from him but never consented to have him perform said work or got a final quote as he promised. He quickly changed his tune when I had another tow company arrive to take my car to another shop. Storage fees now applied because I didnt consent to the work. His assumptions that any customer knows how the towing business works with what little info is presented. He lacks the necessary professionalism needed when trying to sell his services.

We received wonderful service! There were multiple accidents due to the snow and I was in a parking lot with a flat. Instead of making me wait for hours, they sent a plow driver to give me a ride home and then picked my car up and towed it later that evening. I will definitely be using Lawrences again!!

I locked my keys in the trunk of my car while loading my groceries. After waiting 3 hours on a tow truck from AAA. I called Laurences within 20 min I was back in my car! He also suggested I switch to Giaco . His awesome daughter crawled in my truck from the back seat to retrieve my keys. I highly recommend this company. Highly professional, protected my cars paint while jimmying the lock. Got me in and saved my groceries! Switching to Giaco saved me $120 a year on my car insurance with roadside service!! Thanks again !
