I just wanted to write and say we had a delivery from R&L yesterday. I don’t remember the drivers name but I just wanted to say he was so nice and great. I don’t think people leave enough positive reviews and I just wanted to shout him out. We live in a tough place to deliver and he went above and beyond. He was so nice, helpful, fast, efficient and i just appreciated not feeling stressed. Nothing has been coming/being delivered on time it seems haha except this order.The customer service was great too- I loved the call in advance and when I called the day of to track the package they person I talked to was super helpful.Just wanted to say thanks.
I would recommend r&l Carriers to anyone they beat FedEx they beat ups they were ahead of schedule or bumper was delivered in mint condition it was awesome they were awesome the driver was very professional and courteous we thank you and would you do and recommend you anytime
Customer care representative contacted me with initial delivery time, she was very courteous and professional. Delivery didnt make it in time, immediately received a call to reschedule, again, very courteous and professional.Driver was very pleasant, courteous and professional, went out of his way to make sure that the skid was brought to a good location. Couldnt ask for a better experience through out the process.Would certainly use the service again.

This company is the worst not only did they not deliver my package on the day they were supposed to just because they called at 8 in the morning and i was sleeping so they decided to re scheduled and I wasted a day but when it finally came i had to unload a 800 lb pallet of fence parts. Do they really think i have a forklift in my house so un profesional i wish I could give them a -5 star
Worst delivery company ever. If you own a business DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Was told delivery would be between 9 and 5 yesterday. I take day off. Got a call at noon time saying they need to reschedule to today between the hours of 9 and 5, I take a second day off. Called company at 4:15 and was told that I had been rescheduled for Monday and that they were in the process of making the calls now. Really?!? At 4:15!
Courteous and punctual. Called the day before, 30 min prior and at arrival when making delivery. Perfect.
I have worked with many shipping companies and I have to say this one is the worst. Our original order arrived with an open box and I probably should not have accepted it. But I did. When my husband unpacked the snowblower, it was damaged. We make arrangements to have it picked up and returned. We have arrangements for my husband to be home from work so he could help with getting it on the truck. They never showed up!! When I called I was told the company was closed that day. Okay, fine. They will come on Monday between 4 - 6. 5:30, I called. Nope, not coming. Driver went home. Okay, Wednesday they finally show. No issues. They now are delivering our replacement blower. They show up and the driver refuses to help get the snowblower to my garage door. They are going to leave at the curb. I call dispatch and am basically told too bad. I asked if the driver would back up my driveway to get closer to the door. I was told no, we cant go on your property. I told them they had my permission. Still wouldnt do it. When I was asked if I wanted to refuse delivery I told him to wait so I could call my husband. When I went into the house, the driver left. Poor, poor customer service. Driver and Dispatcher very rude. Power Equipment Direct was horrible to work with too. DO NOT EVER use this company!!!
I had the worse experience ever from this company. I ordered stuff from Costco and when the item arrived I told the delivery man if I can refuse the item because it is not what I expected and the dispatcher said I can’t refused the item and I had to sign to accept it and when I called Costco they said it is not true I can always refuse p the delivery. So I request the return and R&L suppose to come to pick up the item and they never show up on the schedule date. I called them again and they told me they will come on Tuesday and they never show up again. I wasted two days waiting for them. I spoke with dispatcher and her name is Teresa and she was so so rude. She told me she can’t give me the time frame for pick up and just leave the item outside my house. I was instruct to have R&L to sign the paper work before they pick up the items. She said just change the company if you are not happy with it. I hope I can change the carrier. Very very rude and poor customer service. Stay away from this carrier!!!!

