I had a great experience today! Natalie at the front desk is so friendly and welcoming! Beatrice, my stylist, is a good listener and confidently gets to work on my already short, gray hair. (I needed a new look for an upcoming interview.) She transformed my frumpy hair into a cute, fun, feminine new style! I look and feel younger! I highly recommend Beatrice and this wonderful salon.

Kayla did a great job on my pedicure. She was patient and kind. They have a very cute concept at this salon. The receptionist was very nice . It was refreshing to get service done at Monarch. Cant wait to use my coupon for my next service.

I had gotten a botched root touch up and tone. I had a pretty champagne blonde going from my original red hair. The place i went to somehow turned my roots orange and the rest of my hair a bleached-looking yellow. I came to Monarch salon looking to just get my roots matched up with my length since i didn’t really know what to do and at the time had a tight budget. I made an appointment with Carrie and let me tell you, she really really wowed me. She not only corrected my roots, but figured out a way to blend the rest of my color and tone my hair to create this beautiful, smoky, icy blonde. She repeatedly told me that she could not let me leave until i was happy with how i looked. Also, asked for her coworkers opinions and kept me in the loop of all their thoughts and steps. Really went the whole 9 yards. The other girls that helped were very professional and sweet as well. I will NEVER go anywhere else. Monarch salon is hands down a fantastic place. 100% recommend.

As a bride who got treated by my mother in law to free care, this salon was amazing. We had a party of 8 and a time limit of 4 hours. The staff got to know each of the people and took suggestions and feedback well. They created a beautiful hair do for each of the 8 and applied make up with grace and precision. My bridal party and I enjoyed our experience here very much and would go back again.

I had been going to see Arika at the salon for 4 years before moving out of state just recently. I absolutely loved going here and miss it so much. Its got a trendy atmosphere that is welcoming at the same time. Fantastic staff. Everyone is friendly and professional and keeps up with their continuing education. I have unique, hard to manage hair and Arika always made sure I left looking fabulous, and would recommend products to take care of my hair at home. She is knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The owners take great pride in their salon and spa services and it shows. These ladies are fantastic. I highly highly recommend them; you wont be disappointed.
