I have utilized Sudley Car Care Center on two of my vehicles. The staff is extraordinarily professional and courteous. They have performed a wide array of services ranging from installing cat-back exhaust to squaring away my big brake kit. The work is solid, and the prices are fair. I would highly recommend them.

Jenna and the rest of the staff were super courteous and personalable. I just had to hand them the keys and they pulled my car in for an emissions test and afterwards pulled my car up into the closest parking spot to the front entrance which was a nice touch. First time here but Ill definitely come back for my state inspection and any other services Ill need!

Ive been going here for a year now, and I absolutely love it. Theyre quick and very affordable. They also offer shuttle service, and during the pandemic, theyre offering car pickup and drop off. They have lots of room in their waiting area, even with a kids section, and a very sweet dog for company, and free bottled water. They always make sure I understand whats wrong with my car and offer the most affordable solution. Jenna is especially communicative and remembers faces well. I highly recommend.

Excellent service! The technicians from the Subaru dealership could not fix my car for weeks (I have Subaru), and the people from this shop fixed everything with no time at all!

Have been here twice so far, the prices are fair, the staff communicate well, the work is done timely, and nothing is recommended for your car unless its needed.

I have only been here for inspection and emissions, but I highly recommend them for it. They wont give you a rejection sticker just to try to force you to buy components or services you do not need. They are fair and their staff is great! I went on a Friday morning and was in and out in about 45 minutes. No complaints all around.

I’ve had some very bad experiences with other sales people there taking advantage of my mom and other family members. Jenna will take care of you and do her best to let you know what’s going on with your car, what you actually need, what is recommended, and what can probably wait. She’ll treat you like family. Can’t stress this enough, deal with Jenna .

We have three cars which all require emissions and safety inspections in the same month. Additionally, one was due for an oil change and tire rotation. Mark and Jenna are always sensitive to our needs and we often feel like were the only customers they have. So we dropped off the one needing the additional service then rotated the other two through as one was done. They promptly called when it was time for the exchange and finished all three the same day. To sum it up, great prompt service and reasonable prices. Truly quality care.

When I asked if I needed any more service it was a quick review of my records to determine there wasnt anything to be done at this time. I like the honesty! NEVER AGAIN!They said one hour for an oil change and when I came two hours later they didnt even start working on it.They will come up with things to make you do more unnecessary repairs for very high price.Very pricey and horrible customer service!!!!Also,they left the engine oil cover open but luckily I took my car somewhere else and it took the other shop 45 minutes to do what this losser couldnt do in two hours !Total waste of time and money....NEVER AGAIN!

If you are not taking your vehicles to Sudley you are messing up. My family and I have taken our cars here for years and have always had exceptional, quality, and honest service. My most recent experience, however, had convinced me I NEED to write a public review. I have a used car (2016 Toyota Corolla) that I got a few extended warranties on so usually I take to the Toyota dealership but I just need emissions and Inspection so I took it to Sudley. When they called me that it was done they mentioned that they noticed oil on my head gasket and that is definitely something I would want to check out ASAP. The woman at Sudley called Toyota to inquire about a warranty and as soon as she said the year and mileage Toyota said it wouldn’t be covered. She pushed them to actually look it up where they saw all of my extended warranties and that I was still under warranty. She let me know that it could be nothing but I’m probably close to being out of warranty so I should take it to Toyota ASAP bc a head gasket would be really expensive. I took it to Toyota and they said they didn’t think it was the gasket even after they looked at it but since I’m under warranty they would run a pressure test and confirm. Well there wasn’t anything wrong with my head gasket but my engine is leaking oil and they discovered what was wrong and were able to fix it under warranty. The Toyota rep then told me that whoever looked at my car is really really excellent. He said “most people would have never even noticed this”. I know little to nothing about cars, but as soon as he said that I knew I needed to write this review bc even other technicians were impressed by the thorough job done by Sudley! As soon as my car is out of warranty I’ll resume my normal maintenance at Sudley!!TL;DR - get all of your cars serviced at Sudley Car Care !

She is knowledgeable and tells it like it is with candor and kindness. The owner always take a moment to say hello and the pups are adorable and fun as they come up for an ear rub and a quick hello. I have been taking my car to Sudley Car Care since 2015 and am always impressed by the amazing customer service. Jenna is my service advisor and she always remembers me whether I call or walk in and I rarely take my car in. She is always knowledgeable and pleasant t work with. The mechanics do excellent work and compare to other places who have quoted me on repairs, Sudley always comes in lower. They are honest and trustworthy which is why they are the only place I take my car to now after other places have tried to tell me I needed things done to my car that werent needed, just because I am a woman and they feel they can BS me. I recommend Sudley Car Care all the time to people.

Set appointment for safety inspection, waited 1h 40min. Just to be told they can’t find parts for my model and all they can find is OEM. For only $440 I’ll be all set. Politely declined went on ebay, got the parts took it to another mechanic. All this for 70 bucks. Oh and he told me that my break light wire was just disconnected and I don’t need the new part so I can return it and get my money back. The funny thing is, there was another guy after me failed for a break light and he said that he checked the night before and it was alright. Strange things happen overnight... So if you decide to bring your car there - be aware. I know that most of the car shops are looking after your money other than actually looking to help out the customer. I just don’t know why they keep doing this in an era of transparency and online reviews. Keep sharing your experience guys!Donchev

Ive been going here for years. The staff are always very courteous and polite. They do their best every time to get ehat i need done in a timely manner, even if i am in a rush. I am always kept in the loop and offered plans to perform maintenance on my car based on my own personal financial circumstances. Jenna is mostly the person i speak with when getting my csr serviced and she is extremely professional, friendly, and communitive.

