I had an amazing experience. Beautiful salon, great prices, and the service I got was amazing. Friendly, and nice. The $30 basic pedicure included a salt scrub, little massage and taking care of the feet/heels fully at no extra charge. Very happy and will be returning . Thank you Thuy

Absolutely loved it! I’ve been looking for a nails salon for the past 30 days. Just relocated to Huntsville and needed desperately to find the right salon for me. My realtor recommended it! The salon has a nice atmosphere, the owners are friendly, and they go out of their way to ensure you are satisfied with the service! Their rates are great! Twee was amazing! She listened to what I was looking for; she took her time to ensure my nails were perfect, and she nailed it! My nails are looking like a million dollars! I left with a big smile! If I could give this business a ZERO I would! The owner (Anna) was very unprofessional from the moment I walked in. She waved her hand at a chair and told me to go have and have a seat. (A specific chair would’ve been nicer to know) Then she proceeds to ask what kind of service that I’ll be needing? I advised her JUST A MANICURE and she begins to tell me that I’ll need a fill! I then advised her, that these were “MY NAILS” and this person begins to tell ME that they weren’t?!?! At that point I was so irritated with her, due to the fact that she tried to insult my intelligence. She was very rude and condescending throughout my visit! NEVER AGAIN! I hope businesses such as hers fail! That’ll teach you to respect others!

I make appointments with Tracy every 2 weeks. Tracy is very clean and detailed oriented. I love this place the atmosphere is nice, calm and well managed. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

There isn’t enough I can say about Venus Nail and Spa. I have never EVER seen such a clean place with an amazing staff. They use liners in their foot spa and change it out after each pedi. My feet always feel brand new after leaving there. They have a great assortment of colors to choose from. They do regular, gel, and many other things. They offer tanning and waxing as well. Everyone is very friendly and strive to satisfy a customers needs. Will recommend to anyone and everyone I know. Have found my new place to go that’s for sure.

Honestly the best place Ive ever gone for a pedicure because they are so nice. I usually have to bring one or both of my kids with me (3yr and 9mo), and they are so kind. One time, my baby was losing his mind in the middle of my pedicure, and one of the women in the salon took him and distracted him for about 30 minutes. It was so sweet. They give my daughter snacks and drinks and always paint her nails just for fun. They treat you like family. And they do a great job! I cant say enough good about this salon!

Went in for a fill in and when I left it looked like I had press on nails that did not fit. She was so bad. Three days after my fill in my nails were lifting and breaking. I have been getting my nails done for 20 years and this was the worst experience. I do not recommend this salon!

Literally the best nail shop in Madison. I am from Atlanta and I come to visit my parents here every year. They are very nice, very clean, quick, and gentle. Because of their wonderful service they gave us my mom finally has a nail shop that she can go to every two weeks without any worries if the nail tech is going to be rough on her nails. Thank you so much Venus Nails Spa you are truly a blessing to me and my mom.

Nail Tech did pedicure. He did a half decent job. Never stopped talking to focus on the work he was performing. He talked the entire time. He never asked what service I wanted. I was never able to enjoy pedicure!

I was in town visiting my father-in-law after Christmas and walked in for the first time for a pedicure. I was greeted by the owner and promptly taken to a seat. It was one of the best pedicures I have ever had. She did not rush at all and my feet look/feel better than they have after any other pedicure I have had. I decided to get a gel manicure as well and she was very meticulous and thorough. Total service was $50 (not including tip), which is a little more than I’m used to paying, but it was well worth it for the service I received. Will definitely go back the next time I’m in town.

Too much talking? Seriously? These are the friendliest people Ive ever met!!!! Their customer service is impeccable and they are extremely personable. Most importantly, the services they provide are the best Ive had in many years. I moved here 5 years ago, and I tried many nail salons. I always left a little disappointed until I visited Venus. Hands down, the best in the area!!!!

Hit or miss, depending on who you get. Hours posted are apparently not correct, so you also can’t plan for that. Posted 12pm open Sunday but still not open at 1pm.

I love this nail salon! Im not local but spent the summer in Madison last year as well as a couple of weeks this year, and I have gone to this salon about a half dozen times between those two visits. Wendy, Tom and Twee are absolutely amazing and talented at their profession! They give the best pedicures and their manicures will make your ugly cuticles turn to perfection! I wish I didnt live in Massachusetts so I could be an all year regular! And yes, Terr, my gel manicure you did a week and a half ago is still going strong!! You have converted me :)

Great service usually, I only have had one bad experience. Didn’t appreciate the accusation that due to one of my nails broke, split down the middle that I caused it! They did fix it at no charge. however I just had a full set and a pedicure and had spent over $100.00(paid for a friends upgrade). I have not been back yet, I plan too. Just have not had opportunity to return. I believe in second chances, hopefully that issue WILL NOT happen AGAIN !

I absolutely love this salon. I have been getting my nails done twice a month for the past 8 years and they are the BEST. I am very picky and Tom always does exactly what I want my nails to look like. Very friendly staff, clean salon, and impeccable work. Cant say enough great things about Venus Nails!

My mother, sister and I went back this week and we were highly disappointed. Would not recommend this nail salon to anyone. We were rushed and the quality of service wasnt up to par. I was never even thanked for coming. I would give them zero stars if able to do so.

I been to this place a few times. The first was for pedi, next for mani & pedi, and last for gel nail & pedi. All visits the staff is friendly. I did not care for how they remove the gel from my nails. They wrapped which I like, but as soon as they wrapped all fingers, they began taking/scrapping off until I asked them to allow them to soak longer. It caused that feeling you get when you here a chalkboard being scrapped. It appears to be more of a neighborhood spot than a relaxing spa. Too much talking for me by the owners and patrons. The tv was playing youtube type videos one time and sports on another occasion. On one visit someones child was there and extremely loud while the parent took care of their own nails (seemed to be a friend). If youre looking for relaxation, I dont recommend, but for a friendly neighborhood nail place, Id say just ok.

I just want to say that Kim did a sloppy job with my nails she really sucks plus she rushed me up out of the shop because she had another client I am really unsatisfed with my nails so I will never come here again.
