It was an amazing experience at this salon. My first time getting my nails done. I had 1/2 in long black & white marble acrylics done by this very kind man who made sure to check in w/me frequently throughout my visit. It was a very relaxed and quiet atmosphere and although I got nervous it was unfounded and the overall experience was nothing short of desirable. Very friendly despite being their only male presenting client. Will return.

Nails came out feeling strong and looked fantastic.I chose matte nails today as thats my favorite color, and shows all your grooves and edges in your nail! I went with a photo inspiration and was very impressed with the final results as well as price ($70). Tiffany did my nails and was so patient considering it took 2 1/2 hours because of the design detail. I absolutely love bringing in Valentines day with adorable nails! Thanks. The red polish on my nails started to come off after 6 days week

Amazing pedicure! I got the deluxe pedicure and even though it was a busy afternoon, I was taken right at my appointment time as they had lots of staff. The pedicure lasted more than an hour: heavenly foot and leg massage with citrus scrub. I opted for gel, so I am sure this will last a long time!

The only place I will get my nails done hands-down the best place around. Never had a problem here always A+ work.

Went for acrylic nails, nails were put on crooked and I was forced to believe they were ok. I was rushed through the whole experience. I was told 3 different prices through the 40 mins i was there and had to pay something else at the register. Do not prefer.

I have been coming to this salon for YEARS, I have only had one other bad experience but I moved past it. I walked into the salon to get a fill like I do every week/two weeks. They sat me down like they normally do and I waited over an hour before I was even looked at again. There were multiple technicians just sitting around, on their phones, doing nothing. I was finally taken by Andy who did my nails and usually does. He was great and got them done in 20 minutes. As a regular and loyal customer I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with my experience. I will not be returning to this salon.

I didnt like the way they did my pedicure. They hurt (filing) my nails to much/long. 3 days later my nails started cracking, this with the dip. So I have 2 nails that have messed up less than a week.

Amazing! My nails still look beautiful after almost a week and half and the guy that did my nails took his time listened to me with what I wanted and even offered me a drink! Like damn I have never had my nail tec offer me anything lol this will be my go to for now! Even if its an hour drive from me!! That should say something!! XoxoX

Pretty good spot. Everyones nice, techs did a great job on my friend and I. Only concern for me is they reuse their tools from person to person. I watched one set get used on my friend then brought over and used on someones feet. Kinda makes me nervous.

I started going this September. My nails were brittle and very short.Susan started doing my nails and i have enjoyed the experience with her being my Nail tech. My Nails have grown and they are very strong . I can at least go 3 weeks before going back. I have been looking for a nail salon in the past and i found one and Im enjoying Susan time.

Andy did an amazing job on my nails. I am always skeptical about trying a new place because I like dramatic nails that can sometimes be hard to execute, but he went the extra mile by showing me 10 different reds just to make sure I found the exact one I liked and he did my ombré perfectly !! I wasn’t overcharged with ridiculous things like “$10 extra for length, $10 extra for shape” which beautiful nails down the street does. THANK YOU ANDY. I’ll be back 🙂

I have been coming here since they’ve opened and I’ve never had a problem until about a month and a half ago. I get acrylic with gel and they normally last 2-3 weeks but for the past almost two months I’ve been getting nothing but lifted nails. I thought maybe it was me but it’s not, so if the problem cannot be fixed then I will be going somewhere else. I’ve been loyal to this salon for a while and cannot and will not tolerate faulty nails.

