Terrible customer service, my last visit after being a long term customer. The service person, did not honor the coupon I had, I showed the the coupon on the phone but he did not care and was insisting on physical coupon which doesnt make any sense, I showed the picture with the offer code. I told him in the past the picture was valued and he insisted otherwise, I guess he wins and a customer lost, terrible way of handling a business

The phone number listed goes to some generic voicemail, no way to even leave a message. Is this location even still in business?

One of the workers was smoking a cigarette next to the barrels full of combustible. They also lack basic required supplies like oil filters. Go somewhere else.

Ive told the knuckle heads several times about needing to tighten the fasteners for the dust/heat shield under my truck. This time they left 3 out of 4 unsecured and this is what I find a day after an oil change when walking out of a convenient store. The only reason I kept going there was so the service records are consistently at one location and I like the 50% discount afterwards for the car wash. I guess the next step is to get a print out of the records and find another oil change location or start doing it myself again. Sorry guys but this was the last straw since Ford was nice enough to reinstall it for free but it still cost me being an hour late to work which on a Monday really sucks.

After taking my fathers Chevy Cruze here multiple times for oil changes, I decided to take my Saab here for one after I recently purchased it. I wasn’t too familiar with Saab’s so I wrongfully assumed that these guys would know what they’re doing. I asked for an oil change and please change the filter. They didn’t want to do it because it’s a Saab. They finally agreed to the work and not only did it take forever, but they put in the wrong oil. So someone came out to me and told me “One of my guys put in the wrong oil so we’re gonna put in new oil and only charge you for the cheaper one.” I thought, “oh great! Thanks!” Fast forward to another 5k miles, I’m going to do the oil change just to find out my oil filter was never changed and it was deteriorating. Seriously? These techs are lazy and completely unconcerned with doing a good job. They just wanna be finished with their work and play on their phones just like when I walked into their lobby. I’ll stick to doing my own oil changes.Edit: I posted a picture of my “new” oil filter in the photos. Enjoy.

Highly recommend. Great shop, amazing workers, fast in and out service. Been going here for 6 years. Id rather go here rather then a dealership where they try to steal money from me and sell me everything under the sun. 5 star service

My wife and I have been using the Valvoline Express Care for several years and Ive always gotten great service. I have a new car that has paid for oil changes at the dealer no, but I had to wait 3 hours for a tire rotation and oil change a few months ago... So for this llatest oil change and tire rotation I brought it back to Valvoline Express Care and was back on the road in about 20 minutes.

The oil change people are Ghetto and unprofessional. The carwash side has better service

We frequent this place with all three vehicles. The oil change side does a great job and is quick. Car wash side could detail the cars a bit better on the interior.

These people will mess up ya car. Two different cars I’ve brought here in the span of 5 years and it’s always leaking oil. They screw stuff on too tight and damage the strips. Run as fast as you can. The service is way too quick

Walked into the store to find two employees laying on the couch playing on their phone. When I paid for my oil change and presented them with a $5 off coupon they had mailed to me, the cashier was mad because I didnt present it before the oil change and then proceeded to say it was only for synthetic oil. I asked where on the coupon does it say that. He decided to honor the coupon but said he will only do it this one time.

I just came from this place. I asked for a tire rotation and I told the person I had a $7 coupon for the oil change.After the oil change I asked the person if they rotated the tires. He went back to the mechanic to ask about the tire rotation. The person came back and told me they recommend rotating the tires the next time I come back. I put 10000 miles on the tire and they recommend I come back 7000 miles later to rotate my tires. There were no clients in the shop at that time. So they could have rotated the tires immediately. They had more than five people working at that time. I gave them my credit and immediately told I had a coupon. He would not accept the coupon and just laughed and said it was too late. Service sucks and it appears that the employees enjoy ripping off clients.

The complete lack of professional of being completely ignored at first when I walked in asked the employee laying on the couch how he was doing and he continued to play on his phone was off putting. Then to be told that you can’t have your oil changed because “we bout to close, we close at dark”. When the sign on the door says you close at 6:30 and its 5:20. It’s winter it gets dark 4:30. I could understand if I came in at 6. But when your other sign says 10 minute oil change and you don’t close for over an hour. This is the second time I’ve had an issue here the last time they didn’t install my drain plug properly and I found a puddle of oil in my driveway. I will be finding another place to get my maintenance and car washed in the future.

Oil change was fine but car wash wasnt great. I think the equipment didnt get the dirt off my car.

Car wash side: This place has drastically gone down hill over the past couple years. They use to be very attention to detail with vacuuming and with the final wipe down. Now they just wave the hose around some parts and do not care if there is still dirt all over. The final wipe down has drastically dropped too, they didn’t even wipe down the center console or the driver door the last time I went! They use to give a lot more care into their work and the car wash would be well worth it, now it is about as grand as a gas station quick rinse. Price has grown to be too much for what you get.Mechanical side: I have not needed them too much but they are about average in their customer support and care. Prices are average and nothing was too much out of the normal price range.

I usually change my oil, but used them for an oil change in April 17 for our family van when I couldnt get to it. I changed my oil today (June) and discovered they only put 4 quarts instead of 6 and used the wrong size oil filter. My van does not leak nor burn oil. Probably shorted me 2 quarts because they overfilled my SUV by several quarts previously. Never again. Car wash is ok though.

Dont go for an oil change. They stripped my oil pan bolt and refused to repair and replace because I had an oil change at the dealership. Now I am out the cost of a new oil pan. Dont trust a grease monkey before a certified mechanic. Learned my lesson!
