Rose, at Kelley’s nails, is a sincere and hard working person who tries hard to please her customers. Since I did not live in Madison full time, but only visited for several years, I could not avail myself frequently of Rose’s services. Now I will be able to visit Rose more often, and I will be able to become a regular and loyal customer.

Made my nails look supe cute the lady’s there work super sweet but the lady that did my nails kept cutting me on accident. the things they put on my nails before everything burned my skin and it hurt super bad.

Bought a $50 gift certificate- new management wont let us use it and will not negotiate anything with us. I have always had good experiences at Kelly Nails with the old management, but would not recommend going now that there is new management. Especially do not buy a gift card for anyone there with the turn over rate. Extremely disappointed.

I have read the other reviews, and I agree completely with the women who praise Billy, Kim and the rest of the staff. I have never had a bad experience in this salon with hands or feet, and Ive been going there for close to 4 years. I was born with nails that just dont grow well, or long, so I love that I can have beautifully long nails, and when it comes to that, Billy is an artist, who can make a completely fake set of nails look like they are your very own. They grow out so naturally, you have to look very closely to see where the real part of the nail starts and the fake begins.The pedicures are just a fabulous! I finally convinced my husband to get a pedicure on his ugly feet. I honestly thought they would give up on him because his feet had never been touched by a pumice, or anything other than a clipper for the toenail. His feet were rough with nails that wrapped into his toe, creating a callus, and by the time they were done, which took no more time than my own pedicure, his feet were beautiful. Ive never seen, nor felt his feet so soft before. He liked the pampering, too, with the spa chairs and foot rub. Little girls can get special treatment, also, in the butterfly/faerie chairs.Ive been to many salons over the years, and Kelly Nails is by far the best!! They are definitely worth checking into, and their prices are quite reasonable.

Just had a great pedicure here today. It lasted longer than I thought and they shaved a lot of dead skin off my feet. The polish looks solid and the service was really good-- the manager lady was so friendly and sweet. I wish there was a bit more of a leg message aspect and that they were able to remove more dry skin, but apparently there isnt much they can do for DRY skin, only removing calluses which they definitely did. Liked it a lot otherwise.

Today is the first time I have been to Kelly Nails.2 weeks ago I went out of town for a shellac manicure and had a chipped nail, so I came to Kelly Nails to get it fixed based on good ratings, and its close to home.They fixed up my nail for very cheap and even offered me something to drink! I was pleasantly surprised and felt welcome. I decided to get an eyebrow wax. Im not sure what they used, but it was close to painless! I was amazed because the other salon I used to go to would have too hot wax and it would hurt when theyd pull off the wax. This was the most comfortable eyebrow waxing Ive ever had!Im giving 4 stars because I want to see how long the shellac lasts first before giving a 5. Ill definitely be coming back for eyebrow waxing though!

I have been to a lot of different Nail Salons. It is the best place to have Nails done in Madison. It is clean and my nails look beautiful still and its been almost 2 weeks since I have been there. This is my new go to place for nails. Also had my eyebrows done, Excellent Job !

They did a wonderful job on my nails. I got a manicure and pedicure and they were very professional and sweet. They even did some very cute flowers on my toes. While this is not the place to go if you are in a rush, but it was a wonderful relaxing experience. Definitely worth the price, which is very moderate.

The reviews from 4 years ago no longer apply to this nail salon. This place is the best! Just down the road from my apartment, so I began going there out of convenience, but I would drive here from the east side for a manicure! I am usually a walk-in, so I expect to be waiting, but they really dont make you wait long. Always offer you a drink too! Huge selection of colors, and very clean. You wont be disappointed!

The quality is soooo good, I’ve gotten so many compliments on my nails. They really took their time in shaping them and I’ve had them for 3 weeks and the polish isn’t even chipped. Definitely my new go to!!

