Chau did an AMAZING job for my wedding nails. All I did was show her a picture of what I wanted and she put her own special twist to it and let me tell you, pure perfection. She was quick and provided good service. Thank you, Chau ☺️

What I asked for verses what I got was ridiculous. I went back in there to have them fix these uneven, lumpy, fake ombré, and the lady just told me she will call me. None of the nails have the same shape. The thumb looks lumpy. Some edges are pointy and some rounded. I wish I could show the pick of what I asked for

Chau did a wonderful acrylic fill and picked the perfect color when I asked for plum.

I went in without an appointment but they started on my nails right away. I had a guy do mine and let me tell you I regret not getting his name because I will definitely be back. I love my nails they’re so cute, he did an amazing job. He was very gentle and nice. He also listened to me and did exactly what I wanted and went beyond. Let’s just say this nail spa definitely gained a new customer.

Had my nails done for the first time in years and Lin did amazing. She helped me pick the best colors to match the picture. They didn’t have 2-3 of the colors so she came up with a way to make them look like the picture. Not an easy design to free hand and they came out even. Only place I will be going for my nails now. They were so nice and actually care about how your nails come out. Also glad they are strict about masks during the pandemic !

If you go here go to Vinh!! He does an amazing job shaping and can do whatever you want. my full set lasted over 4 weeks without a fill with no lifting or breaking and the tips were over an inch long, first pic is of the fill and cut down

I love the pedi here Nina did such a nice job on my toes. Its so hard to make me feel likey feet are pretty. But she hooked it up. And dont even gete started on how great my nails look. I could cry of joy thats how great my experience with her was. She is truly blessed with see skills.

I went back to 007 nails yesterday on a friends recommendation after probably a good year or more of refusing to return due to multiple bad visits. Let me just say I was SUPER impressed by how things have turned around. They have really stepped up their game!! I got a shellac pedi and a new set and the pedicure was the best I have ever had. And the new set turned out great. I would definitely recommend this place now and I will FOR SURE be going back.

I came in for 2 pedicures, one for me and one for my daughter. Also wanted a full set. I had an appointment at 3:45pm and while getting my pedicure they wanted to start my full set. My fingers are somewhat crooked so when she put the tips on, they were crooked. She was rushing and after trying to fix them the tips were worse than when she first put them on. I just stopped her NO WAY WILL I EVER COME BACK TO THIS NAIL SALON EVER. They rush through services, they are rude! All of my nails are ruined because she used so much glue I am so upset.

Love getting my manicures done here, I always prefer to get my gel manicure at this place. I was able to have my nails last 5+ weeks with gel on my natural nails (which is impressive- I’ve never had that happen at any other nail place). One time I picked out an old gel polish, that was separating as they were applying, they noticed it right away and let me choose another one and helped me find just what I wanted. Also have brought friends here and acrylics turned out great as well as pedicures. Good environment too.

This was the first time I had ever been to 007 Nails. I picked out the color for my dip polish, and the nail technician got to work on my hands. An older worked there grabbed the nail color wheel while she was working on me, and by the time it was time to use my color, my technician had forgotten which color I had picked out. Instead of asking me to confirm which color I wanted, she asked the older worker if she remembered which one it was. I had picked out a deep burgundy shade. I have never had dip before, so when she brought over a bubble gum pink container of powder I tried not to think much of it. Long story short, I ended up with bubble gum pink color changing polish (not what I wanted at all, and realized it wasn’t getting darker as she went one. Rookie mistake, I guess). She also put on the wrong top coat, so when she told me to wash it off, it peeled off and she had to do 30 more minutes of work on my nails. I was there for 2.5 hours for a manicure. :(

Disappointed this time around! Ive been coming here and Im usually always satisfied, however I believe I had a new person this time. She needed help with things during my heavenly pedicure, and also was rushing things trying to keep up with the lady that was doing my friend pedicure. Unfortunately, because she was trying to keep up she rushed through some of the most important things like the 15min massage for my pedicure. I didnt get massage, and I also received a rushed paint job.

Ive been going to 007 nails for 3 years now. I love it!!! The owner knows me by name. Its always nice to hear your name by a store/company; that means they really care about you. The younger girls do hurt your nails once in a while but over all they do an amazing job and at an affordable price. Ill be taking a bridal party there next month.

They have more colors to choose from then Ive ever seen at any other salon in the area and they do a good job

They took customers that arrived after me before taking me. Pedicure was definitely NOT worth the money. I do a better job myself. It was nice to have the warm rock rubbed on my legs. The warm towel got very cold before the woman returned from the back room where she just disappeared to (I think it was to go eat). Overall this was an extremely disappointing experience.

