A terrible day turned amazing!! I was about two hours from home and 400 miles from my destination, when my tire went flat. I spent 2 hours in AAA only for them to put on a spare, since no one In a 40 mile radius had my tire. Luckily I called this store and spoke with Marvin and my day started to turn around. Not only did they have my tire, they promised to wait a few minutes after closing to get me back on the road! Having my 7 year old son with me, I can not express how much Marvin (and another gentleman I unfortunately did not get his name) saved the day!! I was in and out in less than an hour!!!!! By far the best customer service I have ever experienced at an auto service center! Thank you for everything my family and I appreciate people and businesses like this!!!

Great place to get tire-related work done (mounting, balancing, rotation, and etc..). The team is friendly, efficient, and capable. I have been going here for the past few years and never had an issue.If you plan to get work done, I do recommend calling and making an appointment first (since they are often very busy).

I come here periodically for service but this particular time was pretty urgent. Last Sunday, my left, back tire was losing air and needed to find out what the issue(s) were and if I needed a replacement tire or if it was able to be patched. Turns out there were 2 nails stuck in my tire. Apparently, the nails werent in a terrible place and the tire only needed a patch...Yay! for me... and 5 stars for the guys at Mr. Tire. Heres an additional 5 stars ***** for being open and available to provide exceptional service on a Sunday :)

Marvin and Kenny over at store #590 (Sudley Rd) are FABULOUS! After finding a bolt in my tire while 50 min from home, having AAA come and out my spare on, my spare lost air and became flat! I took it over to Mr. Tire and Marvin and Kenny QUICKLY parched my tire and inflated my spare-for under $40! Their professional mannerisms and kindness were amazing! Can’t say enough good things about these employees or our experience!

I can’t speak for their service and here’s why; I went in for some work and had already received a previous quote. I was shopping around for best price and thought I’d give this shop a try. I arrived after opening and found myself waiting for the tech to get there to get the estimate done. So I wait, tech arrived whom did seem to be decent, and the estimate begins. 30 minutes later estimate is ready and the price was a bit surprising due to how much more it was compared to the other estimate I’d received. I showed the manager the estimate I received, assuming that it would be easiest for me to stay on location and for his shop to match the estimate to gain the business. Nope. He tells me “that’s a great estimate- can’t beat that- but maybe they use equipment from China”. Not withstanding the insult of disparaging an entire country to support your position- despite me being a Pacific Islander and it being Asian American month- it was duly insulting that he was so flippant about not gaining the business . This experience was really surprising. It’s 2021- covid destroyed businesses all over the country- Asian are being attacked- minorities are being targeted - but this single shop in Manassas is by far just so successful that they have zero desire to compete with competitors and can absorb the fallout from employees inappropriate behavior. Unfortunately that’s not how the free market in a capitalist society works- and as such their competitor got my business and I don’t have a reason to ever step inside that shop again. I give them 1 star for service and 1 star giving me every reason I needed to go with the other shop; for that I say thank you and good luck!5/6/21 Update: Mr. Tire and Monro (parent company) have been notified of the prejudice experienced at this shop. They’ve chosen to ignore the issue. Will have to follow through in a more formal way. Please beware!

Updated: got a whole new tire and rim and the getleman made sure every thing was done in a decent mannor and now I am driving even better than before.Best place ever to get a patch up for a tire. Came in the last 15 mins and the guys had me out then less than that and my car is driving decently after the nail in it was gone 😁

I called about buying 4 new tires and was given a great price. I confirmed that it would include the installation and tire pressure monitor, they said yes. When I went to purchase the tires the price was almost $250 more than I was told.When I asked about what I was being charged extra for the guy got agitated and told me “I don’t changes the prices”. I decided I would have to go and find somewhere else to get the tires because of the poor service.I went to NTB and got the same tires for $250 less and a $70 rebate

I went in to have my car looked at, not only did they get me in on the spot, and look at what I originally asked about, but they also looked at something else that I had been noticing. I went in for alignment and they charged me 125 for front alignment only and they took 5 hours. The dude Kenny always has attitude with customers he need to learn how to have a better attitude.

