Great product. The showroom staff was very helpful as we had many questions. They handled all of our concerns and made very good suggestions. Our installer Gary was great from start to finish. Our house is about 90 years old and Gary worked wonders having the new floors flow into the old. Great job.

Ive been here a few times for some items and I feel like Im bothering them to make a purchase. They didnt carry an item I was looking for and I asked a question of who would carry some wood filler and it was followed by they have no clue. You would think that someone in the history of buying wood floors has used wood filler and they may know who sells them. Though Im saying that sarcastically, can you get the sense that theres no effort put in help the customer be successful. If you know exactly what you want and have no questions and need zero assistance then its probably the place to go to buy stuff.

We recently had a three-part hardwood floor installation project completed over the last nine months. During each stage of each installation, the materials arrived on time, the workers showed up when promised, and the job was completed quickly and efficiently. The workers were professional and respectful of personal property during the project. They were easily accessible via cellphone and text. They were given latitude to do their work and the result was above expectations. Well done. Would call upon them again with no hesitation.

I will start by saying that the sales associate was very helpful, answered all my questions and helped me come to my decision on which floor I wanted, because I needed something that would hold up and not be easily ruined with scratches. So I ordered 1500 square feet of the Maple flooring. It did come in on time, no damage boxes, all the pieces were nice and straight and consistent in color, just like the salesman said it would be. My husband did the installation and it went very well. My floor looks amazing and still holding up like the salesman said it would and its been about 8 months now.

I have ordered flooring from Jbw 3 times and have had nothing but great experiences. They have given me high quality flooring at a price which I feel after shopping around is more than reasonable. The staff is very attentive to my specific questions and needs and I have received the flooring in very fast.

Ive been using wood floor by jbw for over 2 years. Excellent quality of wood in all species.Staff is very helpful all the clients I have sent have been extremely satisfied with help they have received. I would undoubtedly recommend this place to anyone looking for hardwood floor needs.

I will start by saying that I am a very particular person when it comes to quality! The wife and I shopped around and decided to go with JBW. We ordered 12oo sq ft of Cherry flooring, but, when it came in the wife decided that it wasnt really what she wanted. We spoke with the manager Marc and he said I want you to be happy, what can I do?. We picked a Select Maple and placed the order. It came in as scheduled and was delivered to the house. WELL, I decided to install the flooring myself (first time) and with their advise and help from you tube the installation went great! I would not necessarily recommend to everyone to try installation, it is not as easy as you tube makes it look! LolAll the boards were very straight (not all twisted) and the color was very consistent. Also, very importantly, the mix of board sizes was excellent, not too many small pieces. The mix was very good.The floor looks awesome!

As a contractor i can say that the staff at jbw manchester is very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Their products r top notch and always available when u place an order. Great people to work with.. I suggest u check out the showroom they have a variety of wood products and are more than willing to help home owners with the entire process

I am a sub contractor and my experience with this place has been sub part say the least. The quality of the materials for the price is nothing to complain about, for its pretty good stuff at a good price...but the customer service at the Manchester location is absolutely disgusting. They have 3 full time employees dealing with customers and nobody relays information. We were told on multiple occasions that our shipment would be in within 2-3 days of the day the call was made. Every shipment was 2 weeks late from our given date which ended up being 3 sometimes 4 weeks from the date the order was placed. We were told the unfinished treads would be finished upon pickup and once again we showed up only to be disappointed. I will not be going back here nor will I be suggesting anyone else shop here either.

Great company to deal with very knowledgeable of their products. price was good and the quality was excellent I ordered a 4 1/4 maple and and my installer said it was a great product to work with and delivery was what I was told definitely deal with them again thanks .