Absolutely great service and quality every time I go. You get friendly conversations and honest answers to all of your questions and they always make sure to get the job done.

I began using this place about five years ago when I first moved to Manassas and my experience has been that they do outstanding work, at a fair price. Recently the battery on my three year old car died leaving the wife and I stranded. The dealership was not especially helpful but the folks at Sudley Car Care got me a new battery and sent one of their people to my place to install it the next business day. I was treated like a valued customer and I would not hesitate to recommend this place to friends and family living in the Manassas area.

If I am unable to afford full price, they prioritize for me to keep my vehicle running and the pocketbook in the positive. Love these guys!!!! Should be more like them in this day and age...maybe people would not feel dread when their vehicle needs to be maintained. They do excellent work and honor their word. If I had to go with someone else..I would be hardpressed.

Unfortunately, most repair places have treated me very poorly and tried to rake me over the coals on pricing. From day one at Sudley, I could tell they were different. I was treated with respect. I found Sudley Car Care Center from google reviews, and they did not disappoint. I really appreciated how friendly and knowledgeable every staff member was that I encountered. As a woman, it is always nerve racking to get maintenance done on your car hoping that you will get not ripped off. Not only did they explain what was going on with my car they SHOWED ME! They were not able to get the parts that i ordered on time so they upgraded them and didnt charge me the extra expense. All in all the way they conduct their business is a huge advantage over others and gained my respect and business. Thank you for being amazing! Ill be back.

Absolutely love this group. They are friendly in a caring neighbor sort of way, not a were excited to rip you off way (which is a very important distinction). They take actions to save you money instead of finding leverage to charge you more (for instance, recommending the two tires that were down to the cord be replaced instead of all four tires). I opted to stick around and work on spreadsheets instead of leave and come back later. I got to listen to them politely AND cheerfully take a constant stream of phone calls, got to witness their kindness to people that came in to pick up their cars, and I absolutely loved how any and all of them were sure to explain everything they could about the repairs needed or made on the vehicles. They are genuinely nice people, working as hard as they can, and I loved getting to observe them figuring out ways to help out the variety of customers that dropped off their cars. I can say with great confidence they put customers first. AND, if youre lucky, Ellie the Shitzu will come visit you for cuddles. She is the cutest little pup youve ever met.

He always call me and lets me know whats wrong with my vehicle before doing anything. It never breaks the bank when I go to sudly car care. Prices are fair and the staff is always professional.

I recently moved to VA and needed a car inspection (I have an older 2004 BMW) and so I tried out Sudley Car Care. During my inspection, they found a couple safety issues and worked with me to find a convenient day to bring my car in and have everything addressed all in one day. I worked with Jenna, she gave me an accurate estimate upfront so there were no surprises and they performed great work in a very timely manner. Jenna was also great about giving me updates throughout the day. Id definitely bring my car back to Sudley for any work in the future. Im very picky about where I bring my car for service and Sudley Car Care is great!

These folks do keep an eye on over recommending work As in, I had brake work that needed done and they were very clear that the brakes in back could wait a few months to be serviced but not the front brakes. I appreciate that. Got them all done anyhow.

We have used Sudley Car Care for 25+ years to service all of our cars and have never had a single problem....only great service and prices. We keep our cars for years and are convinced they last so long because of all the preventative maintenance they do in addition to actual repairs.My husband and I are now retired and decided to try getting by with one car. This is not a problem when we need to leave our car with them, because Sudley takes us to the Hertz location at the Manassas Airport (just 5 minutes away) to get a rental car (currently only $28/day). Even better, we can leave the rental car at Sudley when we pick up our car. So convenient.

Ive used Sudley Car Care now on multiple recent occasions, with excellent service and quality results each time. One time that stands out was a Saturday around 3pm when my wife called with a near engine emergency with her car coming back from the airport. I diverted her to Sudley Car Care. When I called, Mike was very busy but they took her in anyway. They resolved the immediate issue and gave us a couple things to follow up on. Short notice, very friendly, high quality, and cost effective. All that = TRUST. They will have a customer for life as long as they maintain this level of customer service and caring support.

I took my 2013 car to get a state inspection and the mechanic said the wheel bearing needed tightening, the cost was $90. I said go ahead because I did not have time to do it myself. I dont think that was ever a problem because Im am always checking my car, but I think theyre paid commission so they benefit from making something up. The mechanic failed to see that my front tires (which he took off) were worn to the metal belt, but no money is made on saying anything about that. I will never take my car there again and it reminds me why I do most of my own maintenance.

These folks maybe started honest, but have definitely lost our trust. We were loyal customers of theirs for years until we discovered their outrageous price gouging. Our last interaction with them they wanted to take a $200 job and add $1000 of unnecessary additions and inflated cost of parts. Definitely do not recommend.

Not a reputable place to visit for state inspection. I work on my own vehicle and was failed for brake pads that were deemed too low. Law is 2/32 (1/16) and I had 1/8 which is double the limit. I was told your pads are gone and need replaced and of course youll need new rotors too. My rotors where not warn at all, measured close to new. This has happened to several of my coworkers (aircraft mechanics). Avoid this place...not reputable. Truth and facts are not a core value of this establishment.

Went for my state inspection on a Wednesday mid day, got in right away, didn’t wait more than 15 minutes and bam done. amazing service.

Went to get my accord checked up since it died due to a bad alternator and a bad battery. Ended up getting my timing belt, inspections, and tire rotation done as well. Super courteous and knowledgeable staff. Car drives great after service.

Had trouble with power steering on my 1999 Camry. No surprise with a car that old. As soon as I got to the shop mechanic put it on lift and showed me the hole that rusted in power steering line. Took back in a few days later for repair. Car handles much more securely now. The crew at Sudley Care Care has always done well by our family cars.
