This was my 1st time going here. My sister highly recommended this nail salon. I couldnt be happier. It had been over 10 years since I had a pedicure. I have sensitive feet. Kim was amazing. I had a manicure and a pedicure. I will be going back. Amazing service.

I loved this place!! It was my first time going there and wow the ladies that work there are amazing!!!! My pedicure was an hour (classic pedicure) and I was just amazed on how patient and delicate the lady was with my toes!!!! I don’t remember her name, but thank you for such an amazing job. I also got my eyebrows done and she left them exactly how I wanted them. Thank you staff at Creative Nails. You guys are amazing. TOTALLY RECOMMEND!!

I would give them a zero. I asked for a fill in to see that some of my nails were not filled in properly. My cuticles were cut till they were bleeding. On top of that the design was not done correctly after stating she knew how to do it I said stop. Proceeded to do it wrong. I will be disputing my charges and never going back.

I think this will be my new go to nail salon in the area. This place is clean ...really clean. The salon itself is bright, spacious with comfy couches to sit in while your nails get done. My nails will usually stay for three weeks.

Worst service ever. This lady cut my skin on my pinky, left all the dry skin on my toes. I could do it a lot better at home. I paid $70.00 for this service. I won’t recommend this to anybody.

This place looks well thought out which gives the idea that whoever runs this location is proud of their salon. That speaks volumes to me. Every time I have been here its clean and organized.

I did a gel manicure today. The service was great. She spend 1 hrs on my manicure. I think she was really careful when applying nail polish.

I absolutely love coming here. I got a full set acrylic with shellac polish. I am very impressed! This was my first time at here and I will be returning!!

First and last time here. Went in last night about two hours before closing, the lady rushed through my “spa” pedicure (extra value for no reason) rushed through my manicure, did not cut down my cuticles and barely filed my nails. So bad I came back the next day another lady had to re-do them which she actually got most of my cuticles- still charged me an additional $10 for using “gel” would recommend any other nail salon than this one. I’m not a picky person but for a total of $75 I would expect at least a decent mani- pedi.

I have done full set manicure gel with french tipMinuses: staff doesnt speak English; they dont do proper manucure with removing cuticles and pterillium (but as I understood nobody does in US); on the whole work is not very neat, but still okPluses: they sterilize their instruments; many gel colors to choose

The The pedicure service was very good but the nail did not take her time to Polish my toes. It was smeared before I left. Also the coat was not even. I got gel polish it up a couple of days my polish started to peel. I will not be returning.

Excellent service! A++++. Me and my husband went here today for pedicures. There was no wait. Jenny and Kim did a really great job. I highly recommend this place! Shop is really nice and clean. Massage chairs are very nice and comfortable.You must get the Spa pedicure. Worth every penny. I loved this place so much I booked our next appointments before I left.

Long time customer as is my mother who is the one who referred me to see Nancy. Always accommodating and very pleasant. I have a standing appointment every two weeks and she is always able to see me if I need to change my appointment. Beautiful shop - always clean and the new pedicure chairs use plastic inserts to keep things sanitary. Never had a bad experience.

It was amazing! They were very kind. They offered mints. For my pedicure they let me choose.the heat of the tub, as well as the scent of the tub.They have acrylic nails and crittle gel! It was an amazing experience!

Worse service. I went in yesterday to have my eyebrows wax. I specifically explained that I wanted my eyebrows clean, shaped, and not thin. She only took the top and bottom layer of hair. wax the end short. When I told the cashier in the front, she didnt say anything or apologize. I told her I did not like the service and I didnt like how they left my eyebrows. Very unpleasant.

Ive been a customer from their start of business. Nancy the owner is always very pleasant and accommodating as well as her staff. They did a bridal event for my daughter and her attendants that made her day very special. I always look forward to my timeout being pampered.

Although this location is convenient and the staff is very nice, I can no longer be a customer here due to it is not clean nor sanitary. While waiting upfront for a technician to seat me, I smelled something spoiled coming from the corner. I realized it was the water cooler the is inoperable. It had webs on it and a foul scent came from it, nor is the bathroom clean. Ive monitored the staff use of how they handle their tools and they are breaking many sanitation laws with sanitizing their tools.In addition, a place with 99% of their customers being American should consider changing their decor and furniture to something more modern. An all Asian style decor thats dated is not appealing to the eye when the goal is to get pampered.Clean and earth tone colors should be used in this type of industry as they are more appealing. Therefore, Ive decided to visit one of their competitors just across the way. Some of their prices are slightly higher on some services, but its worth it.Creative Nails owner, should place some of their profits back into the business to keep customers satisfied. Its obvious this is not a priority.