OK so I am a caretaker for a blind woman. She wanted to get her nails done here. I brought her in. I told them exactly what she wanted done and that she was completely blind. I left to run 2 errands. I came back and while waiting I listened to him telling her the prices over and over but in a way that seemed like he didnt think she could afford to be in this shop. At the end he put lotion on her hands that she liked so she asked if they sold bottles of it. He said yes for 20 dollars so she asked for one to be added on to her bill. He tried to sell her the half full bottle on his table even though they sell full bottles behind the counter. I had to intervene because thats just wrong. I will not take her back there. Also. 5 of her nails popped off the second day while she was washing her hair and he gave her a differen5 color than I told him she wan5ed. I showed him and he still did what he wanted. The work was sloppy and weak and I wont recommend going anywhere that would purposely try to screw someone over or cheat them just because they cant SEE the difference. I am absolutely disgusted with this place and how they choose to screw people over and treat people. There is a reason this place always has an empty seat and an empty salon

Lee was great! She took her time giving me a pedicure, she was very friendly and she did an awesome job! Place was clean, easy location to find. I highly recommend this place!

Owner Tracy is awesome and her parents work as well. Ive been going here for several years and plan to continue in the forceable future. Manicure and pedicures are both great and last long time!!

Terrible. I asked for an almond shape and I was repeatedly given an oval shape after telling her multiple times to make them more sharp she didn’t even know what almond shape was and I had to describe it to her. My nails are all different lengths and it’s very noticeable. My nails are lumpy and slanted. I won’t be returning :)

I had a scheduled an acrylic manicure appointment. The whole time I was there he kept trying to sell me the gel manicure, telling me it was like putting synthetic oil in my car. I politely declined because I just wanted the $25 acrylic special he was running at the time. He then went on to say to me, if you want crappy nails, then thats fine. Then he wanted to charge me extra for the shape and and length of the nails! My nails werent even extravagantly long or weirdly shaped! I just asked him to round them! Then he during the middle of my manicure he went and did a walk-ins nails! I was so upset, because I had called ahead to schedule an appointment! I will never ever return to this nail salon! The customer service was terrible!

I’ve given this shop 2 attempts -the first time I requested a full gel pedi and mani, after being pursued into allowing them to do the dip polish on my nails (with an upcharge of course) I explained that I wanted my nails and toes to be the same color, the colors were completely different. The 2nd visit I walked into an empty salon during business hours door open,no customers. Asked for shellac manicure and the guy told me I would have to come back tomorrow. I’m done

New owners, new employees. Not nearly as good as it used to be. 1 employee trying to 2 separate customers nails, and my eyebrow waxing at the same time. She completely messed my eyebrows up, no shaping, missed hairs everywhere! One of the other 2 customers in there was getting her nails redone from yesterday because they had already fallen off. All around rushed, unprofessional experience. Not to forget, but, they also raised all the prices.

Great staff and service...

I had a nail fill yesterday and a man there began the process. I have never had such a painful nail related experience in my life. He filed my finger tips, ran the drill too fast and burned my nails, put the anti septic on my skin and cut the sides of my fingers with the file. I told him at least 5 times and finally just said very loudly that is enough, far too rough. Almost immediately another woman came over and took over. There were no further problems and my nails are very pretty but my fingers are incredibly sore today. As I reflect on that experience, if I didnt know better, I would think that man was trying to hurt me? Never again.

The technicians completely ignored my requests not to cut my nails and leave them long. I told them several times to stop filing, but they sent three separate people to file my nails down to the fingertip when most of them were 3/4 of an inch longer. The one technician who speaks English did not translate or help me. I waited a long time for polish. Dont go here unless you like your nails short and your requests denied.

This a nail salon. I had a very good experience there. Linda did my nails and did a excellent job.

Great staff and clean facility. I have had no issues with communication or pain so not sure about the other reviews. If anything is ever not to your satisfaction they will fix it. Havent been to a better place.

I just had the same terrible painful experience with the older gentleman doing my nails. He took three hours and everyone just ignored the look of disatisfaction on my face. I got the impression he was intentionally hurting me as well. They were short staffed so I forced to remain with him until the lady Tracy was done with a large party. I finally yelled out that she needed to finish my nails. My nails turned out beautiful and she apologized but did not offer me a discount. This was my first time here as I just moved in the neighborhood and will never return again. This was the worst nail salon experience of my life.

I went to get nails done today, very sad that Tracy and her parents no longer own the shop.. Wish them well and hope the new owners do well..