Were bit on the slow side, werent busy at all, went day after Christmas for 4 tires, didnt offer a sale, told me hour and half for 4 tires and alignment, took 2 1/2 hours +, but the CSR was pleasant, shouldve been apologetic imo but w/e. He was young. Still feel like for day after Christmas should have gotten a buy3/1 free🤷‍♂️ $900+ later Im pleased with the work/performance of my vehicle

Back in February, I was in from out of town and needed to get back on the road and my tires were shot... not only did he get me in on the same day, but he made it his business to make sure my family and I were able to get back on the road safely! Had a phenomenal experience here! The customer service is more then exceptional. Bryan made me feel right at home throughout my wait while having a tire looked at.They took time to actually look at the screw that, what I thought, had penetrated my tire. A shop in Stafford quoted me $265 for a new tire. Bryan and his team looked at the tire and screw and surely enough, the tire was fine and had not been punctured. This place is awesome. Period. Normally we come to Brian at this location. We are here now and Brian is on vacation. However, we needed someone with experience to look at our car NOW bc we were having start issues & my mom hit a huge pothole. MARVIN has been absolutely WONDERFUL to us and took the time to look at our car without rushing through anything. So, most auto places i have went to are out for one thing-MONEY. The thing i love about Mr. Tire is that they are ALWAYS HONEST, upfront, and they have always treated me like their number one customer. I just wanted to give a shout out to Marvin and Sean who took time out of their busy day to help us figure out what is going on with our vehicle. Bob and his team did a great job installing my new rims on my 2018 Ford Mustang. I’m very picky when it comes to people working on my car, but they did an excellent job. Cant say enough good things about this place. Took my Jeep in to get four new brake pads, and to get the oil changed for a road trip. Kenny called me a couple hrs later to inform me that I in fact did not need new brake pads (another mechanic shop had told me I did). First off, how amazing to find an HONEST place!! They could have easily changed my brake pads and I would never have known it wasnt needed. He also let me know that they noticed dangerously low treads on my front tires and how the tread was wearing unevenly which is a sign of tire misalignment. Kenny helped hook me up with tires that were comprable to the ones I had and got me a tire alignment. I have lived in many places, had many cars and I can honestly say I am very, very pleased with the pricing and customer service, as well as the integrity of this shop!

The customer service was excellent and the repair very well done. Brian was personable, gave me all my options and performed the work I needed on time. I have found in the past at other repair shops,when a woman comes into a shop, we get treated like were second class. Not so at Mr. Tire on Sudley Rd. The mechanic was professional and on task. Because of this experience, I will bring my car back for brakes, when needed and new tires. My daughter comes here and I will definitely recommend to my friends and coworkers!

Went in for an oil change and check my brakes for inspection due. Watched Bryan handle an upset lady that no one else could understand. She walked out mad, but he walked outside and spoke with her until they both understood. I was impressed. Then told me I needed brakes and rotors, with a price I wasnt expecting that day. I got there around 8 oclock today and was able to get my tire patched in a timely manner. I had a pleasant time there too, having a pleasant conversation with the manager while I waited. Definitely going to be going back for any other services Ill probably end up needing.

Ive been coming here for oil changes. What brought me here was the reviews. I really take reviews into account when going somewhere Ive never been before. The customer service is great! Friendly staff. They were able to check something out for me today out of the blue when I ran into a situation with my car and I am coming back this weekend to have it looked at further. So unfortunately I had a really bad flat and I really needed service right away. I looked into Mr tire and drove on over, Bryan was assisting me and I was letting him know the issue he ended up telling me straight forward instead of beating under the Bush on how he could help me with my flat and patching it up. Literally saved me a ton vs going to get a used tired the would probably go flat again. Plus their tire qualities are amazing I definitely recommend you go to this company the service is excellent

These guys are amazing. Ive had a 6 month run of just abysmal car luck, and part of that was having to replace all four tires. I stopped in, got my new tires installed promptly and was back on my way. Unfortunately then my tire pressure sensors started dying one by one, but Brian and the techs were on it. They even sent someone to pick up the 4th sensor about 30 minutes before they closed one night just to help me get out the door. I highly recommend their shop, and will be going back for brakes in a few months, as well as any other service I need.