I would have given a zero if I could.I was at the mall and needed a pedicure so decided to get it here instead of my regular place. BIG MISTAKE!! First we wrote our names and were not even addressed for a good 50 minuets. They were incredibly busy. But I understand that happens in the mall on a Sunday afternoon. No big deal!Now for my pedicure! Ug! I get regular pedicures and although there can be an irritating little “nip” here and there, I have never experienced such pain while she was doing my cuticles. She was pushing and nipping do rough. That was over, now for calluses. Holy cow that hurt!!!! She was so rough!! I kept saying “ouch” and pulling my foot away. On my left foot she was doing it so hard and so high up on the side that she cut me on the TOP of my foot!!! There was a gouge if skin taken out and I was bleeding. She apologized, said something about being busy, put pressure in with cotton and some sort of blue substance she said “was for the bleeding “.You would think this was the worst part, but it wasn’t!!! Once the bleeding stopped she dunked my foot back in the dirty water (she had been massaging my leg and I wasn’t paying attention) before she rinsed it off.I hadn’t really thought about it before I was cut but after I was cut it dawned on me that they weren’t using those plastic disposable liners that my salon uses. I watched two people get up from their pedicures while I was being painted,. The one next to me got wiped down with the dirty towel used during his pedicure and the tech walked away. The second person was rinsed but not wiped or cleaned with ANYTHING!! I watched because I just had a fresh open wound in that tub!!!I told the manager what I experienced and witnessed with the cleanliness of the tubs. The asked me to wait a minute. After a minute, he had sent my tech back over to me. She asked “what to you want?” I told her that I had concerns about my wound and the cleaning of the tubs and again she said “what do you want, we are busy” . I leftI have spent three days covering it and applying antibiotics. Despite my best efforts, I am showing signs of infection and headed to urgent care.This place is disgusting

Went on my birthday to get my nails done. This was on the 8th. My tech was nice but didnt really talk to me. It has not been even been two weeks. And 4 of my nails have popped off. Not very happy

It was my very first time getting my nails done and I had looked at a few different places. I went with them on a whim. I was very happy with how they came out, just a simple solid grey gel polish and ontop of my short acrylic nails. I got them done on the 1st of March. Its now the 16th and my nails are all starting to pop off. I may be wrong but I was under the impression they would last about a month. But even at that I didnt think they would just pop off so easily.

Me and my friends went here and the lady that did my nails was very nice but the lady that did my friends nails was very rude to her. She wanted white nails and the lady said the color was “too light”. She was very pushy also, yanking my friends hand closer. The nails did come out good though.

I was seated immediately for my pedicure and the nail tech took her time and did a great job. Friendly and super sweet. My experience was very positive and I will definitely go back!

Was my first time going there. Went there to get dip color. Had an appointment at 5:15 got right in but I did not leave until 730. After I got home they didnt let the top coat dry fully and it left bubbles on my nails. I just think after sitting there for 2 hours I expected them to come out better than they did.

Its not a bad place to go do your nails. I called they said that they were accepting walking ins. I waited for an hour without any staff member giving me an update on my wait, so I finally asked how long. One of the staff members stated, long time. I thought it was a joke. I then was seated in the chair with a staff member confronting me about the prices. I asked, why are you telling me this? She replied, many people dont pay. Needles to say I was the only black person in the shop, so I felt singled out! Im not saying there racist but I was treated horribly.

Went to get a mani pedi and staff was friendly but felt uncomfortable at times while they were having conversations in a different language. You could tell the place needs to be cleaned and Remodeled. Tools didn’t look to be sanitized or pulled out of the sealed plastic packaging like at other salons. Also pricey and could probably go somewhere else for a cheaper but more reasonably priced spa experience.

This place is inside the mall of Manchester new Hampshire. I walked right by this place inside the mall. This place also has wheel chair accessible entrance. Also this place has a huge parking lot with handicap parking.

I have been here almost 8 times I would say in the past 2 years and for most part had ok service. Tonight was horrible. I felt like I was a nuisance. It was not relaxing.. I was rushed.. there was no attention to detail. Very negative atmosphere and attitude for no reason. Never going back. They dont appreciate your business or what you want. Search elsewhere.

First time I went they were perfect. I had a guy doing them. I just left and it was a woman doing them. She completely messed my acrylics up. I asked for medium length coffin nails. I left with uneven, square short nails. I am not going back again!!

