We bought a beautiful solid bamboo floor from LL in Dec 2017. It was installed according to directions in Feb of 2018. It looks absolutely beautiful and the local LL store in Manchester, NH couldnt have been more helpful. This summer (2020), several boards began to show surface bubbles. When burst, the bubbles exude syrup-like fluid that smells like molasses. We asked LL for advice/help. There was no issue with subfloor moisture because the flooring was installed over a plywood subfloor not concrete. They refused to help until a class action lawsuit regarding the product was resolved. We were away from our home for 8 weeks when we were mailed about the class action and when we returned, it was too late to join the suit. LL still refuses to help. We dont know whether the class action will help. LL has abandoned us and, incidentally, indicated that even if they did help, it would be with an in-store credit.Regardless of how this eventually turns out, we will NEVER purchase from LL ever again. Their store staff were very helpful (although they did not warn us about the product class action lawsuit). Corporate LL have been indifferent to our problem.

Can’t say enough about Adam Hall. Exceptional service. I referred my mother in law to LL Flooring and Adam when she needed to replace the floor in her finished basement. Adam was helpful then but he went far and beyond when a week after installation her basement flooded and she had to have her brand new floor replaced. We were under a time crunch because she was selling her house and closing at the end of the month. Adam knew she had a lot going on. He was able to schedule everything so that her floor was replaced within 2 weeks of the incident. That’s measuring, ordering and installing in 2 weeks! And they look beautiful. If you are looking to use LL Flooring definitely ask for Adam for your salesperson!!

Best customer service iv experienced. I’m a contractor and was using a product I was not familiar with. They took the time to show me how the install works . I highly recommend I won’t buy flooring from another store

Would be a 0 star if I could. DO NOT USE THIER INSTALLATION SERVICE!! They left scratches, gouges and several incorrect installation procedures. I have been in contact with corporate and they have blatently lied about the process and communication with the installation company. They are denying all issues. DO NOT USE LUMBER LIQUIDATORS!

I purchased flooring on 1/11 and 1/14. I was instructed by staff to purchase extra. After my purchase they changed their return policy and will not honor my return. They provided me with this in writing. Absolutely silly!

My experience here today was excellent. Between a reasonably well organized website, and a quick phone call, I was able to get everything I needed at a price that beat the orange box store by a good 15%. Also, the sales rep reminded me of a few items I wouldve forgotten about, AND gave me a few tips on installation.In a time where customer service frequently takes a back seat, and when I find myself more and more frustrated by my basic business interactions, it was a nice break to speak with someone who cared about doing a good job. My husband and I are buying a house and need to refloor it throughout. We were helped by Mark and he was very insightful and helped us understand all aspects of the project and everything we would need. The quality of the products is great and we werent pressured into being upsold/were offered a variety of samples to take home. The showroom was smaller than we expected, but was well organized and easy to navigate.

Very rude, acted like they didn’t want to be there. Customer service is as bad as it gets. Prices are good, but I’d rather deal with someone professional. Hopefully the management doesn’t allow this to continue.

Good price on flooring, not so good customer service.Bought 500 SQft of solid oak (nice stuff too!) and was informed that if i had unused cartons it would returnable. One week later i was informed it was a closeout item and there was a 20% restocking fee....Blame was then passed on the sales person who failed to inform me. They at least gave me a full refund..in store credit.

What a let down, buyer beware after pre paying for installation and special ordering flooring I get attitude from the delivery company because they don’t have the correct information and then the installers show up and say the flooring we chose will not work because the floor wasn’t level enough and we had to choose a different floor for our application, The person that came for the original estimate and measuring looked at the floor and never mentioned anything about possibly needing a different type of flooring and said sometimes they have to do more work if there were issues that arose and that would cost more which I understood . Needless to say I had to find my own contractor to complete the job because they could not do it . I have a 60 year old house that has settled and the subfloor had to be redone and leveled but their flooring installers were not able to do this ? Or offer any solution besides a different floor and hundreds of pounds of leveling compound what a joke. I was expecting a professional to do the job but that was not the case . I would not recommend them to anyone for anything now and was very disappointed with the whole experience and then they wouldn’t even refund the $25 they charged me for the estimate because I did not use their installer that couldn’t do the job. Not to mention our inconvenience and wasting my time looking for someone to install their flooring because they don’t know what they are doing .Very unprofessional in my opinion and I will never use them again for anything .

Went to buy flooring told them the one I wanted. They said it was in stock. I picked it up and paid for it. Got home opened it up and they gave me the wrong flooring and charged me for a similar flooring at a 400$ difference.

Even we did not buy anything, the staff was very helpful in finding a solution for our problem.

MY husband and I went in to look at flooring, they gave me a sample to take home, I was happy, a week later they call and asked about the sample, I took them that I will be using them, but I had to wait a few weeks, week and half later they call again, this time I told them that I had problems at my house and it was going to be later .I would let them know as soon as we are ready for flooring, a week later they call again, I lost it and I told them I will gave them they sample back . because of nagging me they will not get my money, sad cuz I was going to use them for my whole house,
