2 people working, line wrapped outside the building, line hasnt moved in 15 minutes, just another day at the post office, its getting like Walmart, 50 cash registers, 2 cashiers..... either ring it up yourself if any of those are still working, or just walk out with all your stuff because nobody cares.

The lady with I want to say a Russian accent, not 100% sure. Was very rude to me. She complained that my package wasnt fully taped on and told me to pay better attention. You do not say that to someone. Esp to a customer. I not one to complain nor did I argue with her. Very rude to the point where my blood started boiling as soon as I went to the car. I wanted to review and Message on facebook but you have everything disabled. I wonder why.Fix your employees.

Weird customer service, they walk away in the midst of a transaction with no concept of time. Customer is expected to wait for employee to return to counter to check out and pay them?? Even asked another employee if the lady was coming back and she said yeah shell be back.. as I continue to wait..... Unnecessary time wasted. Poor service. Could not look up a package that was NEVER delivered 2 months prior, either. In the end, I was able to cash out with another (3rd) employee and was told the original person helping me WENT TO LUNCH! IN THE MIDDLE OF MY TRANSACTION... Took me at least 30 mins of patience & wasted time to mail something that could have been completed in 5. I have no more words, completely shocked.

Fast expedient service. Friendly, professional, helpful, courteous staff. Its a bit of a drive from home, but their extended hours (till 7pm most weekdays) and staff make it worth the trip, especially with my work schedule).

Since the took over Amazon Primes overflow. They forgot about their own customers. Second time in a month have my paycheck and 1st class package has been miss sorted. My package was received in their distribution center in Nashua NH on Thursday. It was sent out to the wrong place Friday. My tracking stills says its in Nashua. Today is Monday. So my package has been 17miles from me for 5 days. It got shipped from Roanoke VA to Nashua NH in one day. Here it is day five and have not gone 17miles.

Was there yesterday at 1pm, one week until Christmas to send a box. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. The employees were very friendly and they had at least 4 windows going.

Really rude people. charged me 3 packages when i was only sending 2, plus their masks werent on. they just wear it below their chins. would not reccomend this location. last time im coming here

Sometimes there is a long line, but everyone has been super friendly. And Ive been there at least a dozen times.

Very nice staff and short wait time most of the time. Much better then most USPS/UPS/FedEx locations that I have visited over the years. My normal wait time here is usually under 3 min or so, however I am sure that will depend somewhat on when you come in.

As I mailed important court and insurance papers at the mailbox on the corner of S. Hall and Cilley Rd. which never got delivered, I called Goffs Falls Post Office to complain. After listening to all of the prompts, I tried to speak to a human. Apparently, there were no humans there. I was told by the recorded voice there was a wait of one hour and 48 minutes. I suppose there are alot of complaints.

Most of our postal carriers just SUCK. Getting any response by phone is nearly impossible. Email is ignored normally. Carrier came into building and dropped the weekly circulars full of flyers all over the hallway floor (instead of putting them in mailboxes). When a resident called him out on it he ignored him then was RUDE. Typical for this property. Every mail carrier we get is rude and lazy. Unfortunately for this guy, hes ON CAMERA.

My encounters with two different employees, both as rude as ever, have prompted me to write my first ever online review. After checking the website to determine the hours for passport processing, I took my 93 year old mother there with all paperwork and ID in hand at 12:40pm. According to the website walk ins were accepted prior to 1:30 and by appointment after 2. Appointments could not be booked in the same day. After waiting in line for 45 min, at 1:30 the man in the passport office finished with his customer and walked away. I chased down another woman who then informed us that they would not assist us without an appointment even though no one else was waiting. I said thats not what the Goffs Falls PO website says and she replied, thats not our website and walked away. Needless to say, we then headed to the Portsmouth PO, walked in, were pleasantly greeted by a gentlemen and then had the passport processed...all in less than 15 minutes!

So i went to this postal office for my passport today, i walked in with my cousin and was waiting in line this lady was helping out one man she was all smiling and stuff, as soon and he left we were waiting there to be called us. she didn’t call us but we were like okey then we went inside.. she didn’t even say hello,,, or hi we were like hi we are here for a passport appointment. She asked the last name and so then, she was like let me see your application (with rude tone ) i showed her she was like you are no where done. i was like okey (well i was!) all i needed to write was my parents date of birth but she was like no where nearly done!okey!! then after she was sooo rude yeah? and i told my cousin to write it for me since she has a good handwriting and she can write small, the lady was like don’t you have hand or something. i was like yeha she was like can you speak?? i smiles and said yeha. then she went and she probably didn’t wanted to deal with me or whatever she probably send this man (he was like hi how are you and all that. He was sooooo nice!! helped me out with everything. He was like oh you filled out with blue pen but we can fix that and all.All i’m looking for is please be respectful toward us(IMMIGRANTS!!!! if you were nice to the guy before me (is it cuz he’s white) and my cousin! why not us?? and FFS there is so right for her to ask me if i can speak or whatever she asked me. this is my first review ever!! and at last the guy was like you were trying to say something earlier what is it? i was like the lady who came here before you was really rude!!!

Although I dislike voice mail immencely, my question was answered and I got the information I needed. There is nothing like speaking to a Human Being as compared to voicemail which you cant relate with or question.