Pedicure chairs are awesome! Super sweet staff, they take great care of my wife and elderly mom in law! Prices are better than in Gainesville! Highly recommend!

Ok! Great! I have a specialist to my nails.

The visit was fine and my nail tech was nice. But I got my nails done on a Saturday and everything was fine up until Wednesday I hit my pinky on the corner of a table and the whole nail came off. Also just to mention it was not a hard hit. So after that nail came off another one did and that’s when I started to notice air bubbles under the acrylic and at my cuticle part on certain nails it was barley any left. Not only to mention the drill hit my pinky and it tore skin.

I came to creative nails a couple weeks ago and they had a “discount “ which was $23 for regular and i wanted coffin so they charged me $27, david did my nails and he is so pleasant and nice and we had a nice conversation, but the only thing i disliked how he left the shape some of my nails looked square and the second day, i was running my fingers through my hair and i noticed that hair was getting in the nails, i was ver un pleased with how my nails went, and i been to other nail salons and they only charge $25 and for any shape still $25, i’m very un pleased for $35 just for a full set. wouldn’t recommend it.

I went in a week ago and got a gel fill I have 4 fingernails that the gel is coming off of. I paid $85 for the services I had done and I’m so irritated. I asked her for the coffin style look and she kept trying to give me square so finally I opted for oval. My nails are chipped off and I definitely will never come here again

I was a walk-in, getting a full-set acrylic, French tip manicure. I dont remember the gentlemans name, but he was older. Worst nail experience in my opinion. He kept running the grinder over my nail beds and the next day there were bloody spots where he ran over it multiple times. My nails and nailbeds hurt for two days afterwards. My nails looked presentable for a day before you could see air bubbles underneath. His service was rushed and unpleasant, and I came two hours before close.

My daughter came here with her aunt to get acrylics, while I was working so we can save time, when I came home from work, I noticed they did a horrible job (they were short, thick, and had nail polish all around the nails)!! We came back to get them fixed, and they still did a horrible job again! They looked exactly the same, horrible!! I would give creative nails 0 stars but the review only allows me to give 1. Dont waste your time or money here.

WORST PLACE EVER. I went on Saturday to get my nails done for my birthday... she asked me to wait 15 min and it turned out being 45 min. Once I spoke up and said something they told me to go put my feet in the water which btw was COLD. I mentioned the water was cold and she took another 5 min to come and make the water hot. Also, they have a huge sign up that says $20 for standard pedicures and $22 for a full set. They ended up charging me $60 for a standard pedicure and a full set (NOT GEL)??? I told them it didnt make sense how they would have a huge sign saying all of these LIES and she said NEXT TIME I come she will make sure to give me a discount. GIRL.............. ya thought. I will NEVER go back to this place. I ended up leaving 3 HOURS LATER. WORST EXPERIENCE AND DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

I loved this place up until I got eyelash extensions. I asked for natural and the length I got was extremely long. When she was done I tried to open my eyes and they were glued shut!!! She tried to force them open and I told her to let me do it. Once I opened them it burned and watered so bad it had me nervous. When I got home I noticed that she had glued them to my eyelid and not my lashes . I sat there for 30 mins and took them off

Terrible service, they do not clean their nails well they do not know how to make up they charge more than what they say at the beginning they are totally a disaster I do not recommend it and I will never go back. zero stars 🥴

I always come here to get my nails done. I always go to Tina. She does a great job. She knows just what I like.

Very pushy...after declining a spa pedicure the manager came over and questioned why I wouldnt want to upgrade. I got a mani the same day(Labor Day) and the nail polish started peeling off 2 days later. Pedicure was good manicure didnt really last.

Poor service they said the special is $22 and they charge me $28, the lady doesn’t clean the nails or anything, one of my nail fall after 2 days

Ive been getting my nails done for well over 15 years now. These are by far the worst ever. Im so disappointed to have spent $50 on nails that are this embarassing. Should have went to my usual salon around the corner. Extremely dissatisfied customer. I will not go back.

Never mentioned they charged extra for the shape. The woman doing my nails was so rough to the point where she cut the skin of my nails and it bled a lot.
