What an awesome place for customer service, attention to detail, and loyalty!I was recommended this shop by a family member. They were extremely busy (8 cars lined up). I spoke with the owner (Dennis) and told him what I needed. He immediately made room for my vehicle and the mechanics started working on the truck.They treated my truck with the upmost care and respect and walked me through every step of the way as to what they were doing.They worked on this for 3 hours and we parted ways.The next day, My tire was flat again and I called them and they immediately had a space for me at the shop.They took off all the tires and the wheels and we learned that there was corrosion where the wheel and the tire meet. They didn’t recommend new wheels or tires, they simply put them on a machine and started filing the corrosion and rust away!I cannot simply express my gratitude and respect for small businesses that go the extra mile for their customers! This establishment is top notch and now have one more loyal customer! After a few experiences at other shops, I think I’ll be coming here from now on. The other day, I went to the Valvoline next door because I had an oil leak. While there, they also let me know that my Serpentine belt was corroding. The guys there recommended that I bring it here because they apparently all bring their own cars here for repairs. So I took it over, talked to Hikaru about what was going on, and he had me bring it in when it was convenient for me. Today I dropped it off and it was ready to go just a few hours later. Hikaru was professional and really nice. I wasn’t ripped off (price was in line with what I researched it should be) and the service was fast and trouble-free. Overall very satisfied with my experience!

This is the most honest, trustworthy, competent mechanic I’ve ever done business with. They are ALWAYS reasonably priced and I refuse to take my car anywhere else. I always recommend them to all my friends.

Got my emissions done here best place ever 😁. Even the guy laugh when I mentioned the car was messy lol. Will be getting emissions done there for now on.

Every time we bring in any of our four cars (a few of them older cars), the guys are up front as to what’s wrong, charge a fair price and never take advantage. We are so grateful a friend referred us to them years ago. Having a fair and honest mechanic is GOLD.

These guys are awesome. I own two vehicles with 100,000+ miles on them, and Ive started using this garage every time I have a problem. I always feel like they are completely honest and tell me exactly what needs to be done without trying to sell me something expensive for no good reason. Im honestly not a car guy, so Im sure it would be easy to take advantage of me. With other mechanics Ive always left feeling like I got ripped off. With Battlefield, I have now had it happen twice where I brought my car in and they fixed a problem (brake light coming on, and windshield wiper stuck) and didnt even charge me! Very impressed. Only negative is there is very little parking. The oil-change shop next door wont let you use their parking, so sometimes you have to double park. They also do inspections and are about as generous as you can be without actually breaking the law. Finally a mechanic I can trust.

Took my truck in for a simple brake service, was quoted one explanation in person from one mechanic (honest), when I called later I got a whole different list of things that had to be done by Dennis, I declined the 520.00 dollar quote that Dennis gave me(no work was done). Asked for a printout of parts that needed to be replaced and was told it would cost 55.00 for the print out. Never got a detailed print out. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARS HERE. He just last a big part of his business. Not just me but a very nice family that hes been ripping off for years. And after I picked my truck up my blinkers and brake lights didnt work. When I called Dennis said it wasnt his fault and hung up on me.

Had worked with Dennis previously and trusted him to do great work for a good price. Took my car in for work in January 2021. We were not told previously of the work that was needed and how much it would cost. They made a half-hearted effort to call the wrong number ( my parents) after they already did the work instead of calling me, saying that they would charge $600, conveniently right around the time the second $600 stimulas check was issued. The Dennis apologized on whoever worked on my car’s behalf, for the miscommunication, however could not explain why work was done before letting me know the cost and why it was that much. I previously trusted this mechanic but I believe they were dishonest and shady in working with me and they made no amends to fix it. I believe the Dennis took off $28 for emissions test which you can get for free as if that was some sort of fix for work that I was expecting to pay no more than $300. I feel as if they behaved in a dishonesty and predatory way with me ( young woman) and would just like that to be known. Unprofessional. I was really disappointed to say that that was my last time visiting this auto center as a customer.
