I stopped at this shop after a terrible day at work. They were prompt with my service even without an appointment (I really didnt expect that)I got a mani and pedi. I got acrylic nails. Everything was just so perfect, calm and relaxing.My nails have held up to the test of time against my cleaners I use at work. My toes look perfect. I cant wait to go back again. I felt so calm and relaxed here.I really needed this awesome experience.

Myself and daughter and friend went in today to get pedicures and a full set of acrylics for my daughter and they did a fantastic job, super friendly. I will never go anywhere else. You guys are the best!!

The staff here is super friendly and personable, they always remember you and details of your life. They also encourage unusual nail choices and I think they have just as much fun experimenting with nail colors as I do. Dip nails are the way to go, they last forever and if you have super weak nails like I do youll thank yourself for it.

Waited awhile to be taken care of. Put wrong color on my nails. Wanted to charge an extra $8 for my cuticles to be cut after already spending $42 for dip. Will not be coming back.

Nail Gallery is hands-down the best nail salon in St. Louis! From the moment you walk in it is obvious how much the owners Christina and Eric care about their customers as well as Lynn and all of their other technicians. My nails are absolutely perfect each time I leave and I am continuously amazed at how long they last! Weeks longer that any other mani/ pedi I have ever had. Asked for almond nails with a good pointy tip, came home with short ugly round nails. not coming back.

The staff were nice... Although the process seemed a little rushed. Within a week or so the nails began to pop off while simply doing everything task. Also the nails were lumpy and uneven she had to fix them.

I loved my nails so much, you are in a good environment. They can do any design you want and it turns out great, and you have not just a good experience but great nails .

I rarely ever write reviews but the pedicure I had at the nail gallery today was by far the best pedicure Ive ever had. Today was my first time there and will definitely go back. My feet are softer than they have ever been!

This place is amazing. I have now been there three times and was actually waiting to write my review until I had enough of a sample. My current manicure is a dip manicure and I am on 3.5 weeks. Other thank my nails growing, its still holding up. Everyone is super friendly and does a great job. Pedicures are great too! I have found my new spot. Oh and I consider myself very particular, as well!

Evey time I come in, the staff is all smiles. They are a great bunch. If you have sensitive hands, go see Eric. Seriously the best Ive encountered. Also if you are looking for a threading specialist Abbey is your girl. She gets busy but it is so worth it. Better than any eyebrow wax.

Best prices of any nail salon I have ever been too! With your pedicure the leg and foot massage is included in the price! Other salon charge extra! They give you the best leg and foot massage and do a great job on your toes. This is the only place I will go!

Eric did an amazing job on my daughters nails! He went above and beyond to get the colors just right. She loves them!

My wife comes here all of the time to get her eyebrows threaded and her nails done. I’ve been along a few times and they are always super friendly, even when we bring our little daughter along. This is the absolute best place to go to get your manicures and pedicures. I moved out to West County two years ago and I have been coming to Nail Gallery ever since. Both Eric and Christina are wonderful and they are both so kind. The entire staff does an exceptional job and I feel so welcome every time I come through the door. This is my favorite nail salon in West County! After living here for three years, I’ve been to several nail salons in the area and have never found one that I really liked until about three months ago. I’ve been to this one several times now and I always get the powder dip color. They have tons of colors to choose from and always do such a good job! And on top of that, the stuff is all extremely friendly and welcoming. I would 100% recommend this salon to anyone in the area.

Clean, friendly staff and the owners are very personable. The only reason didnt get 5 stars is because the traffic can make it a challenge to cross on weekends.

They were rude to my friend and now we have to find another place for our bridal shower nail party. Liars!

I go to the nail gallery every couple of weeks. They give the best pedicures and foot massages and Im saying that because Ive been to multiple places and its a letdown compared to them. Even my mom who has her own nail salon that she goes to because its more convenient for her, will wait to get her pedicures done by them. They also give great back massages. As for Shellac, I have never had Shellac done so I couldnt really comment on that, but I alway love their full sets with acrylic, especially how Tina does the pink and whites. My only complaint is theyre almost always busy, but most nail places are, and they get me in quick. They are usually pretty well staffed. They always remember me. Every time I really feel welcome and appreciated. I know the staff there 2 years ago wasnt the best but the people that they have now are wonderful and know what theyre doing. I recommend them to all of my friends and feel very confident about using them for my wedding in a couple of weeks.

Great selection, friendly, professional staff!

I usually come place, but only eyebrow threading. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded by the same lady for years. Yesterday, after my brow threading, I decided to get a manicure and then a full set. The young guy that did my manicure was great! The older guy that did my full set was very ignorant and rude! I tried to give the nail techs a chance, but I will know longer patronize this place....not even for the eyebrow threading.

Every time I go in they give me exactly what i ask for!! This time I got vampire gang nails and couldnt be happier!!Been going here for months and never had an issue

We have been going to Nail Gallery in Ballwin for years and have seen it through different owners. Eric and Christina are wonderful and even remember the colors I have tried months ago. Lan has done my moms nails for years and they last through her physical job for up to 4 weeks! I have been to so many other places in Des Peres, Ladue and Maryland Heights and this place is unsurpassed. The massages for pedis are long and feel amazing and they are able to do great designs too. I’ve never seen a place have more color options either- they have gel, regular polish and dip!

Not sure how they have a 4.9 review with the attatude. I took my sister and niece to get our nails done. We literally walked in the door and this lady looked and asked what you want excate words. And I told her 2 full set and 2 just polish. She wouldnt let me sign us in. And all she said was, we busy come back laterNo thank you!
