I would recommend this shop to anyone needing transmission work. Tony is a complete professional and keeps his promises. My 07 Mustang has never run better. I just got it back today and it ran like brand new. He also gave a very generous two year warranty.

I called and requested an axle seal replacement service and the guy told me to come first thing in the morning the next day so I did and when I got there he goes and tells me to come back at noon because they were too busy first thing in the morning… so then I came back at noon and once again he tells me we are still too busy come back tomorrow first thing in the morning, so once again I come back next day and get the service done paid about 300$ and about 5 days later I noticed the axle was still leaking this time even worse then before, this place has very bad service and terrible customer service I would not recommend to anybody

Tony and his team are GREAT!!!!!!! I recently moved to TX when my transmission went out on my Ford Fusion. I didn’t know where to go or who to talk to, but by Gods grace I ended up being connected with Tony. After only a quick phone call, he had my car picked up and a update on it within a day. Of course getting a transmission rebuilt is a bit of a process so it did take about a week or so, especially around the holidays but Tony made sure to keep me posted on everything and truly looked out for me in every way possible. After 200, 000 My motor went out on my Chevy Avalanche. They found a motor with very low miles and replaced the motor for a reasonable price. Now It runs great and gave me a warranty on the motor as well. I definitely recommend them!

Parts were delayed due to the pandemic causing an extended rental on the car but like I said communication was great. My trucks transmission has a new torque converter and shift kit. I called and drove my 04 Avalanche there thinking I was going to need a new engine.I explained to Ken I was ready to do what I had to he said let me look at it before we talk engine swap.Within an hour he called informed me of the issues and quoted me a fair and reasonable price.Changed all parts and had my truck back to me in almost 24 hours.Truck is running great and I wont go anywhere else from now on. My family was on a trip to the Dallas area when the transmission in our Yukon went out. Tony and the guys at Eagle Transmission in Mansfield were a big help in getting the car diagnosed and into running order. They were for very quick with the turnaround time since they knew we were essentially stranded. They put a whole new transmission in for us on a Monday (car broke down late Thursday night. Had it diagnosed and a transmission ordered by Friday afternoon. Transmission came in Monday morning and we were on our way home by 4:30pm Monday evening). We did have a few issues with it once we started driving it home. However, Tony arranged for it to be taken to a dealership and they found the problem (an O ring was left off and fluid leaking from transmission). It was quickly fixed and Tony paid the dealership since it was their mistake. Highly satisfied with the customer service and quick turnaround.

Ken tow my truck from my home for free and the very next day told me whats wrong with the transmission and gave me a quote. I was able to negotiate the price down with the amount I was comfortable with and have it financed with six months interest free through @synchrony bank.Four days later Ken called me to pick up my truck and also trow in a new battery for free. The truck is running great and sounds wonderful.Its hard to find a good god fearing human being nowadays but Ken is a good god fearing man and I am his customer for life.

I took my vehicle in for a transmission issue and when I dropped it off, I talked to Ken about the problem for a few minutes. He looked up some information and discovered the problem was still covered under warranty from GM. He recommended I take the vehicle to the dealer because more than likely, it would be an issue covered by dealer warranty. Even though I did not have any work done, he took time to explain what the problem might be and why I should take it to the dealer. He could have very easily taken my money, but instead was honest and even offered to help if I had any issues getting the issue resolved under warranty. I hope to never have any vehicle issues, but if I do, I will definitely go see these guys.

Ken is basically family at this point. Back in 2019 is when I first had a transmission problem. But little did we know it was more complicated than that. A year later, he did not rest until he fixed the issue with my Jeep. It took a while cause of covid but I trusted him and now she’s running smoothly and I’m so thankful for him and his crew at Eagle. My whole family goes to him and he’s my car guy for life!

The manager, Ken, is the best general manager I’ve ever seen. I can’t say enough about him trying to fix the problems I’ve had with my work truck, in a timely manner. Believe it or not, one time when his mechanics could not fix a diesel problem, on his own initiative, he called around and found someone to look at and repair it. He even provided the tow. Extremely rare.