What a joke.. I recieved a phone call stating I would be getting a delivery the next day. They did mention that it was a 400+ pound delivery.They asked me if the address was a residence. I said yes it is. They then ask me if someone would be there to sign. (Signature required)So I took the day off from school.I was told that the delivery was scheduled between the hours of 10am and 6pm. (Pretty vague) But if I was to call back the day of delivery after 11am I could get a 2 hour delivery window.So I call and was told the delivery would happen between the hours of 5pm and 6pm. So at 6pm with no delivery I call back.I was told my delivery was not going to happen today because it was on a truck with no lift gate.REALLY?????? No lift gate?Call me crazy, but Im pretty sure thats why they called the day before and asked if it was a residence. And mentioned that it weighed 400+ pounds.So now dispatch tells me there are 6 total deliveries going back to their warehouse for the same reason.This tells me that they knew earlier in the day that my delivery wasnt going to happen today. One would think a phone call should happen at this point.I really think I would have never heard from R&L carriers at all.They were so nice to offer I drive to Manchester to pick my 400+ pound tool box. They even offered me extended hours. Wow. So generous.Only if Google would let me give zero stars I would.Not happy. Thanks for wasting my day.
Terrible. Refused to drive up the city maintained hard pack road. Every other company has zero issues. 60 foot 30 ton vehicles go up and down the road each and every day, but these knuckleheads wouldnt even drive to the spot where the road becomes unpaved. Ridiculous!
Worst, most unorganized hub I have ever been to. Went there twice after they told me my package was there and I still don’t have it. Stay far far away from this terrible company.
I experienced the worst customer service ever with this company! I ordered a generator through generac and R & L were the distribution carriers. They received the generator on Monday. I called to pick the generator up and was told Tuesday. When I called to confirm they told me the earliest would be Wednesday afternoon. Because afternoon would not work we scheduled for Thursday am. I arrived Thursday am and was told late afternoon at best. Meanwhile I have a plumber scheduled, and inspection scheduled and two employees sitting in the truck.This experience was so upsetting that from now on I will never purchase a generator from Generac as long as they use R&L carriers.
Horrible shipping company. Incompetent worker in office doesnt know theres a difference between Road and Street gave the driver the wrong address. Incompetent driver puts non existent address into GPS and instead of questioning why it doesnt work proceeds to go to the Road while the customer is waiting on the Street and then treats the customer like a real Richard saying you dont know where you live? Driver also doesnt think pallet jack will work even though there are clearly pallet jack spaces and insists its company policy to just leave at the curb when we already spoke to them and they said it was up to the driver to help or not. Then Richard shoves the paperwork in customers face saying see it says Road so customer says well the package clearly says Street right there on the label. Worst freight delivery company of the many we have seen over the course of building a Jeep from scratch.
Needed to pick up a cabinet Id ordered that was supposed to be delivered to R&Ls nearest shipping facility. Somehow, they decided it was for delivery, but never gave us a heads up so I randomly got a voicemail that they tried and no one was home (duh!). Then they never got back in touch with me but instead called the company I had ordered from claiming they had left several messages (um, you mean, 1??). Finally had to get THEIR phone number to call them and got transferred around a bit before finally getting someone who could give me information on how to pick it up. I let her know that it wouldnt be me picking it up and she said it was perfectly fine--all the person would need was my name. Only when my poor mother got there, they insisted that they couldnt give it to her because they had nothing written in the record indicating that it wouldnt be me picking up. Took FOREVER to get them to give her my order. Unfortunately, I wont be ordering anything else from the company I ordered from as long as they use this carrier.
Absolutely terrible to deal with and the customer service couldn’t be any more rude my package has been sitting there they refuse to come up my road then to top it off they won’t let me pick it up bc apparently they have a special charge to make you pay to pick up your own already paid for pckage (sounds a lot like theft) still waiting for a resolution do not use this company!!!!!!!Just an update now this company wants me to pay another delivery charge when asked to pick up the said there would be another charge for that! I have already paid 200 in shipping it was suppose to beat my house 12/23 now it just sits at thier wearhouse now even tho it belongs to me and is paid for I will never order from anyone who uses this company!

Saddest excuse for a delivery trucking company who claims to care about their customers, oh did I mention when they finally do arrive they leave your 500+ pound order on a pallet on the side of the road for you . I didnt hire this company or would I ever recommend this company I just got stuck with them through the company I ordered from. To put it mildly this so called delivery company should just be put out of business and stop wasting peoples time.
They suck!!! always damaged product every time and they dont care about product when shipped and make excuses why its not there fault that its damaged
The worst company I ever work with, 2 shipment on 2 different time and each one wrong address with any scuse even if I call them for let know about, at the end the delivery time 4 days, lost money and costumers. Never go with them again!!
They rescheduled the first scheduled delivery at the end of an entire day of waiting for them and now are late, well past when they said theyd be here. Ive wasted two days off work waiting on these guys.