My daughter referred me to this store since she had a great experience there. I had a check engine light come on and took my vehicle in. They did a diagnostic check on it and was able to locate the problem quickly and get it repaired for me. The manager Bryan was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely return there for any future services.

Who would have thought that when you started your day with a flat tire you would eventually end it completely happy, smiling and pleased. My contact with this shop started while driving westbound on VA rt. 66. I had my daughter frantically googling and calling around trying find out where I could go to get a new tire. I knew what I had was a flat that could not be repaired... When I finally got through to a open repair shop it was a Mr. Tire not far from my home. A young man named John answered the phone. Sensing my frustration... John offered a realistic estimate and assured me that the shop would remain open until I arrived. Noticing that I had just pulled up, John welcomed me to the store and without any delay had my car pulled in to the service bay by another really nice guy named Melvin. After an evaluation of all my tires, Melvin and John advised me that I needed to replace not 1 tire but 2 tires & I immediately agreed because I never felt like he was being lied to, pressured, or cheated. Needless to say, when all was said and done I would be spending double the amount shared over the phone... but I never felt overcharged or ripped off (the why I usually felt with other repair shops). When I get 2 more tries in Spring of 2019 (another needed observation) Ill be returning to this Mr. Tire. Oh and did I mention the turn around time I was in-and-out so fast, service didnt take more than 40 minutes.

We had both my car and my sons car here for brakes, oil change, and tires for my sons car. We are pleased and happy with the customer service. They stay pretty close to their quotes/estimates. My quote was exactly correct and my son ended up needing rotors but he showed us the rust on the old rotors. My sons bill was a couple hundred more but we understood why. We are happy.

I was really impressed with this place. I was able to go online to set an appointment to bring my car in. The gentleman there were very nice and answered all my questions. I have told some of my friends and family members to go there to get the vehicles worked on. Will definitely be going back especially for how well the price everything.

So im a little late in writing this review, but these guys are great. i came in after work with a flat tire and they fixed it up super quick and the older gentlemen who was helping me out was really nice and had lots of funny stories. if you get him, ask him about the serial killer starter kit the cops found in his car lol. good bunch of guys here.

First of all this was my first time at this location and even when John was on the phone before I made my appointment which was the same day, John was pleasant on the phone. I must say John is excellent, his customer is on point and he is very friendly plus patient. Which for a cold Friday is great! Also the tech Joel was great and they showed me my old and new parts as they were servicing my car. I appreciate their honesty and time. I shall return! Thanks guys!!!!!!

I jave to say I am really upset by my last experience at Mr. Tire. I usually come in for a routine oil change or tire patch. Ive really enjoyed all the hard work that Bryan does at this location. How in the hell do I come in for an oil change and leave with a $500 bill? They state that my tires needed to be replaced due to driving on low air pressure and because I needed two new tires, that forces me to get an $110 tire alignment with a service package of $30. The only reason I paid the bill, is because I was leaving for a long distance trip and didnt want to take any chances along the road. However, I can say this for sure, that is the last time I do business at Mr. Tire. Poor service and long waiting times even for a routine oil change on any other day. I do not recommend. When Bryan is there, things arent so bad. The new guys he has working for him are crooked salesmen.

John worked the front of the office was very kind and patient. he told me all about the services and I even purchased one. i was there to get tires and an alignment with an appointment. they pulled my car into the bay at the exact time. when they discovered a problem, they let me know and gave me options. john searched over the phone for someone that had the part and could deliver it right away. they didnt try to sell me extra services but gave me accurate and thorough recommendations. the entire staff was kind, thorough and made me feel like i can trust my car with them. highly recommend this location... but make an appointment. Mr. Tire was excellent. Best experience i’ve had from any auto repair shop, really. Called and scheduled my tire replacement for the very next day, first thing in the morning. Showed up, was helped immediately, and service was provided quickly. They checked my brakes and tires for free as well and gave me a report of their condition which was quite helpful as well. Prices were great. They installed my windshield wipers for free as well. Will definitely be coming back next time I need maintenance on my car. It’s very difficult to find someone you trust, but I do feel you can trust these guys.Thank you Mr Tire!