Its hard to overstate how satisfied I am with Ken and his team. They did an excellent job fixing my very broken down car. Its been 6 months since my car was fixed, and its running perfectly. The clutch went out on my wifes car. Having used Eagle transmission before, I called them 1st thing. Ken made arrangements to have the car towed the same day. He said they would diagnose it for free. He explained everything that was wrong and what it would take. He did everything in his power to help us save where could on the repair. He even worked with us on trying to get financing for the repair work. Unfortunately we couldnt get the financing and choose to just replace the vehicle.Ken understood our decision, he was very professional, didnt make us feel bad about not repairing it. He even recommended a towing service for us to get the car home. He always kept us up to date on what was going on, even when there was a hiccup in getting my vehicle back.Based on my prior experience and current one, highly recommend Ken and his group.

I had a so called “New Transmission” put into my F-350 back in August or September. Cost me $4850 the truck has since been back 4-5 times.this time around they’ve had my truck 3 weeks now with not even a single call I’ve had to call to get any kind of update First time was a leak not too big of a deal, now these last 3 times have been for the same thing back to back. My 4x4 does not work at all, it’s not there. The transmission has been making very loud sounds And is not properly disengaging gears after traveling down the highway. You can literally smell the clutch burning! I’ve told them multiple times I think it’s a bad throw out bearing which I’ve had numerous family and friends mention the same thing just by listening to it.I called today as they’ve now had my truck for 3 weeks and was just told once again, oh we don’t see any issues I can’t fix a problem I can’t “re create”. Ken has told me I hear the sounds, I smell the clutch so on so on. But still they will not honor their warranty. I just got yelled at by ken over the phone because it’s been 3 weeks and I am losing my patience as the truck is used for work. I told him I need to know if your going to fix the problem or if I will have to pay for another shop to fix it. In these 3 weeks I haven’t received a single phone call. I’ve had to call only to be told nothing is wrong, even tho he clearly is stating yes there is something wrong.I will never do business with this company again, and I am going to the BBB to hopefully get my truck fixed somehow without having to fish out more money than I already have.

This is my second stop in to see Ken, the first was when he told me what I knew . The transmission was shot! No one wants to hear this, but it wasnt Ken that pulled an over-sized boat 500 miles. The first experience changed my mind about all shops are bad. The second time was this week when a code light shinned on my failed inspection. Ken said several times Warranty Work moved to the front of the line. And in less than 24 hours he had the fix in and tested the car last night and today. He tried to take it to the shop I went to for an inspection but they were swamped. I was responsible for the first trip to see Ken, he and his team were responsible for the second encounter and once again they excelled !

My boyfriend and I had nothing but the best experience with Eagle Transmission!My cars transmission broke down and gave me a very stressful time for a couple of weeks leaving me with no transportation. I went to two different mechanics before going with Eagle Transmission. The other two places were going to charge me a lot to put an used transmission from the junk yard to my car, plus took their sweet time to reach back to me and it would have been my problem to towe my car to their shops. Thank God Eagle Transmission was professional, quick and helpful!!Ken was really nice, honest about the transmission problems, and the communication was on point throughout the whole process. He towed my car and gave me a diagnostic for free! Told me to not feel compromised to go with them. What ended up costing me to replace my transmission was a little bit more than I had expected to spend at first (just because I was actually considering putting a used transmission from the junk yard at the beginning) but after thinking it thorugh, there were so many benefits from getting a new transmission. Ken even told me financing was an option. Now I got a brand new transmission, with warranty, my car was fixed within a week, and had awesome customer service. Thank you, my car runs like new!!

He was willing to work with us in pricing/financing...but ultimately, my wife and I decided to indulge and buy a new vehicle.Even though he didn’t get my business, he kept true to his word...remained a sincere professional. Didn’t make me feel bad for changing my mind, and was very helpful.