Rude. Unprofessional. I went back 3 times in one week to have a broken nail fixed on a new set. The amlr tech said to come back and we will give you a free set. I went into o get them done and ran out and left me with a different tech who freaked out when I told her the guy who just left said I didnt need to pay.she LL pay it and they told me I wasnt allowed to come back. Not sure what I did wrong but I am all set with ever going back. I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy.

I had my nails done here today checked in about 430 wasnt seen until about 515 other clients were seen before me even though I checked in. I asked if they could do a gel manicure meaning gel nails not nail polish they said that they did. After they started doing the nails I noticed theyre putting on acrylic powder on I sat in silence with disappointment but thought oh well. she asked if I want rounded or square and I told her I wanted an in between but definitely not square.... I ended up getting full square nails even after saying more round. Ok, its fine I thought I will file them down. And then she began to polish a base coat so dirt would not show through my nails and then a sparkly coat. Another client walked in she began to rush only putting one coat on nothing like the demo nail that they had Showing how beautiful it could be. I then spoke up thats not what I asked for explaining how I wanted the same as the demo now she then told me theres too many coats it will chip off. Unsure of what I was supposed to do ask her to shave it all off start over? So I asked for another coat she put it on and it still looks terrible. Im not a person that will speak up for myself when I got home I noticed it look like I already needed a fill on my nails from the huge gap in between the nail in the cuticle bed its very noticeable. She didnt clean off the chunks of acrylic powder underneath the nail tip. I gathered up the courage inside me and called them asking for a refund that I just was not happy and I didnt want them repaired due to the quality of work. She said that I would have to come in to fix that they dont do refunds that speak to her boss then I asked when the boss would be in she said I dont know you come in some other time and we fix and we bickered back-and-forth that I didnt want to come in to have them fixed I was going to go somewhere else she said there is nothing I can do for you come in and speak to my boss. I really dont feel like Im being picky I didnt get a single thing of what I asked for and Im out $45 bucks and Ill have to go some where else. Rather disappointed.

My nails are lumpy and bulbous, they didn’t clean the acrylic from underneath the nail. They tried to pressure me into something I didn’t want. Initially said the price was going to be $35 but raised the price to $50 when I was about to pay... I highly do not recommend.

I travel from hopkinton to see my girl, Lee. Shes hands down the best and all the other techs are always very nice too. Ive tried every shop in Concord that I wouldnt have to travel but no one is ever as good. Worth my drive every time!

I will not be returning due to the fact that they reuse tools such as files, callus stones, and there is no plastic lining in the foot baths. Its unsanitary. The callus stone that they used on me was obviously worn down, they rinsed it in the water and stuck it under the foot bath. As I was sitting waiting for my toes to dry I watched the employee take the nail file he used on me, grabbed another one off the table, and then tried to brush them off and stuck them in another pencil box at the manicure station. I went to stand up to leave and the employee working on the girl next to me came over to grab my mismatched toe spacers (probably to reuse them) to make sure I didnt leave with them. Waste of $30 in my opinion.

If I could give NO stars I would... I just went here for the first time last night as my usual salon I go to (glossy nails in Bedford) was all booked up and I needed to get them done asap. I was extremely dissatisfied with the end result, I told her I wanted them long and coffin shaped.. Theyre short and square with a tiny curve towards the end.. They are so uneven on top and bumpy and so flat. I went with my girlfriend last night and hers came out just as bad. Calling today to see if they can fix them and NOT going back.!! Also theres not really anywhere to sit while you wait to be called next so it is very crowded at the front of the shop where everyone stands waiting to be seen. I would definitely not recommend this nail salon to anyone who doesnt want to waste their money.From,Very unsatisfied first time and last time customer...

There is one guy who usually always does my acrylics and every time they come out so nice. He actually has conversations with you while he does ur nails and makes sure everything is perfect by the time I leave

Horrible service. The lady doing my nails was EXTREMELY rude when I went to get my fill. She told me to leave right after she put a clear coat on and my nails got messed up when I left the nail spa. I immediately turned around to go back inside and they all gave me dirty looks. NEVER going back.
