All the packages were sent to chinese customs and I have to wait another month for the arrival though this express promised me arrival in two weeks. Also the files are very complicated that is to say if you use their service you pay a lot and risk your Package and waste your own time.They have changed boss and now they wont tell wether the package is arrived or lost.Highly do not recommend this courier, send all lost something and then sent to Guangdong Customs will charge high service fees, cumbersome and expensive high risk. Next time I would rather buy my ticket and bring it back to the package.
