If you can say exercising is fun, then Exercise Coach is the place to go. All the staff is wonderful and well experienced to help make sure the equipment is set to each individual. Big gyms are good but for a personal touch, I highly recommend Exercise Coach for the one on one quality training.
Exercise Coach in Madison is an outstanding place to take control of your fitness routine by improving your strength and flexibility. The coaches are highly educated and committed to working hard to teach you the correct form to avoid injury, develop personalized workouts to target any muscle group you prefer, and provide the extra motivation and encouragement to help you to reach your goals. They offer great support for anyone at any fitness level. The facility is very clean and with limited people, it feels like a very safe to exercise. Personally I have been delighted to workout with Justin C. and he has helped me take back control of my health and fitness and he has been such an encouragement. I love that in 20 minutes I can get in a great quality work out that not only includes cardio but strength training. The fact that it’s small and intimate is ideal for me. The staff is so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Not only do they know your name when you walk in but they’re there to provide help the entire time. This is the perfect work out solution for a busy, working mom of little kids.
Was a bit skeptical of the benefit of just two 20-minute workouts a week, but after 3 months of this style of workout, I do notice improvement in my overall strength as well as my balance. The trainers allow you to focus on areas of weakness and provide good feedback and suggestions as you go through the workout. It’s easy to be “too busy” to work out, but when it’s just two 20-minute sessions a week, there’s no excuse for not getting stronger!
I’ve been going to The Exercise Coach for nearly two years. Twice a week keeps my strength in check so I can take care of my grandchildren better. I still go for walks for cardio but strength training is essential for strength and balance as I have gotten older. I recommend them wholeheartedly. Check it out, give them a call!
I love the Exercise Coach’s workout and the way it makes me feel. The staff is very professional and they know their stuff. It’s a great workout and doesn’t take a long time to see results. It’s only 20 minutes twice a week which is not much to commit to. I highly recommend the Exercise Coach.

Nearing the end of my first month working with Chris and I LOVE it! Already feeling stronger and more energetic. My husband came with me today for my workout and is thinking about joining also. I think this is a great investment for us to begin a new path of safe and effective strength training that is customized for our current abilities.
