Great local business. These are great guys and they get the job done right, fairly quick, and for a normal price. My alternator went out and they replaced it. A few months later it went bad again and they replaced it for free. They didnt even charge for labor.

I was fortunate today to stop by this auto shop to check power steering pump issue. Kevin has done an incredible job. I am very pleased for his work. He has a lot of experience and great communication skills. I would definitely recommend this place.

Kevin is very outgoing and personable with real advice... his work was several hundred dollars cheaper than the chain store down the road. Got me in on the spot. Electrostatic sanitation sprayer is a nice touch for mitigating covid contact in the driver seat. I will go here first next time and send all referals his way. The other customers were enthusiastic repeat customers.

Kevin was awesome! He provided me a quote for changing my spark plugs and allowed me to bring my own parts. He was very kind throughout the whole process and didnt talk down to me at any point during all of our interactions. What is even better is they are a small business and appreciate every customer they have. I brought my car in around 3 anticipating it not being done until late the next day. Instead, I got a call the next morning saying they completed the job and price ended up right as he had estimated. I will definitely be taking my car here for any future work as well as my partners car.

I came in yesterday with a malfunctioning air conditioner without an appointment. I was told that they werent sure if they could fit me in but they would do their best. Then, they immediately went out, diagnosed the problem extremely quickly and i was on my within the hour. The staff was courteous and professional, the work was done quickly and everything that was happening was explained to me very clearly and directly. 10/10 would absolutely bring my car back for any and all repairs.

I needed my inspection and was worried by brakes would fail. Kevin was extremely helpful over the phone and when I brought my car in, he said the brakes did need replacing and he could do it that day! I went in as a new customer for an oil change and a serpentine belt replacement. The staff were really nice guys. They did not try to up sell me on anything. They were upfront about the work they were doing, how much it cost and how long it would take. The pricing was not crazy. It seemed fair to me and they did a good job. I recently moved and drove 250 miles away and my car is sill fine. Would recommend them as your go to car mechanics.

Kevin and his crew did a fantastic job fixing our family van. We needed the steering hose valve replaced, serpentine belt, and spark plugs. He went out of his way to help us out and provided honest advice on just how much to fix or not fix and if we should get rid of it or run it into the ground. I have had 2 repairs made here and I have been blown away by the customer service, when I called them they answered with my name! Labor prices are reasonable and the mechanics are honest and straight forward. They have been willing to answer all my questions. I will be going here for the foreseeable future but hopefully not that often ;)

This is a great repair shop. Service is excellent. However my favorite is for all you commuters you can drop off your keys, what needs to be done, where you are parked in the VRE lot (yes you heard correctly) and they will service your vehicle and return it to the parking spot same date. How convenient is that!

They completely took care of me. I came in and I was on a road trip and my check engine light came on so I stopped in and the guy squeezed me in and helped me out. Awesome Veterans discount as well. Prices are fair and the amount of time it took is reasonable.

I was looking for a repair shop in the area that I could trust. Have experience working at a dealership and know how repair shops can take advantage. First took my 2006 civic (130Kmiles) to Honda for oil change and got an estimate of over 2,000 of needed maintenance/repairs. Took my car to these guys for second opinion and they were honest with what was really needed/ what was optional/ and what they highly recommended. They explained things thoroughly and the pricing was decent (the labor hour lower than many shops). I discussed things with my mechanic brother-in-law that does not live in the area and he confirmed their diagnostic and advise made perfect sense. I got the work done (trans flush, valve gasket repairs, control arm replacement, spark plugs, oil change, rear brake shows, and a couple other maintenance things).. grand total about 1200. My car runs a lot smoother than before. They are a small privately owned shop but extremely professional and got my car back to me in 2 days. I will continue to bring my car to these guys.

Had a great experience. My car towed in and I was sort of an out of towner, never a good thing. My car ran so well on the way home I thought a few times it had shut off. But it was just that quite. Not bad for 160K miles.Price was good, customer service was great and fast.

