I went here with my daughter as a treat before her first day of school. Everyone was very nice and our experience while we were there was good, other than it taking longer than expected. I got a pedicure and my daughter got a manicure and a pedicure. Unfortunately, our nails started chipping almost immediately, less than 24 hours after paying over $100 for these services. I had planned to come back regularly right after we went - but now that I know that it will only last one day, I’ll be finding somewhere else. Really very disappointing.

Brian, took me to his station and went to WORK🤗 VERY friendly and easy to chat with. I am usually nervous to try new nail salons but this place get 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️‘s I’m dropping my old place an making this my New nail home! 12 miles from my house😄

This was my first time coming to this nail spa. The nail technicians were extremely nice. The place was super clean. Sophia did my pedicure. She was very sweet and took her time to ensure my pedicure was done properly,and that I was happy with the results. I absolutely loved the finished look. I will be returning.

Bar nails is very clean and has a soothing atmosphere.As for the manicure itself, not the best. No lotion, until I asked, which was then given after top coat had been applied. No warm washcloth which is normally given after filing...bleeding from cut cuticle, no apology. Anyway, for $19.00 bucks I would have thought there would be more consistency. At that price, I felt ripped off.

Brian was fantastic! The man that met me at the counter was very welcoming, as were the other ladies. Everyone was so kind. Brian was the best though! He gave me the exact set that I wanted! He was super communicative throughout the process about the length, shape, color, etc. and they came out amazing! He was also kind and talkative, without being pushy or over talkative. I like to start with small talk so it’s not overly awkward but I kind of zone out when getting my nails done and it was a comfortable silence which was really soothing for an introvert like me. Overall the professionalism, cleanliness, friendliness, and quality were fantastic and I can’t wait to come back!

Brian was awesome. Offered me a drink before we started. They had a large variety of colors and dips to choose from. Very pleased will absolutely go back again.

I have been to this place twice now and I love it. They do a really great job.

I was referred by a friend and loved the service. I would love to have had a television to view. Without a television(s), you rely on your phones and none of the chairs have power supply ports for recharging electronics. Of course you could enjoy the view of people passing by on the trail.

I came in for the first time today and I am so glad I did! The nail techs were so welcoming and helped me decide on a color and shape. She was so patient and precise with the dip powder and they turned out amazing! Definitely will be going back

So glad I found this salon. The manager is my go to for Dip Nails and she does a great job with pedicures. The salon is very clean, they have great customer service, and a wide variety of colors. Also love how its so close and convenient. I used to go out of my way for nails and it just wasnt worth it. So happy to have found them.

My wife and I were extremely pleased with our experience, right when we entered we were pleasantly greeted by receptionist. Especially after a long flight from the west coast this was very much needed as my Wife wanted to be pampered after we landed.

Brought my recruiter here for a little one on one time - this is something we do often in town. This place beats out the others by far. Ive never waited longer than 5 minutes, the gel lasts longer than 2+ weeks, and I loved my shape. Coming back 100%.

Cindy was absolutely wonderful she did a phenomenal job on my nails dip with tip! My first time there and I’m picky so I was absolutely impressed with my nails! They even gave me a bottle of water which I was actually dying of thirst so I was so impressed by all the care and details that they took care of! Most definitely going back!

No respect to client’s time. I have been waiting for 30 min. No one even asked how can I help you. After 10 min., I asked one of nail technician and said my appointment supposed to be at 6:20, she said just wait. I waited till 6:45 with no response from the spa staff. BEFORE scheduling appointment for client MAKE SURE you have enough nail technician for the client!!!

I started off with Jon who handed me off to Cindy after he prepped my nails and I feel like she put her all into my service! My nails are the perfect length and she painted them exactly like the picture I showed her and the pedicure was the best my feet felt so relaxed and soft. I definitely will be coming here again!

I love these ladies! I regularly go to them for my manicures and my pedicures. They are amazing, sweet, attentive, and do incredible work. The owners regularly walk through the salon to make sure everyone is taken care of. Plus, their prices are extremely reasonable for how high end the salon feels. I really like the atmosphere at Bar Nails. Its luxury styling all around from the pedi massage seating to custom video streaming at nail stations.I took my granddaughter for a spa day and it was great!A little shocking at my final bill but it was worth the time and attention we received from Brian, My, and other staff members.

The facility was bright and clean, and also very comfortable. They have several precautions in place for COVID and i felt safe. The spa pedicure was competitively priced and felt wonderful. Very friendly staff and great color selection. I have already recommended them to one friend and my appointment was just an hour ago. I will be returning!

They have excellent service, very accommodating and friendly. Use disposable tools and proper sanitation protocols. Even came in on their day off for a bridal party! Thanks so much, we will be back!

