I was searching for a car that I’ve always wanted in a Chevy Malibu and they ensured me it was available and for a price that fit within my budget. Also providing me insight about extended insurance for my vehicle that eased concerns anyone would have about a pre-owned vehicle. Terrible! I do not recommend buying a car from them EVER! I’m 17 years old, an expecting mother and I was so excited to buy my first car came to this place and they sold me a car with So many issues and then tried to act like they weren’t aware of the issues. My dashboard was fine when I bought it but a couple days later everything on the dashboard was lit up! The car started driving terribly and had a mildew smell, not to mention the car had been in a flood but that was not reported on the CARFAX report. Under the car was proof it had been in a flood and in other places because it was so much rust under the car. My car was never going to past inspection, on top of that it was misfiring and I was very upset I waisted money on an unreliable car. If I could rate 0 stars I would this place should be shut down the way they do business is terrible and unprofessional. That car should’ve never been place on that lot to begin with. If I were you I’d save your time and money and NOT go here!

Absolutely horrible business ethic. Bought a car through the dealership and while in route to pick up the car they backed out of our deal claiming they didnt price the car correct after accepting my offer and agreeing to the deal we worked out. Im an out of state buyer and driving to the dealership from out of state for their mistake for them not to honor their agreement shows that their word has no value. Please avoid this dealership and avoid the headache.

If I could leave no stars I would talk about shady dishonest B- lot slimy used car sales people. But what can you expect they run their business out of an old restaurant, I have contacted the Better Business Bureau attorney general and the DMV of Virginia. I’m pretty sure the state will take a look into their policies procedures paperwork mileage report on cars and unfair business practices.

Hate to have to redo my review because everything at first was a very nice and welcoming experience. But once all the problems started with my car no one wants to return my calls or give me any information on how I can get my vehicle fixed. I’ve had to replace the CV axle, outer ball joints, my check engine light is on, and it’s a valve cover leak somewhere and no one wants to return my phone calls I’ve called multiple times to no avail.

Let me just start off by saying I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to purchase a car. They will go above and beyond to make sure there customers are happy with their purchase. They really help me and my family out a lot on our purchase.

No one was wearing a mask and the woman walked up to me. When I stepped back to ensure social distancing she actually chuckled. I’ll never go to this business again. Terrible. Edit responding to shop owner below: I had an appointment at 11:30 today and drove 50 minutes from Washington DC to have work done there only to have to turn around. It is a crime to approach a client without a mask on. Covid is deadly and you should take it more seriously. You dont even know if I or someone in my family is immunosuppressed which is the case with me. Its not about my feelings its about literal life and death.

Horrible. I was buying a car and they lied in the advertisement stating the car was fine. The whole door was damaged. Upfront I gave $1500 to take the car off the market and pay the rest when the car was fixed. They switched to three representatives and constantly told me the car was being fixed but never did after 30 minutes. The owner didnt even try to work with me for another car and then find out the other vehicle couldnt pass inspection as well. I waited more than 30 days. I tell the owner I want my money when I returned after the 30 days. He began to talk crazy, so I told him I will be there the next morning. He becomes scared and call the police. Mind you I been waiting for my money since 11 when the shop is to open. The owner still has not arrived while the police and I are hear waiting. The cars in the lot never get sold but moved around. Do not waste your time! It is a big run around and seems like a scam! Unprofessional! By the way I have been driving an hour to get to this location from maryland! My fourth time coming down here! Do not trust these people!

I ultimately purchased my 2012 Nissan Murano from here and could not be happier. Alot of people have a bad taste in their mouth about car dealerships especially used ones and I was no exception. I had chosen a different vehicle at first and it had some issues which I notified Sue right away and she took it from there. I had two options in the end. I could have the vehicle fixed (I wasnt sure I wanted to go that road and possibly have more issues) or I could look at some other cars they had that were out of my price range but because of the issue I had with my original purchase they would work with me. I choose a diff car and they took care of everything. I was prepared to have to fight with them because I knew I bought a used car but they never gave me the chance to need to fight with anyone and that really surprised me and made me remember that there are still honest and fair people in the business. Sue took care of everything until I was happy and satisfied with my purchase in the end.

I bought 2004 Toyota Rav4 from this dealer. I had to book a flight from Atlanta, GA to get there and Sales person was kind enough to pick me up from the Airport. This is the same company as before with a different name. I bought a car from the previous dealership and it was very interesting. The process was easy and I have not had any major issues but my front finder is falling off and they screwed me over on my warranty. Since they went out of business it voided my warranty therefore I did not get one. They are very sneaky and I would not recommend working with them.

One of the worst places Ive ever been. Even though I was desperate for a car I did agree to purchase something that would not have been sold to me any where else in the condition it was in. That tells you a lot about the place. Everyone else may have had a different experience but mine was really bad. Because of me needing a car so bad I did choose the first one that caught my eye and that was bad on my end but for a car lot to sell me a car that literally needed work done is beyond me. Not even after a month of having the car my car has been making a really loud screeching noise every time I turn my wheel. Something that clearly has been going on within the car for a while that they did not mention to me. They did not do an oil change on the vehicle or put new tires on. I had to do all of that. If I could go back in time I would Have left that car there. This is one place I will never purchase a car from ever again and I will not recommend this place to anyone I know. Only reason I gave it a one star is because I had to. It doesnt even deserve that

This location been in business since 2011 same service department and I had fixed of 6-7 cars here not to mention I bought a car here also. They are currently under new professional management and I like the new aproach better and very recomend to visit this dealership or service department!

DO NOT BE FOOLED. THIS IS A DIFFERENT DEALERSHIP UNDER DIFFERENT OWNERSHIP THAN PRIOR. Somehow, they were able to inherit the last dealerships positive Google reviews.We made the two-hour drive to check out a Prius V and when we arrived, the person we were meant to meet was not there. No one was even in the office so we had to call back. Another guy was kind enough to help, but the Prius V showed every maintenance and service warning light. As soon as we started moving, the brakes were misaligned and noticeable scraping and slowing the vehicle at all times. There were broken pieces inside the car. None of this was disclosed in the listing or the conversation we had earlier in the day.They then tried to tell me that the warning lights were all on because it had been sitting for a long time when it was clearly showing a hybrid system battery error. He tried to tell me it was the small replaceable battery in spite of the code reader that I saw with my own eyes.Although he was very friendly, if you value honesty, reliability, and upfront-ness in a car dealership, go elsewhere.

He’s selling a Jeep there way above market so I asked...do you hold the title ?are you flipping this vehicle or are you an owner who has been driving it?is it currently drivable ?does it have a current registration ?are you willing to let me take it to my mechanic ?have you given me a full disclosure?his Response was... and I quote...“oh give me a break you can bring your mechanic to check the car im a dealer and have ckean title and have afresh VA inspection you can test drive it”I had $8000, which is what he was asking.But I won’t even consider going any further till they get a proper salesman.
