This place ran my credit over 20 times and never followed up with me. Had I known they were going to inquire with every auto loan company known to man I would have not given them my information. Neither the salesman nor the manager followed up with me after this. Really bizarre and unprofessional. Also, just weird vibes in the showroom in general. The salesmen were all waiting outside for people to arrive. The inside of the dealership was virtually empty. Very weird experience

Actually instead of some looking drawn out story about my experience Ill just say Auto Giants Mitsubishi of Manassas took a complicated situation (that didnt involve them) and found the best solution were all stakeholders could come to an agreement. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! Sold me a used car that broke down within a week of buying it! They rush the buying process! When I walked into the establishment, they asked for my information and ran my credit without my permission. My credit score is 658 and told me I only qualified for a used car. I needed a car because my father just died and I have to travel out of town and don’t know how long ill be away.

For anyone looking to purchase a car:- Make sure you buy a brand new car with 0 to 68 miles depending on how the car was transported.- Do not buy a used car unless you willing to accept the fact that your car might not be what you expect and know that it will not perform like a new car.- Have a certified mechanic inspect the car before buying.***Obtain written documentation on the car***- Do not fill out a satisfaction survey or write a review till after you received your car with hard plates and inspection of both documents and vehicle- Follow up.- Report problems if you notice them especially if you’re buying a “NEW” carThose are just a few tips from what I learned.Yeah You’re Welcome. I sure this will certainly help...If anyone has a problem with what I said I’m sure you are aware of your mistakes and you know how to reach me for further review and tips on how to improve (Oh I almost completely forgot I absolutely don’t care.) I believe my reviews are fair. I won’t update them unless the situation changes. If the service is bad so will the review if it’s good obviously so will the review. Duh. Seriously tho no matter where you decide to go and buy your car you should follow helpful tips and no matter what you buy.. buy from honest people.
