I got my hair dyed and cut by Ellie, and she was wonderful! She did a high quality job and was very personable throughout the entire experience. The color she created turned out beautiful, and I am extremely happy with the results. Highly recommend getting your hair done with her.

DO NOT BLEACH YOUR HAIR HERE. If youre going from a dark colour to a light blonde, just dont. Yeah the salon is pretty and you get tea and stuff but I also got a burnt scalp and a dark yellow root. Not only that but when I got home, I had product left in my hair. Also you shouldnt whisper to your colleagues right next to your client about how its not going well. If you think you wont be able to do the job, tell the client beforehand, dont use your organic products as an excuse afterwards. Im not one to give a negative review but I dont want someone to have the same experience.

With spring break approaching I decided to treat myself to a shellac manicure and brow wax. I saw Mary for my nails and she did an amazing job! The hand massage was to die for and I left with perfectly manicured hands. I’ve been getting my brows waxed by Ellie for over a year and she never disappoints! Every time I leave Neroli Salon I feel refreshed and pampered.

I went to this salon with the intention of a light brown partial highlight, and walked out with orange hair. The stylist that did my hair was super sweet, but it’s nothing what I asked for. It’s blotchy, untoned and looks terrible. I was going to call to make it right but unfortunately this salon is closed Saturday and sundays. She did great on the brow wax and tint but my hair looks absolutely horrible and I wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone. I’ve had great experiences at the other Neroli salons in Milwaukee, but my experience was terrible here, I’m so disappointed and unsatisfied at the waste of money.

I just got a manicure from one of the newer girls Mary and she did an amazing job! She is so sweet and was so attentive and meticulous while doing my nails. She clearly cares a lot about what she’s doing. I haven’t gotten a manicure in well over 6 years but I’ll definitely be coming back very soon!

I just had my hair cut at Neroli for the first time and it WILL be the LAST! Amanda cut my hair, nice girl but I am beyond disappointed. Christmas is around the corner and I have no time to have this fixed. If I could give zero stars, I would.She dry cut my hair, which I thought was odd and I even remarked to her about it. She said its because she could see it better and you just have to cut it again dry anyway, so why not start out dry. She is the professional so I trusted her. Once she finished I only saw the front of my hair and the ends did look a bit blunt, but again I trusted her. Now that Im home and I can see the back of my hair, it looks like my toddler cut my hair! I did this same type of thing to my hair when I was 5 with a safety scissors, not the kind of haircut you expect for $40 with a $10 tip. I feel betrayed.

I came in for a keratin hair treatment, and it was noticeable that the treatment did not work on my hair. Several of my friends and coworkers even commented that it was a waste of my money because my hair looked and felt just the same. When I consulted the stylist about this, she claimed that my hair had improved and was less frizzy and more smooth than the last time she saw me. I knew this wasnt the case because the last time I came my hair 1) wasnt brushed right before the treatment and 2) it was extremely windy so my hair was knotty. That being said, the stylist was kind and I do think she put effort in the work that she did, it just didnt have a good result. Overall, I wont be coming here again or recommending the place to anyone given the amount of money I paid to see some kind of result.

I like Neroli so much! I did my hair cut and brow wax with Ellie, and she did super well! I do recommend Ellie as your service provider, as she is so kind, easygoing, and professional! I enjoyed talking with her every time. I also referred Neroli to my boyfriend. My boyfriend also liked it!

Ellie gave me the best haircut Ive ever had! Will definitely be back. She also gave my wife an amazing cut and color. I would go here for her alone!

I went in for a haircut. My hair was washed, cut, dried and styled by Noah who was awesome! He made sure I was satisfied with everything each step of the way, made sure that my voice was heard in how I wanted my hair to look. He was patient, caring, and best of all, my hair looks great! I havent liked a haircut in at least 5 years, and I love this!

DO NOT GO HERE IF U HAVE LONG HAIR AND WANT TO KEEP IT LONG. I cant believe all these positive reviews. I got there 10 minutes before my appointment, and was asked to wait an hour. After that, I asked for two inches off my hair VERY SPECIFICALLY and about 5 inches were chopped off straight across, even though I had a v cut and asked specifically MULTIPLE times to keep my v-cut. My v cut is completely gone. My long hair is basically gone. I was incredibly clear with my instructions, and I have never had a haircut so incredibly botched. I am so heartbroken and sad. Literally cried the entire way home. I do not recommend this place, and I cant believe I spent money on my literal nightmare. I need this made right.

Had my hair done by Ellie who always leaves me looking fabulous. She is so fun and bubbly! Maddie also helped and was very friendly; she got me delicious tea and coffee! Thanks ladies!!

I really enjoyed getting my haircut here! Excellent customer service, no wait, and Noah did an excellent job cutting and styling my hair. It was only $25 for my first time so the value couldnt have been better.

Great customer service! They offered me coffee, from Collectivo, very good stuff, helped me get sat by a stylist immediately, and were very friendly the entire time. Ellie gave me a great cut, and the shampoo with hot face towel, scalp massage, and rinse was refreshing.

Just not skilled enough to do the hair. Very amateur skills. Ended up getting another cut elsewhere.

Absolutely amazing place. Opal is a fantastic cosmetologist; I got my hair cut and a balayage and she is super friendly and knowledgeable. Great place with great service and products (Aveda concept)!

AWFUL. I have a very high pain tolerance and my stylist pulled and ripped at my hair so hard I was crying. They quoted me for a partial highlight and charged me for a full. They will NOT call you back. Keep your fancy drinks, it does not make up for poor customer service.
