I was looking for an alternative way to exercise after trying multiple classes and gyms that didn’t fit my needs. Luckily I was introduced to Rock at MovNat Madison. Rock adapts his training to your needs by breaking down movements into ways you’re able to do based on your level. I am nowhere near an athlete, never have been, but after attending MovNat classes with Rock, I have surprised myself with what I am able to do! I am stronger, more confident, and look forward to every training session at the gym.
I love the creative and challenging workouts that Rock provides at MovNat. He always keeps things exciting and emphasizes alignment and safe workouts. The space is VERY clean and feels especially safe during COVID. He is taking a lot of precautions to stay open and keep his clients safe. (Masks are required, the photo is pre-COVID)
In moving to Madison last fall, I was so excited to find this gym! Rock, the owner, is an awesome instructor and has really helped me to learn how to move my body in the way that nature has intended. I leave each workout feeling stronger, more clear-headed, standing taller, and more balanced. Having chronic health issues and past running injuries, Ive not been able to run in years but since starting mov nat, Im starting to incorporate running into my walks pain free! A unique workout, fun and challenging. I enjoy noticing myself getting stronger and also more skillful in things like balancing and jumping from obstacle to obstacle.