I was not surprised to see that Complete Auto Care has all five-star ratings on Google. My wife and I have been taking both our Acuras here for several years. Kevin is as honest as they come. I started bringing my car here after another shop in town said I needed a new transmission. Kevin thought it just needed a fluid change. 60,000 miles the transmission is still fine. Kevin has always gotten us in for an appointment the week I call - usually within two days. Twice when Ive brought my car in with a warning light on hes check it out, found no problems and that something in the system just needed to be reset, and not charged me anything. As you can see, I cant say enough good about Kevin. Youll be happy you started bringing your car here.

He neither rushed me nor pressured me to make a decision and patiently answered all my questions. I hung up after speaking with him knowing I had finally found a reliable and trustworthy local businessman. Within minutes, Kevin called back and asked if I had said that I was a veteran and immediately knocked a significant amount off the already low cost for the repair. I was not only grateful for his respect for veterans, but shocked that he truly put his money where his mouth is.Throughout the whole process of our engine replacement, Kevin called frequently to ensure I knew the progress and any small issues that arose were discussed, options given and decisions made on how to proceed. They replaced my clutch and breaks and fixed my power steering. They were the cheapest place I got quotes from and did a great job. Kevin explained the work they did very well and showed me the old parts that were bad. I would highly recommend Complete Auto and will definitely be going there for all my future auto needs.

I have been going to Complete Auto for more than 4 years now. EVERY visit has been great! This is the most honest car repair place I have ever been to. On top of that their prices are extremely fair. The first few times I needed service on my car I would call and let them know what I needed and then Id call 4 other places to get an estimate. I dont have to do that anymore. Complete Auto beat them every time. Kevin is the owner and is a really great guy. Ive heard him tell new customers that he can fix their car, but that they will be having other problems arise soon and that they may just want to use their money toward getting another vehicle. Who does that?! Ill tell you - a very honest and trust worthy person!! Great service and people. I took my f-250 in for a bunch of work it needed including a complete brake job back in August of 2016, after nearly two years the rear brake calipers started dragging,after Ryan inspected them he determined that the calipers has gone bad. Here is the part that makes Kevin and his shop stand out even though the repair was outside of the 12 month warranty period he felt that due to low mileage on my vehicle they should not have gone bad this soon, they did the repair and replaced the parts at no cost to me. I want to say thank you to Kevin and his employees for the good work and WELL above average customer service. I will certainly be back.

My exhaust suddenly started sagging down under the van. I could only see so much by crawling under. I knew the exhaust was not leaking, and it was possibly only 1 or 2 broken hangers, but I didnt know who I could trust to work on it. Based on the Google reviews I decided to try Complete Auto Center. I dropped the van off in the afternoon, and within a half-hour Kevin called me and confirmed my thoughts. Total bill was way less than $100, and the van was ready the next morning. I have found my new mechanic, and Ill be recommending them to my friends and family.

Car had a tire problem and needed an inspection. I worried about taking it to any of the popular shops that are somewhat known for “upselling” customers. Then I found Kevin and Complete Auto. It can be a little difficult to find the entrance (just before the underpass on the left), but you’ll be rewarded with a quality, honest mechanic who goes out of his way to help you.My car ended up failing inspection for a lower ball joint. It was an expense I hadn’t expected, but I got a fair price, and Kevin even showed me the bad part and explained why it had failed. It’s a small thing, but it shows he cares about his customers and about demonstrating that he’s doing honest work in a business whose big names don’t always share that ethic.He also offers a 10% labor discount for military and veterans.tl;dr - Kevin and Complete Auto are the real deal, and you’ll be glad you gave him your business. 10/10, would return without question.

Keith was amazing! He took a couple parts off of my radiator to my 2000 Jetta with no problem. Was some concern that they might break but not even 15 mins later had them both off in a breeze! Not to mention he was very good looking! ;) HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
