The trainers are incredibly fun and motivating. In a matter of months Ive gotten into the best shape of my life. My resting heart rate has dropped noticeably and I have muscles in places I didnt think possible. 9Round has been perfect for me because it is really challenging, but because its so fast-paced and the trainers are so encouraging, I have fun the whole time. Plus, hitting stuff is therapeutic!
A friend introduced me to this gym several months ago and I’m hooked! It’s convenient, quick and a total body workout. I feel worked every time, which is exactly what I signed up for. Love, love it!!!!!
Good enough workout, but its very difficult to exercise there regularly if you work during standard business hours. It becomes incredibly crowded after 5pm and they are barely open on the weekends. Also be weary of just testing it out to see if you like it because they are not very forward about the cancellation process. Even if you sign up for the month-to-month, you are required to submit your cancellation request in writing. Once you turn it in, it apparently takes 30 days to go through, and if your billing date falls within that 30 days you are required to still pay it.
Awesome concept & very friendly & helpful staff. I had a great first workout and a trainer literally stayed with me for an entire half hour (for free with no obligation) to show me the moves and to critique my stances without judgement. Im a complete beginner and that didnt matter - i felt welcome and encouraged to come back.
Great staff, very helpful and supportive. Great workouts. I look forward to doing whatever workout staff comes up with. For the support you get and the workout, 9Round is a great value. Not hard on the wallet.
I set up an appointment for today for my first free workout, and when I got there, there was a sign that said they closed early today. It would have been nice to get some type of a notification that they were going to be closed before I got there. I gave them a 2 stars instead of 1 as I heard good things about this place. I will give them another chance and update my review if needed.
My first free workout showed me what I need to improve on over the next six months. I like the 9 different stations which keep workouts different and interesting. The trainers explained the stations well, and were encouraging and motivating. There is a changing room and rest rooms and water bottles are available for a dollar. It was a good workout overall and I was feeling it the next day.
The trainers and the atmosphere are great, and they motivate you to keep going.
Great workout whenever you want.
The gym is fun and fast paced. However if you dont stay on top of your membership and say have not been there in 6 month they keep billing you, it doesnt matter your issues are. They will not cancel your membership till paid in full, owner doesnt care. This is the worst kind of joke. It highway rip off. Dont do a membership the owner will steal your money he doesnt care.
I love that the trainers help you through your workout, making notifications for injuries. They are also so knowledgeable, have offered great advice for rehabbing injuries. The workouts are always different, which makes it interesting and helps prevent plateaus.
I can fit the workout into a busy day and always feel energized afterwards!
I signed up for my free class for Saturday December 30th 2017. I was sick that morning an was not able to make it. I went in later that day and spoke with the employee/trainer working that day. After some discussion I decided to sign up because at the new the the prices were increasing $20/month. I ended up attending 1 class on the following Wednesday January 3rd. The class was not quite what I expected and on the 5th of January I called in to ask for a refund. I was informed that I only had a 3 day right to cancel and that I was literally 12 hours to late to receive the refund. I was never openly informed of my refund options, I felt like the company purposefully did not disclose my refund options to ensure that I was not able to take the appropriate action. I requested that although I was only 12 hours late in my request that they please make an exception because it is ridiculous that I would have to pay $79/month and a $75 sign up fee to use the gym 1 time. I had not even opened the free gloves and wraps they gave me because I have my own. The owner Doug told me that it was not their responsibility to inform me of any refund policy and that it was my fault and there was nothing we can do about it. He informed me that if he let people cancel after 3 days that he would be out of business (which speaks volumes to the actual value of what you get when you sign up for this membership). I think that their practices are shady at best and they should do a much better job of verbally informing potential clients of the terms of the contract. I guess turning a quick profit is more important than actually helping people according to Doug. What a joke. I wouldnt argue their policy if I would have attended class for 3 weeks and tried to rip them off by getting a refund. But I literally attended ONE class and it is now going to cost me $150 because of the blatant GREED of this owner. Would not recommend.
Great workouts, great staff, always very clean! Worth the money
I get an awesome workout and have fun doing it!
So glad that I found this gym not only get a great workout but they make it fun too
The trainers are friendly. When I moved after two years of steady membership and didnt give a 30 day WRITTEN NOTICE in 2017 they charged me $55 for a month I wasnt there and refused to refund me.
Public restroom is the dressing room.
Love it!
