I was able to call and make an appointment rather quickly. I needed new tires, headlights and an oil change. The young man who checked me offered me a variety of tire options and ended up getting me a deal on great set of tires. I would definitely recommend this place for you automotive needs.

I recently received service from this ntb store. I must say, while there are many ntbs in the area, this one particularly has great service, and a friendly staff. The wait time was accurate and while I have very little knowledge of my own car, Sitaram explained the process of the service very well --- assuring me that my beloved Lexus were in good hands!

I came in because I was suspicious my front breaks were wearing out. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Tee was very knowledgeable and explained exactly what needed to be done and why. He hooked me up with new front brakes and had it done in a very reasonable amount of time. The management and staff at this location are top notch, I highly recommend having your service done here.

Mr. Latee Waters and Dante and the rest of his staff were very professional very patient and explained everything to me showed me everything that was going on with my tires explain to me why I needed to get a new tire hats off to them for their professionalism and they’re willing to take the time out to explain everything to me. Outstanding customer service! I had a leaking tire after getting 4 x new ones put on. Ben and his team really came through in helping me get replacements for what proved to be a cracked rim (which the team also found). Thanks to Ben in particular, I got exact an EXACT OEM match that arrived at the shop in less than 24 hours after the order was placed. Had them on the next day before noon! Ben and his team really put out and I couldnt be more satisfied with him and his team.

Inconvenient puncture of rear tire on a Thursday Night. Manager Ben assured us the tire would be available & installed the next day. They called at 10am that car was ready for pick up. Terrific price, had the tire we wanted, hecka-pleased.

I took my car in for an inspection for the first time. I was very nervous, but Jazmine was very helpful with answering any questions I had about my inspection. When my car didnt pass inspection, she walked me through what needed to be done to pass inspection. Luckily it was it wasnt a lot. She was very professional. So nice. The environment was very friendly.🙂

It wasnt bad, but if you are going to inspect your car make sure you call in first to make sure the inspector present. If not.you might have to wait longer than usual. Other than that great service

Every time I come I in I know I can expect excellent service. As an example, at my most recent visit I came in under a time crunch. The manager new it and did everything he could to get me out quickly. He went and personally picked up the part so I wouldnt have to wait long. I used to live near by but have moved a distance away. I will drive the extra time to come here for everything on my car. Thanks for great service!

Honestly youll wanna find out how many people are working that day you get an oil change. Made an appointment for 12 noon (and was there on time) For just an oil change and left 2 hours later.

The Manager at this location, was extremely helpful to me 2day He gave me a discount, which really helped me out. I went to the Dealership, to get a simple Oil change done on My Rav4. After the sales person kept telling me different versions of what I was previously told- The Manager had the Oil change, tire rotation & alignment were done.I then went to price tires @ the Manassas,Bull run location. After my Rav4 was on the rack- the sales person came, & told me I needed break pads & rotators on the front.I am wondering why the dealership, didnt even mention that.Janet (Blue Rav4).. I should have read the reviews before purchasing from this merchant. This shop is the worst! Went in at 5:00 pm on Saturday with a nail in one of the four tires I purchased with warranty and flat tire repair service last July. I was told that I need to make an appointment to get it fixed. So although I paid extra for this service, when I need it, this location does not honor the warranty.I guess I need to be disabled on the road or have an accident before NTB will service their product.Dont use this locstion! There is a better one right across the street.

Detailed, specific, and honest- all good qualities exhibited during my visit at this location. From the first moment I walked in the door until I was handed back my keys and out the door on my way home, my experience was very pleasant and open. The staff kept me advised during the whole process, and I had no unexpected or hidden repairs. The customer service representative worked extra hard to make sure all the repairs were done within the time frame needed- Not to mention I was given a fair and reasonable quote. I would highly suggest this location to anyone.

I have had a number of positive experiences at this location. The staff are professional and clearly care about their customers. The manager consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that customers are aware of all the available options and helps ensure everything necessary gets fixed at a reasonable price.As a young lady, I have never felt taken advantage of at this location, as is all too common in the auto repair industry.

I truly had a great experience today and the last time I came to this location. The first time was for a serpentine belt and a belt tensioner and today was for a tire replacement. These guys rock! Found myself waking up to a flat tire and i had it towed there and they really helped me out. Even worked out my warranty coverage with the warranty company and got almost all of the costs covered! Highly reccomended!!

Had the best experience at Merchants today. Had to make a last min appt due to a nail in my tire that couldnt be patched. I had to purchase a tire and ended up getting all 4 replaced with the deal they recommended(But 2, get 2 Free). I eventually needed to get new tires anyway, so what the hell, right!! Anyway, during the visit I had the most pleasant conversations with the staff and other folks that were getting serviced. Very friendly and accommodating. Overall, my experience was great, I will definitely be coming here regularly from now on!

I’ve never had a bad experience at this location. I normally work with Oscar when I need things done with integrity. A dealership can be dishonest in what is wrong with your car if you don’t have knowledge of your vehicle. I have free oil change and tire rotation with my dealership, under my cars warranty, so whenever they tell me something else is wrong I come to Oscar for a second opinion. More times then not the dealership has been dishonest about what is wrong with my car. I enjoy having someone who I can rely on that carries themself with integrity!

The customer service was excellent. Mr. Chaz was great to deal with. He was very helpful. One of the best and fastest shops. . I went to this store to change oil and check out trip and for them to do a checkup to see if my car needed anything. I went to in a long time but I was in and out in 20 min. They topped off my fluids, filled up the air in the tires and told me everything looked good.I would highly recommend their services.

This NTB is not a tire store, apparently all the tires are in the warehouse and the warehouse is not open very often. I called to see if they had 4 tires available and Sid told me “sure come on in, we have a great deal, bro.” So I drove to the store and guess what Sid did not have the tires. “Come back on Monday.” Guess what, the warehouse is still closed. “Come back on Tuesday.” No thanks

I needed a flat repair and my car was making noises so I decided to try this place out! As a female, I usually have my guard up when I go to car repair shops, but as soon as I walked in, i was greeted immediately and felt at ease. The young man at the counter was honest and professional. When my flat was repaired and car diagnosed they called me promptly. I will be definitely be coming back!

If I could I’d give them 100 stars! I’ve always come to this shop for my horse trailer tires, today I had a client waiting on a haul and I had to call and push back the pick up time because one of my tires was bulging and shaking the trailer violently. My spare was also blown and I’d never had a chance to get it fixed. I called the shop around 10:15, spoke to Federico, and told him I needed two tires and that I would stop by after my haul, well. I decided I wasn’t comfortable hauling a horse on a bad tire so I called them back about 20 minutes later and said I was five minutes away and I needed to get my new tires put on within the next 30 minutes so I could get to my client on time. They went and picked up my tires from their warehouse, jacked my trailer up and changed both the spare and the bulging tire, got the new ones put on and had me out the door by 11:35. I met my client on time and had a safe trailer to do so. I absolutely cannot thank them enough for their haste and helpfulness in my time of need. Their customer service is outstanding! I will forever be grateful to them, and will continue to go to them for my tire needs. They take care of me and my trailer, which a lot of shops won’t touch nor do they even carry trailer tires- So, for all of that, they will always have my business!

This should have been a 5-star review, I dont know how it showed as 2-stars. Your store was able to repair my sons tire (nail in main tread) when others were unable to do so when we needed it done quickly. I apologize and want to note that I was very happy with the service!