Although I was shuffled between 3 different techs, every single one of them was amazing. Claire did my nails and she ROCKED it! I asked for a certain shape and color and she did it without even batting an eye. I don’t usually get my nails done but I’m thinking I need to change my mind about that. 10/10

So bad. Ripped my feet all up during the pedicure, I was bleeding from 3 of them. Tried to use a credit underneath my gel manicure to get it off, instead of soaking it. It felt like he was ripping my nail off, I can’t even BELIEVE they do it that way. After the first one I ripped my hands away and was super upset and ready to leave. They convinced me to stay, I had to explain to them how to get the gel off my soaking it. Wish I had just left. The paint came out stringy, none of my nails were evenly colored. They charge you an extra $10 for cuticle care, and their manicures don’t include lotion or nail oil. So you’ll end up paying twice the amount you should for a long, arduous, painful experience, and nails you’ll have to get redone somewhere else.

Very friendly staff, clean and professional. a little pricey but totally worth it to treat yourself.

I am very particular about my nails and I typically only go to one spa in west midtown. But I tried this place because I failed to make an appt at my regular spot. I read about their reviews (the nail tech, not the manager ). He is really great. I dont like my cuticles cut back to nubs. He followed my direction to perfection. My cuticles look well manicured but not raw. I love my nails!

Cindy did my pedicure and eyebrows. She took her time on my feet and shaped my eyebrows exactly how I like them. I told her I will definitely be back to see her 😊

It was very clean, and safety measures were in place. They staff was very professional and friendly. I love the technicians execution of what I had envisioned for my nails. I will return to this salon consistently.

They were incredibly professional from the appointment confirmation call, to the way they treated you as a customer. Something else I really liked- no gossip between technicians (personal pet peeve for me- save that for your break or when youre closed; customers dont need to hear about that).

My mom and I went into Bar nails a hour or two before they closed knowing I might not be able to get both a pedicure and a manicure but they fit me in!! They did an amazing job and made sure to keep everything sanitized and clean while doing my nails. I will be returning soon!!

Today was my first time visiting this nail shop. I was greeted by both technicians which made me feel welcomed. They look so professional with their salon jackets and name badges. Found my perfect salon. Best manicure Ive ever had. Lovely decor and calm atmosphere. Staff are friendly and very skilled. The dip was very affordable and fast. I highly recommend this salon and its friendly staff.

Sophia did a great job on my nails. She gave me some design advice and I am very happy I listened. Ellie and Lucy were also great while helping me with my pedicure.

I paid $50 for a pedicure and I still have rough skin all over my feet and the polish started chipping in the first 2 hours. Very disappointed and will not return. The salon itself is beautiful and good sanitation procedures but not a good value for the money.

The Service:I went here today for a pedi/full set mani and my nail tech, Cindy, did a fabulous job. When I asked her to trim my nails as short as possible during the pedicure, I could tell she really tried her best to make them as short as possible. Additionally, I find getting a full set painful at times because they either grind too much around the cuticle or are just too rough in general during filing and buffing. The full set here was painless and the fingernail length and shape was perfect. While I was extremely happy with the nails themselves, my favorite thing about the entire experience is that Cindy did not try to engage me in small talk or upsell me. As someone who is quiet and introverted, I couldnt have asked for better service.The Salon:The pricing was very affordable compared to other nail salons Ive visited, and I could tell that they put a lot of effort into keeping things sanitized. They used disposable liners in the foot bath, all of the pedicure tools were new and disposed of afterwards, and there was a plastic screen between myself and the nail tech for both the pedicure and manicure. Not once did I have any concerns regarding cleanliness or covid.Bar Nails & Spa has found themselves a new repeat customer!

I was unhappy with my nails and they offered to redo my full set when I came back in. The gel polish chips, peels and scuffs badly here. My daughter and I are not too happy with our nails in the end. Would not recommend.

I thought this was going to be a place I would have really liked but I would like to say I am thoroughly disappointed and can not recommend to anyone. This was my first time coming to bar nails and I had gotten the gel manicure. After just around 3-4 days my nails started chipping and I noticed how my cuticles didnt even look like I had gotten a manicure. After calling back and returning to the lady she asked what happened and I told her they just started chipping. Hoping to respectfully get the 3 chipped nails fixed, but that was not the case and not sure why. In trying to redo the 3 nails she ripped off the gel polish with her hands and using the set of acrylic nails she had sitting around!!! Never having experienced that at even the worst salons I have been to, I asked her if that is safe since it is pulling off my nail bed and she continued to do so. She put on a clear coat and very quickly tried to put the polish on. The whole demeanor had changed from the first time she had given the manicure. Was very rude, clearly did not want to fix what had gotten messed up and Walked away before I could ask any questions. I had to point out how there were bumps on my polish as she was trying to be finished and these bumps were clearly coming from earlier when she ripped off my polish and my nail bed in addition and the polish on top was not sitting well. She continued to clip away the bumps With a pair of clippers and apply layers and layers of polish to cover them up and I was not happy. Then she used the drill to file away the layers of dried polish to start over and was doing it so carelessly that at one point I had to pull my hand away because I could feel the heat through my nail!!! Without wiping away the dust throughly she continued to add the polish to get it done and then walked away.... horrible customer service for their own products fault even after I had tipped well over 25%. Didnt say thank you and I still don’t understand what the issue was or why she couldn’t respectfully fix the chipped nails. I would have tipped more this time but after that, I wish I would have talked to the manager right then and there. She walked away to the register before my nail was even dry and did not fix any of the uneven filing and I walked out saying thank you. Extremely extremely disappointed and would not recommend to anyone.left some pictures on my yelp review for anyone looking.