I dont write reviews often, but thought it worth writing this one. Ken who works in the front office helped me with my 2016 F150 and a sun roof problem I was having. The truck was out of warranty, but after some research Ken found a TSB (technical support bulletin) which said Ford would need to fix the problem free of charge anyway. Finding this he informed me of my due fix from the dealer free of charge. MANY (if not most) other places would NOT have informed me and just fixed it with the full cost of the repairs on me. A great job for being honest, and for that I will bring my car back here next time!

I recently tried to get my car fixed at this place, I was told it would be checked by a certain day/time and when I called it hadnt even been looked at, I had called multiple times to be able to get an answer and when I finally got someone to talk to me I was told the car wouldnt even be looked at until next week, meaning if I wouldnt of called I wouldve been stuck waiting.The worst part about is that when I mentioned to them what we had agreed on they got defensive like I was the one who didnt check the car during the days it was in the shop... I was ultimately told to either deal with it or take it somewhere else, great customer service huh? Yeah so I gladly picked up my car and took it across the street instead.All in all THE WORST experience Ive ever had!!!

I would recommend this place to anyone that I know. Eagle literally flew my direction. When I was stuck and didnt know what to to do with my vehicle. Especially being a female its really hard to just let your car go to a stranger not knowing if they are going to fixed the problem or just make it worse. As soon as you walk in the doors you are welcome with open arms . They just make you feel apart of the Eagle family. Honestly no problem is too big or small they are able to fix it all.

I had such a good experience with this shop. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, and they clearly knew what they were doing. Manager is incredibly friendly and helpful (looked at my car with no charge) but ultimately ended up misdiagnosing the problem. He recommended i go to the dealership (and they said it was a different issue, fixed it under warranty, and ive been driving a month now with no issues.)

Having a mechanic I can trust is worth more than I can say! Have had my car there several times, some for scheduled things like oil changes, sometimes for emergencies like when my power window broke during a particularly rainy week last spring! Mark and his staff are always responsive and get the work done as quickly as possible at a reasonable rate. Very happy to support them!!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! Ken is extremely RUDE and has no business running an auto shop! They are VERY slow and when I asked about my car some guy named John confused me with someone else and gave me the wrong info. After I left Ken called me and basically threw a temper tantrum so I gladly took my business elsewhere. Read the other reviews. Seems like Ken is notorious for this kind of horrible customer service. Wish I could give negative stars!

Ken was absolutely amazing to work with. I bought an 05’ Honda Civic with a CVT transmission in August. I had it for about 3 weeks and the transmission went out as I was driving down the road with two little ones with me. I had other issues arise as they worked on my car and Ken did everything he could to help me out and as well as get my car back to me in a timely manner. He kept me updated on the status of my vehicle quite frequently. He even took the time and brought me into the shop and showed me the progress that was being made. I can’t thank Ken and his techs enough for everything they have done! I have officially found my mechanic.

Ken is not helpful in trying to cope with his customers. He was being very rude to us. It took a long time for us to get our car back. He charged me for the towing bill from my credit card. He never gave me the receipt which my insurance company needed. I asked him multiple times and he still didnt cooperate with my requests.

Bad service manager (Ken) is rude that needs to work on his customer service skills and lies to get more money of from you...was not willing to work with my extended warranty company to fix my transmission and kept my car for a week and a half with nothing done. Please dont take your car here.

Amazing customer service, always communicates before doing work and offers alternatives if the scope of work is too grand, offers financing for large work but more so the communication about the status of your vehicle work is 100%. Always a happy customer and would reccommend any and everyone to get their car serviced here.

I had the worst experience of my LIFE with these people. I lost a peice of paper that allowed me oil changes, radiator flush, and other things for free. After paying almost $100 for it, I would expect to receive the services promised. I had proof of purchase, yet they refused to replace the flyer or even allow one of those services to be completed. After asking many times for a replacement, i was assaulted and to this day I have not received my services or any type of refund for the money i have apparently thrown down the drain. All I have is a phone number for a voicemail that has not been answered. What a SCAM!
