EXTREMELY OVER PRICED for a less than average job. Nails weren’t filed straight (didn’t even ask what shape I wanted my nails) and residue was left around nails. $50 for dip powder, no manicure. Then charged an extra $5 dollars to remove previous polish because it was not done there.

I really love the atmosphere. Layla did good she was not experienced that I did have a problem made me like because I was black. Alex tried ti fix Layla mess up. Next time I would want someone more experienced because I spent $100 on two pedicures my son got a great experienced tech. I tipped both techs including Layla. I do understand Layla has to learn I just feel Layla would have been better for him being a first time experience. It is experiences like Layla that would make a person not go back to the salon for service again. Layla was very friendly and mannerable, just not ready for an experienced customer who get pedicures all the time. It is hard to find techs that care for the customers experience for return to the business. Do not know if I will go back at this point. I was not happy with the service to be honest, however; my happiness did not stop me from tipping 2 techs. Euro Nails is a friendly environment.

Euro Nails in Madison is a cute salon inside but was not worth the hype. I visited right before thanksgiving to get my nails done for my birthday. I complained to them that the acrylic on my nails was too thick by a previous nail tech and Alex (owner) recommended for them to be soaked off. It literally took me two hours to soak that acrylic off and I was just sitting there watching people come in and leave. Linda (owner’s wife) ended up taking me to her station when I was done soaking. I had already told Alex that I wanted gel nails. I explained to Linda that I wanted the shape of my nails to be square. The more I told her the more I noticed she was rounding off the edges of my nails. I was confused as to what she didn’t understand. Linda was nice but did not do what I asked of her. Let’s just say after Alex painted my nails and when I got home and settled I noticed that my nails were just as thick as they were when I walked in and not only that but I couldn’t even scratch my skin because my edges were ROUND! I was miserable! After paying $60 for just gel and a color no designs I was devastated!!!!!!

I travel a lot and get pedicures and dip manicures all over the country. This place is top notch—did a great job and they were attentive and friendly. Say hi to Alex and Kelly.

They are friendly, well the owner is, some of the female employees not so much. It is expensive and therefore my expectations are high. When the wife of the owner did my deep color manicure, before she was done, a regular customer showed up and she finished me in a hurry leaving my hands with residue from the polish they had removed before. I had a regular pedicure and it was ok. My bill was $85. There are too many other choices in the area to go back here...

Alex and staff are phenomenal. Always pleasant and accommodating! Alex and Linda go above and beyond for their clients. The shop is always clean and beautifully decorated for the season. Great place and great people!

I’ve been using Alex and his staff for over a year now. I go every 3 weeks for a mani and usually a pedi. They are fantastic! My nails look good for weeks! They are very professional, friendly, clean and have good prices. Give them a try!

Ive been going to Euro Nails for 8 years and every visit is excellent. The staff is wonderful and my nails last for a very long time. Reasonable prices, great environment and wonderful services. Because of this they are a Best Nail Salon in Mississippi finalist. Stop by and get the experience. You will love it. I do!

Shellac nails done by Mrs. B remained for 4 weeks without any chipping or peeling! She did great job! Thank you and I love it and definitely will be back soon!! They all do great job and better than any other nail salons in this area, in my opinion. Only one drawback is, they are so popular and looks busy with full of customers every time I go so a little waiting time will be expected.

He cut my fingers 6 times, it was $50 for a simple dip manicure. did not like at all. very busy and took forever. also usually my dip mani is $35 and is way better than this place!

My favorite nail salon to date - and certainly the most personalized! Alex always does my nails and is great, but everyone who works for him does a great job! They are also very nice and know you by name if you go regularly, listen when you talk, and genuinely care about their customers. I get a gel manicure and it last about 3 weeks on average. They sterilize all of their instruments and always have the latest and newest polishes just released. I never feel like my nails are being damaged with the removal process here, which is important to me as well. Definitely recommend Euro Nails!

This is the best nail salon for men, women, and children of all ages! All of the workers treat their customers like family and all types of people are welcome. They remember your name and preferences as well. They even get out ingrown nails with no extra charge. Ive been coming for well over a year and I would never pick any other place over this one. They have dip and gel options. The massage chairs are a huge plus whenever Im getting a pedicure.

I’ve been going to Euro since it opened! Every single time I walk in there they greet me by name. Their manicures and pedicures last longer than anywhere else I’ve been. Their customer service is top notch. The only time I’ve had to wait is when they’re soo busy! Rightfully so, because every single customer gets 5-star treatment and isn’t rushed along. The care of your nails is valued. So thankful for Euro!

I came in from out of town for work. Decided to go in and get my nails done and they did great! Attention to detail and I didnt feel rushed through. And they were busy on top of it! If I ever come back into town, Ill be stopping by!

My experience started off great. Very clean salon, good chairs, and a great selection of products. The owner was very charismatic and slightly rude, but I found his personality endearing. My only problem was the lack of efficiency in getting clients in and out. If you do not have two hours to dedicate to the nail salon this is not the salon for you. If you expect them to care that your manicure and pedicure had a forty minute wait time in between the two due to the nail tech folding towels while you are waiting, this isn’t the salon for you. All in all one of the better salons in the area but could benefit from a salon manager, more nail techs, and a bigger space.

I went here the end of March with my friend to celebrate my birthday, we got pedicures. They were friendly but I was not impressed with the pedicure at all. It wasnt relaxing to me.

I was very impressed with the service I received here. I have been getting my nails done for 15 years and this is one of the best shops I have been to. Everyone was so friendly and pleasant. Tram, nail tech, was excellent....she did not rush thru (like im use too) and she gave me a manicure that exceeds all expectations. She also educated me on the care of my nails (thats a first). I will be returning and will make this my primary nail salon. Thank you Euro Nails for proving to me you can get great service in a nail shop. ★★★★★