Amazing place! I walked in there and felt so welcomed. The owners are the nicest people I have ever met and my nails turned out amazing and lasted for so long! They have excellent service like asking if I want anything to drink and if they are busy at that time they nicely gave me other times that they are open! Such a beautiful place inside not nasty or gross smelling like other nail salons can be! They are so nice to everyone that walks in the door! Great place can’t wait to come back later!💗

My first but definitely won’t be my last visit! I went in for a manicure and pedicure and was taken care of for nearly three hours! The place is beautifully designed. The staff is excellent and try to call you by name! The price is honestly better for what you get than anywhere else I’ve been in 3 different states and over 10+ years.They are the only place l I have ever been that has single use files and foot scrubbers! All their other supplies were well sanitized. The place was immaculate! And it didn’t even smell of acrylic like most other nail salons. They didn’t skimp on a single minute of massage, nail art, design. They were all constantly asking if I was happy with what I was getting. And the offer complementary drinks for even your children when/if they come in. I will be back with my daughter for a pamper mommy/me day!

I really enjoyed my manicure at Bar Nails! The staff was really friendly and called me by name. The salon takes the time to pay attention to details and listen to what you want. This salon is just plain wonderful! Its super clean and everything is so well sanitized for proper use for the customer. I went during a very rainy evening. When I was getting close to finishing, the owners wife noticed there was a big puddle outside by my car and the owner offered to pull my car around back so I wouldnt get wet and ruin my pedicure. Exceptional customer service! I am very excited to go back!

What a nice change compared to other nail salons here in West County! If you want superior service with a relaxing updated salon this is definitely the place.With lots of colors and designs to choose from you will want to keep coming back just to try that new color or design.The salon offers a very generous reward card service so it only enhances the service. Bad customer service. Give your business to a place that needs it, not this place. Apparently they dont need business because when I came in they said, were kind of busy right now, can you come back later? first of all, there were only about 5-6 people in there. Secondly,maybe I wouldve been willing to wait.... But they basically just told me to leave. Very annoying.

I stopped in at this nail salon today for a dip. The place itself is very clean, with modern decor. There wasn’t anything hung on the walls via tape or push pins (good attention to detail). I like the dip because how strong it makes my nails, I didn’t care about color so I asked the gentleman employee to pick a color for me. He was very friendly and welcoming! I was a walk in so I had a thirty minute wait. I received an orange mimosa while I waited, which tasted great. I waited some time after getting acetone wrap to remove the dip that was already on my nails. The wait wasn’t a huge deal because the gentleman was good at checking back with me instead of just dumping me off like other places. My actual dip was put on by a female employee. For just the dip I was there (mind you I had a 30 min wait) for almost two hours. I lost count at how many coats the lady applied of dip to my nails. She also took sometime to fix a nail (she noticed) when she was almost done. I appreciated her fixing the nail once she noticed it. That being said I asked for a trim to my nails that’d I’ve been growing out but after the trim and repeat file my nails are now very short. I also asked for rounded nails.. the rounding of my nails are not even. The color/dip itself is still on my finger in some spots as well. Walking in I really liked this nail salon so much I planned on making it my regular spot. However, at check out I was really thrown for a loop. I had never been to the salon before and when I went to the sign in pad I notice business cards saying $5.00 off for New Clients. I pick one up and signed in for my dip. Once I went to pay I asked if I could get the $5 off because I’m a new client and handed her the card. She looked at me weird and asked me where I got the card. I told her I found it “right there” pointing to the stack of business card in a card holder right under the check in tablet. She told me I couldn’t do that... and made me feel like I was trying to pull one over on her. I was so confused! I was a new client, they sat the stack of cards out for customer to take, and it’s only a five dollars discount. She removed all the business cards after I told her where I got it. So I assume they were left out by mistake. I honestly was just going to tip her $5 more with the discount anyways. It was mainly how I was treated. I felt embarrassed like I did something wrong. I really wanted to like this salon but the whole experience started high and ended low.
