Jeff, Amy and their staff are absolutely amazing, they all do an amazing job.I would recommend making an appointment in advance before going or calling ahead of time to avoid waiting.

Love this place. Inside is very much like a spa. Relaxing atmosphere from lighting to music which pairs perfectly with a mani-pedi. This is my go-to when I need some pampering without breaking the bank. Not to mention, the owners are lovely people. Always very welcoming.

I decided to try Salon Studio out last night with a friend. We did not have an appointment and it was about an hour before they closed. They welcomed us in and sat us right away. I got acrylic nails while my friend got a pedicure. Jeff and Amy were kind and very accommodating. Jeff asked me questions about how I wanted my nails, what I do for work and how much I use my hands, all to make sure he delivered not only beautiful nails but nails that would be durable and last through whatever I put them through. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received and the beautiful nails I walked away with. I highly recommend giving them a try, you will not be disappointed.

A friend recommended Salon Studio to me so I decided to check them out. I had my mani/pedi appointment yesterday and I was so impressed! The salon itself is beautiful, but the staff won me over. They were are all so personable and made me feel like they truly cared for me as a customer (which normally I feel rushed in and out at nail salons). My technician was Jeff and he did a wonderful job. I highly recommend Salon Studio, you won’t be disappointed.

I really enjoy going to Salon Studio in Madison. They really go above and beyond with customer service. They are very friendly and treat everyone in a respectful and appreciative way. The salon itself is very nice and relaxing. They have great massage chairs for the pedicures. Grace has done my nails twice and she really takes her time and does a fantastic job. If there are more expensive than other places, it isnt by much. And their customer service more than makes up for it. Highly recommend!

I love this place. They are kind, and polite. And take pride in their work. The salon is always clean. They will even make you tea. 😊 They take their time and my nails look amazing, and more importantly to me, feel amazing. (No goop under my nails) And stay on much longer. Loved my experience! The staff was so sweet and I loved the lighting. This nail salon doesn’t use fluorescent light bulbs that kill your eyes. I can’t recommend it enough! Try the lavender pedicure!

The owner Amy and her husband are super nice and really value their customers. They will greet you, remember you, and offer you a drink.Grace is my favorite nail technician. She is gentle and pays attention to detail. Treat yo self to a deluxe manicure and she will massage your arms and hands until you are falling out of the chair asleep.Ive tried other places, and nobody even comes close to their level of service. ALSO, no TVs! No football games or news reports to interrupt your service, only relaxing music. Highly recommend!

Probably the best pedicure I’ve ever had!!! Everything is super clean & neat. The staff is very professional. I was thanked 3 or 4 times for visiting their nail spa & it was clear they were very grateful for my business. Cannot wait to return!

The spa pedicure was excellent and the manicure as well. The only complaint I had was the salon was very hot. The front door was open and the AC wasn’t running. I was sweating while my pedicure and manicure was done. I don’t enjoy swearing while being pampered but next time I’ll ask them to turn the AC on!

This place is great! Relaxing, clean, and professional. Never had a bad experience. I’ve been going here about 2 years. Miss Ci Ci is a fabulous nail tech. I recommend her. She is good at what she does and a great, warm, and welcoming sense of humor 😃

This is hands down the BEST nail salon I’ve ever been too.! The owners Jeff and Amy always make sure you’re comfortable and getting exceptional service! Grace does the best pedicure I’ve ever had! And Stephanie is killing it in the facial department! The whole environment is so relaxing and the treatment you get is absolutely amazing and at a very reasonable price!

These people are wonderful!! After a horrible experience with Nail Boutique & Spa, these people blew me away! All of their staff are super friendly. My visit felt personal and I felt like I was wanted there - not rushed to get out so another chair could be filled! This is the ONLY place I’ll be getting my nails done at from now on!!

Absolutely the best experience I have ever had in madison. CICI was very accommodating and her customer service was fantastic. She did my eyebrows wax, facial wax and pedicure and it felt amazing. Terrible, terrible, terrible. I went back to this shop after a year to get my nails done. I had previously stopped because the owner asked me to leave and come back later because she had an appt coming. You don’t ask a paying customer to leave!! After going back a couple weeks ago the owner did a horrible job on my nails!!! Half of the tips weren’t even attached. I had to point out when she missed doing something on a nail. She’s chatting with a new employee and telling him how to do stuff and not paying attention to what she’s doing!!! I dealt with the nails for a week before I went to another great shop to have them redone! Beware!!!!!

Great service and was beyond my expectations

Me and two other people came in for pedicures and one manicure and we were there for three hours. I was going to have the mani/pedi and although I was taken to a massage chair, I waited an hour before I was taken to get a manicure OR had a pedicure. When I was getting a manicure (Ill get back to that) another girl that had an appointment came in. I had maybe ten minutes left on finishing my nails but was told to get up and get a pedicure. This would usually be fine, but by this point the other two ladies I was with were finishing their pedicures up and I didnt want to make them wait on me forever so I decided not to get one. I told the nail tech. that I didnt want the pedicure any more and we settled on doing a mini pedi because it would take less time. At the end they still tried to charge me for a full pedicure. Ok - the manicure. I have thin nails so I try to use the dip powder manicure because theyre better than shellac but last a round the same amount of time. The lady who did my nails filed my nails into shape (and did a great job with that) but she filed down the bed of my nails very thin with the same machine that is used for filing nails down before putting on fake acrylics on. She used the same machine to saw my cuticles off. Very painful. The manicure is over now, but there is clear gel polish all over my fingers. The staff is nice, but I would not go back to or reccomend going here.

The worse nail salon I have been. The work terrible. The lady that made my pedicure and manicure was not very nice, every time I bent over to see my my toes nails she pushed me back (her name es Cici). Plus that she told me that I am picky. I will never come back to that place.