If I could give 0 stars for this location I would. I came in on a weeknight for a walk-in regular manicure. They were busy at the time and asked me to come back in 40 minutes. I agreed and they put my name down in the appointment book.I came back 10 minutes before my appointment to pick a color and one of the employees came over and told me they could shape my nails and add color if they do it quickly. From there, the employee proceed to file and shape my nails while I was still in the waiting area. She finished in under 2 minutes.After a couple minutes she asked me to come back to a chair and she proceeded with the remainder of my manicure. She rushed through my cuticles, the massage and worst of all, the polish. All and all, my manicure took about 10 minutes- I spent more time waiting for my nails to dry.The end result was a sloppy manicure, including a significant amount of bubbles on my nails and terrible service. I wish they had told me they couldn’t fit me in rather than try to fit me in to turn around a quick sale.Needless to say, I will not be returning to 007. I recommend that their customers go elsewhere.

We got in right away and my girlfriend got acrylic nails done for $30. The people were really nice and the nails look great. The polish was a little low quality - it kept bubbling - but they were happy to put a few extra coats on.

Displays colors they don’t have in stock . Forced me to get a different color. After a week my shellac polish started to change color into a dirty blue. Came back to get it fixed and was told can’t do nothing for me because they don’t know what the polish is like before applying it . I do not recommend

I enjoy coming in every few weeks for a manicure and pedicure. I have been a customer for a number of years. Nicole and Vin are my favorite staff member. They are very detail oriented and take their time. Even when it is busy they do not rush. I have enjoyed my time here with nice music and relaxing experience. I do recommend you make an appointment and give yourself extra time. They do accept walk ins and it can be busy.

First time coming here and it was the best pedicure I have ever had here in Wisconsin hands down. Great service will definitely be coming here every time I need a pedicure or a manicure!!

This place is the most fabulous place. Vinh is absolutely the best. I had seen a picture on Google when I looked up nail salons and 007 popped up, that I adored so I went in. I didnt have an appointment so I didnt know if they could get me in. Not only did they get me in but this awesome man came into the shop from home to do them.I was a little nervous because I had them done a few weeks at a place in the mall and it was a overall terrible experience.They came out better then I could have dreamed. Thank you Vinh. You rock. Ive been telling everyone about you 😁

I used to love this place when there were different employees there. They had done a great job, every time. I was there last night and the service was poor, staff was difficult to understand, none of the same people working there, it took almost 2 hours to have a pedicure completed. I will never go there again.

I would put a lower score if possible. They were horrible. They made me bleed on 8 out of 10 fingers and my fingers are bruised. The nails are not the right size awful and embarrassing!! This was for my best friends birthday plus $90 for what looks like a 5 year old did the work.

Experience was fine overall. I was seated right away and the woman working on my nails was very kind and pleasant. However I was barely able to even choose a color before she began working on my nails. I appreciated the the timeliness but I felt I bit rushed. She helped me choose the perfect color, but the manicure itself was not well done. Felt rushed through, despite no one else waiting and it being rather quiet. The gel barely lasted a few days before chipping and the polish did not cover the whole nail--which I didnt notice until I was home. Service was very nice but the gel manicure was not worth it.

I had a really great pedicure after a really hard day. I melted and felt so much better. Thank you!

It was hard for me to communicate what I wanted. This salon uses a Dremel tool to remove gel manicures, which is very unhealthy for your nails. A guarantee that your nails will eventually break, even with gel polish. Dont let anyone Dremel your nail beds. The good thing about this salon is that they were able to make a same day appointment in their Madison location.

I recently moved to this state and I have been looking for a nail shop to do business with. I ordered food from a chinnese restaurant next door and I was unsure if they had a bathroom. I stopped in this nail shop to ask to use their bathroom and the ladies that worked there looked and told me no. I know if I had been another ethnicity they would have allowed me to use their bathroom. This place could never get any of my hard earned money.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I came in and got a fill and a fix. Noticed the nail started out more coffin shaped asked if he wouldnt mind removing it and putting a new one on almost immeadilty. Shut off his light and refused to work on me after i pretipped $15 for a $23 service.

Firstly, the guy seemed very rushed, although I was the only client.Secondly, he was so rough! I shouted ouch several times, throughout the manicure. I told him that it felt like he was punching my hands. My fingers are pulsing so bad that I cant even hold hands, let alone scratch an itch. I am sure there is brusing.Thirdly, the most important reason I will never go back, is the sanitation!! He used an old, well worn, file on me and used his thumb nail as a cuticle pusher!!!Now, I cant sleep, everytime my fingers pulse in pain all I can think about it that I contracted a communicable disease!!

Very unsanitary... Files were not cleaned in between clients, and Ive been there twice and bled from them nicking my cuticles. Staff is friendly, but the work is sub-par. I do not recommend!

The prices are very reasonable but the work was subpar. The staff was very nice and professional and I really liked my French tip Pedi but it only lasted 2 days which was very disappointing. The polish chipped and discolored. Most likely wont be going back.

Came in for a full set with coffin shape. The woman shaped 3 of my nails crooked. They also charged me extra for this shape - even though my nails were literally crooked from her filing. I broke 4 nails within the first 3 days of having them done ! I had them not even two weeks before the whole set was off. Crappy products I’ve never had that happen before. The woman was pushing me to get gel but I chose a normal polish and she still proceeded to grab and use the gel polish on my nails anyways. $65 and very disappointing. Won’t be returning to 007.
