I had Minuteman Floor remove old carpeting and install vinyl plank flooring for a condo I purchased. I am super happy with the quality of the work that was done, and the owner Steve was excellent to deal with throughout the entire process! I had to change the date of the install several times and Steve was always flexible with me and then his team ultimately completed the job on a very tight timeline when I was finally ready to have the work done. I hired Minuteman Floors to replace flooring in my condo. I had linoleum in kitchen and bath and carpet in the living room. I spoke with owner Steve on the phone and we hit it off immediately. Steve is a great guy, honest and up front. We met and Steve presented me with several different options and spoke about the advantages and disadvantages of each until we, together, found the right flooring for me. Steve sent me a very reasonable quote which included removal and disposal of all existing flooring to be removed. The best thing Steve did, and it was included in price**, was they removed the trim before installation of floors and then re-applied the trim. This was HUGE as this is a much better look, and it was included!!! Steves guys came in, on time, and blew out the entire project in one long day. They were fast, efficient and CLEAN. I would absolutely recommend Steve and Minuteman Floors to anyone who wants floors without a headache.

We had new wooden stairs put into our home and the final product looks fantastic. It was an excellent experience working with Steve, as he is totally professional and a pleasure to work with. Every aspect of our experience with the team was positive from initial consultation through the installation and finishing process to completion. Steve clearly enjoys working with people on their homes and put in a lot of effort upfront to help us think through and investigate options on the style, design and budget aspects of the project. He was attentive, flexible with our schedules and responsive to our timeline. The carpentry work is impeccably done and the expert carpenter Michael is a terrific person to work with. The advice he gave about finishes was key to creating a beautiful staircase that transformed the look and entryway to our house into a modern update that perfectly complements our traditional colonial home.

I cannot say enough good things about Steve and his installation crew. From the first phone call through installation day he was friendly, honest and accommodating to our schedule. He provided a wide variety of options to choose from. Pricing was right in our budget. His installation crew arrived a little late due to the weather but they walked in and got right to work. They were ALL respectful of our home, our dogs and to us. We did a walk through when they were done. The seams were pointed out, which I would never know they were there had he not shown us. The carpet on the stairs is perfect. The transition to the bathrooms (where there is tile) is flawless. They did a phenomenal job! I highly recommend Steve and this crew. Will definitely call him when we are ready to do the downstairs.

Minuteman Floors are amazing! They were able to give us a free quote for carpeting within 48 hours of us calling them. They were initially booked out but squeezed us in when we described how tight our schedule for getting carpet in had suddenly become. After giving us an estimate, we got carpets installed four days later! They were installed to perfection and look amazing in our new house. I met the crew that installed the carpets as well, they were also very professional and did amazing work. All around fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend this company for flooring to anyone in southern NH.

We hired Steve and his crew to replace an outdated stair runner and kitchen floor. We knew that we wanted to replace a dated checkerboard linoleum floor but never having gone through the process before, werent sure of our options or how the process would work. Steve and the crew from Minuteman were fantastic. I cant give them enough stars. We have a very small bathroom floor and several contractors did not want to do a small job, but Steve called me back within 5 minutes of making a request. They came to the house and my wife picked out the floor and they ordered it to be installed the next week. On the day of the install, the 2 installers (nice, nice guys) ran into some unexpected issues on my floor. They just stayed as long as it took to get it right and the floor looks AMAZING!! Dont forget to tip those installers, they work their tail off. Thanks Steve!! Highly recommend

The crew did a great job, the only thing I’ve run into is the nails used on the carpet on the stairs seem to keep coming up. I’ve been nailing them in, and have found a couple more, maybe flat head nails would be better, if there is such a thing In the carpet business.Other then that, they were very professional, did a great job with all other aspects of the job.Owner Steve was very professional in his presentation.

Stephen comes off as a very nice man who wants to do a great job and come through for his customers. He came out to measure in a timely manor and then for 3 weeks kept promising a quote will be emailed within 24 hours. Once quotes were sent over, there were some questions which he scheduled a time to come out to review and then no called/ no showed. Has ghosted me every since. Someone who basically begged to be given the job and then just drops off the face of the earth. No return calls, emails or texts. Dont waste your time.

We love our carpets from Minutemen, everyone was super friendly and we like our carpets. There was an issue with having enough people to do the job and therefore a few things took longer and a few things got missed initially. When we called about it they did resolve the issues. Good quality carpeting and really good and thorough consultation. We would hire again.

My Fiance and I recently purchased a house and knew ahead of closing that there were some things that needed to be changed/replaced before we could move in and make it our home! Steve is very knowledgeable on the flooring he provides. He told me usually it takes two and a half to three hours to install the carpet that I chose. In an 11.6 x 13.6 foot room. Whoever he brought with him are pros as well as he. His employees are very good very fast and do the job correctly they installed my carpet in an hour and 15 minutes Im very impressed. Minuteman floors is a puntual hardworking company. As well as extremely detail oriented. I am very happy that I did business with Minuteman floors. This is a really nice carpet that purchased. Its stain resistant and pet resistant comes with a ten year warranty. I will be recommending him to multiple freiends, family, and business people. Called Minuteman Flooring around 11am on a Saturday morning and Steve was at my apartment at 4PM On the same day with Samples. I was closing on a house the next week and wanted flooring installed before moving in. Was a very quick turnaround time but Steve made it happen! We called Minuteman to set up carpet installation and the salesman came to our house the same day. The quoted price for three rooms of carpet and a stairway was very reasonable. The installers came to our house the next day and took all our old carpet out. The following day all the new carpet was installed. The installers were skilled, professional and friendly. When Minuteman called after using Angies list Steve came to the house within a couple days and had a 12 X 15 room carpeted in less than a week. The instillation was about an hour!!. The installer was very polite, professional, came in and out numerous times closing the door, bringing old materials out and cleaned up after himself. I highly recommend for flooring needs.

The salesman arrived on time for our scheduled appointment ( always a good sign ) . After going through samples we chose a nice carpet to replace the carpet in the family room hallway and bedroom. We were provided a proposal on the spot that was very attractive. Two weeks later the installers arrived, moved our furniture, tore up the old carpet and installed the new carpet in the same day. The installers were professional and made sure we were satisfied before they left. We will use them again when we do our next flooring project.

We recently bought our home and needed vinyl flooring installed. We had already found the product that I fell in love with and Steve was great about getting it installed. Minuteman Flooring was easy to work with and provided excellent quality installed flooring. They also sanded down and restained our staircase as well.

We hired Steve to replace the carpet in 1 bedroom, that was installed perfectly. We also hired Steve to sand and refinish 760 sq ft. Of hardwood floors, unfortunately the tecknitian applied polyurethane on top of dust left behind due to poor vacuumingHis tecknitian tried to quickly fix the problem, there are too many defects in the refinishing of the floor.We had another Flooring company come in, they informed us the floor needs to be resanded. This means $2500 more plus hotels for 3 more nights and restaurants.Steve now refuses to do whats right and is ignoring our messages.FRUSTRATED and DISSATISFIEDMy advice, buyer beware.
