Our schedule was very tight with a limited budget. We also needed tile done in the several rooms. Kevin advised us and got someone to install the tile floors and coordinate both projects. Manchester Wood Floors was with us every step of the way and they pulled it all off without a hitch at a price that was very reasonable.

I have been using Manchester Wood Floors for years now to refinish as well as recoat the hardwood floors in my 100 year old house.This time they came in and put new floors in two of my bedrooms. One of the bedrooms looks wonderful. All the edges are great and there are not gaps anywhere. The other bedroom is just awful. I will be putting down quarterround to cover most of the bad workmanship, but that wont fix everything.When I pointed out the stark difference in quality to the owner his response was Oh they must have been training a new guy. Argh! He just didnt seem to care that the quality was crap.They also didnt come close to matching the old wood color. I had had that floor patched a long time ago by another floor guy and the match was perfect. I wasnt expecting perfect, but the difference in color is stark. The owner swears that the floors will darken, but I know that they wont darken that much. I will have to have them stripped and stained. $$The one 5 star review here on Google was placed by the one skilled craftsman that MWF has on their staff. He is the one who installed the good bedroom. MWF can do good work, but they dont always choose to.I will not be calling them back.