After recently moving into the area my boyfriend and I found ourselves in need of automotive services. We chose Mr. Tire Center based on the online reviews, and we were not disappointed. On one occasion our vehicle needed new tires, and on another occasion our vehicle required a new brake system.Our service was fairly speedy, requiring only a few hours (and fortunately we were able to drop our vehicle off). The great customer service was also consistent each visit. While the new brake system was costly (likely the same cost at any service chain), the customer service associate applied an employee discount for us.We would recommend Mr. Tire Center. Keep up the great work!

Excellent service and deals, Mr. Tire has some of the best deals and service Ive seen, will be coming back again and again the older my car gets to get service done. You may not get the same deal or maybe youll get a better deal but this was mine: my first time getting a synthetic blend oil change since my car has over 75k miles, that included a free inspection and free tire rotation, all for around $45. Yeah, Im coming back for more service.

Mr. Peter and his team are great! Super accommodating, and get you in and out FAST! Be sure to have an appointment. They partner with Tire Rack and honor the prices they have for installation. I had them install new 19 wheels and tires on my Accord and oil change on my Prius. I will definitely be back for my maintenance needs.

Love the friendliness and peofessionalism. I have been a customer for about 2 years for new set of tires, brake inspection, etc. The price is much better than the direct dealership and I have been lucky enough to get coupons for great discounts. I went to Mr. Tire for an oil change and they checked my brakes and told me I needed to Change them soon bc they’re bad. So I took my car to get the brakes changed at another place and three mechanics said they were fine. I would say not to trust the word of a company that just wants your money and not satisfying your needs

Had my muffler break during the holidays and they were able to get me in asap to get the SUV checked out. They looked it over at no cost and worked to get me the best price possible for the fix. It was a bit pricey but by no fault of theirs. The exorbitant amount of rust my car had gotten over time led to a necessary replacement and installment of a number of pieces that had come off or loose over time. Car is running smoothly again and they even worked with me to get the car in on my busy schedule. Even when they were swamped with work they exceeded my expectations and completed a lengthy project with quality and efficiency, returning my vehicle in pristine condition the same day. Customer service is spot on and quality of work is very-very good. If you want someone with the best in mind for you car and wallet, go here.

This place is amazing!!! After finding out from the dealership how much work my car needed and was quoted that it would cost me over $7,000...I started looking elsewhere. After seeing the great reviews, I walked into this Mr. Tire location and was so impressed with the service I received. John was super helpful explaining their processes,services offered and then providing a quote I found to be more affordable and realistic. Not to mention, the work was completed SAME DAY. I am so happy I found this place. I will be returning there shortly to finish up some other work thats needed for which John has already given me another quote. They were friendly, timely and when everything was done, my car was waiting for me at the entrance and I was handed my keys by one of the mechanics. Called this afternoon for service on my vehicle (it was not starting, and I have been experiencing brake issues as well) the person that answered was very abrupt and rude, and told me we are only accepting work that is simple i was gladly planning on spending money with them especially after seeing all the good reviews but clearly I was mistaken! was on hold for 10 minutes and finally gave up.

Awesome! The whole staff is very friendly and they’re very timely with what you need done for your car. Scheduled an appointment with them and they we’re able to take me half an hour before my actual appointment. Definitely coming back here again!

Had an emergency with a flat tire. Was a little distraught as the tire was only 2 weeks old. The owner did a wonderful job of locating my tire and replacing it promptly. This was crirical as l am self employed and needed to get some work done and open a new account. All went well thanks to the professionals of store #590. Thanks!

Great service. Above and beyond. I found a set of tires on their website that other locations could not get in their shop. Peter at this location tracked them down and got them installed at a great price.

Brought my car in today, they took me last minute! Did a full diagnostic on my car, took me out amd showed me each item they found and why it should be repaired. Peter in the front was very helpful and patient answering all of my questions, and all of the guys in the shop a big thank you for all of your knowledge!! Outstanding customer service!!
