I went here last night and it just sprayed Justin but water most the time. However, I think I just didn’t quite understand how exactly to do this so I’m going to be going back and trying again.

Almost nothing works the change machines dont work the cash payment in the stalls dont work. No soap from the gun or the brush $15 wasted. Wouldnt recommend!

This is a fantastic car wash. I prefer the touch free car wash, which they have. Aside from a great wash, the exterior vacuums when exiting the wash itself are also touch free-which I very much prefer. The wash is very easy to pull into. There is nothing I would change about this car wash.

I wanted to wash my truck. Do not! go tho this place.It was supposed cost 5.00 instead the charge my debit card 20.00 for 5 min was! Do not go here and if you do dont give them your debit or credit card. i will never go back. Ripoff!

Excellent car wash, and big enough for an RV. We washed our 21 travel trailer here, and the 116 clearance was plenty for our rig. In fact, my wife could stand up on the trailers roof and get it nice and scrubbed. The place was clean, the foam that came out of the brush was abundant, and neither the car nor the trailer were spotted when we were done. The only two caveats that I would give is that it is a bit expensive -- $1 per minute (they do take credit cards) and that its a pretty tight turn to exit. But, for us it was perfect.

Their equipment damaged my vehicle, and they refused to pay. Most car washes have insurance for that and take care of damaged vehicles. This place us too cheap for that.

I visited to wash my pop up camper. The car wash assistance was very professional and accommodating and helped me position my rig safely. Nice personal touch.

I like Magic Wash because I can use my debit card for the manual wash bays. This alleviates having to plug the machine with quarters or tokens half way through a job while your time continues to tick away. The automatic bays work great too and final drying blower is the best Ive used here in the SE corner of Madison. Another handy unique feature is they have a free air hose so you can check your tire air pressure. The air hose is hooked to a real air compressor, not one of those cheap frustrating air kiosks that most stations have now a days.

I have a Golden Retriever and Alaskan Husky. Both are 8 years old, so full grown and shed like crazy. We have a family farm we visit often and recently moved into a house that has a brand new tub. If youre like me and allow your fur babies to sleep in your bed, lay on your furniture, and go for every car ride possible then you know how important bath time is! I was concerned about scratches on our new tub, so I decided to give the Mutt Bath a try and I will 1000% be going back! 10/10 recommended! $13 for 15 minutes, super convenient from disinfecting the tub, rinsing, shampoo, conditioner, flea and tick spray, pet deodorizer, and dryer. All of which is included!

Stopped working at 2 mins and pretty much scammed me

The BEST car wash I have been to...EVER! Clean, quick, everything worked, the soap is RAINBOW colored, and my car was sparkling. Super pleased!

Dog wash area was really gross. Inch of black sludge and hair on the ground and flys all over.

Needed a space to clean off my high top van.This place fits the bill. Most places my van wont fit.

Its a car wash. Two automatic washers. 4or 6 manual washer bays. 4-6 vacuums. Not much else to say.

No magic at this location. $10 was supposed to include underbody rinse. Pretty sure I could have used a mist water bottle and did a better job. The soft touch wash had very little washing power. There was quite a bit of color soap bubbles on my bumpers. The same $10 wash was supposed to include a spot free rinse. I had to use my whippers to clear my windshield prior to approaching the blow dryer. Because the unit left such a sludge of water on our van the blower didnt do anything to be honest. I had to use my whippers once again after I spent 40 seconds trying to blow dry my front windshield. Back window had plenty of dry road Sault dust on it. I will never go back and never recommend this place.

Much better than any selfserv car wash I have been to. My work van fits and I have room to move around, and do my wash. They keep this place in working order, and clean!

I used the manual wash side. It was a little expensive but, it did have a hand held blower to remove the water.

Half the vacs are down. Its $2 for 7 minutes (In quarters) when you do find one that works. Havent tried the wash yet but didnt really feel safe outside by myself in a corner using a vacuum.

I understand that its super busy (by that I mean a lot of use, weather has been bad, lots of salt & sand on the roads) but for a minimum of $5 in he self service bays Id like to get some soap out of the gun...no matter the setting (medium, high, etc.) there was no soap...just water

Not all of the dial controls work, so sometimes you wont get any clear coat or wax, and it is kinda pricey, and it is all do it yourself. there is seldom an attendant available to buy wash cards from. The soap brush delivers loads of soapy foam, and the pressure wash is good. They have vacuum cleaning stations that Ive never used but have seen others using. And there are two dog wash stations and a motorcycle wash too. Vending machines for rags, tire shine, freshner etc. And there are two touchless auto wash bays that will mindlessly apply wax coat onto an imperfectly washed car. Although it does a good job of trying to spray clean your vehicle first. Typical for automatic car wash. Magic watch isnt any worse or any better than other Auto wash some stuff works, some stuff doesnt.

Used the dog wash at the Pflaum location for the first time. The attendant, Kevin, was super helpful in explaining everything and even checked on me while I was washing my dog to make sure everything was going well. The 15 minutes (for $13) was plenty of time to wet, wash, rinse, deodorize, blow off (doesn’t really “dry” because the air isn’t warm-just gets off the extra watt), and sanitize the tub. No more trying to was the dog in my tub! Will be back!

This place will scam you if you use a credit card in the manual bays. You have to push stop for them to stop charging your credit card. They also easily confuse you (and me) with a big STOP option on the wall where you select the type of rinse, soap, ect. This apparently only means turn off the water, not stop charging you. Refusal to refund you is top notch. My 7 dollar car wash turned into 20 dollars.

Spent $13 and there were still bugs and dirt all over the front and back of my vehicle. Could pay less and do a better job else where.

This is a self serve car wash with several bays and an additional 2 bays that are automatic car washes.

It is a carwash but they are always clean and working. They also have dog wash and laundry. Some fun photos of water on windshield.

This is a great place 2 wash ir motorcycle or car truck or suv. Very nice attendant on site also.

This is by far the best car wash Ive ever been too! Ive been almost all of them around the city and I love that they have the option for touchless or soft touch in the automatic bays. You can also choose to wash yourself. They have a convenient air hose to check tire pressure and add air. And multiple outstanding vacuums. You can either use coins or card. Love this place, will definitely be going back!!

Great place. Love they take credit and debit at vacuums and wash. Prices seem a bit high though if youre someone like myself who does a thorough detail scrub. Otherwise clean and soaps all worked as expected!

You would think the owner would put up a large sign in the self wash bays telling customers to turn off washer when finished. If you dont they keep charging your card. Not very nice but than again they probably feel its their retirement plan.

Washed my car and there was no soap 😔 called the number listed to make the owner aware and he apologized and refunded the charge. We came back and washed our dog lol I do wish you could pick different allotted time to wash your dog though. Mine is pretty small and 15 minutes is was too much time. But the entire property is clean and very well maintained. My neighborhood car wash!

Dog wash is convenient. $13 for 15minutes. Provides shampoo and an apron. Bring your own towels.

Wasnt sure how our dog would react but it turned out to be a very positive experience.We will definitely be back.

Machines not working no coins no dollars only card

Very expensive for a self serve car wash. $1.00 a minute is terrible. I paid $5.00 in quarters, then had to wipe off all the dirty the weak wash couldnt get off. The I used my debit card just to rinse and do the spot free rinse. It was over $8.00 just to rinse! Then I check my bank account and Ive been charged $19.99!? Ridiculous. I made sure to push the stop button and the water stopped spraying. Plus the spit free rinse has too much pressure and does a terrible job. If you like to wash you car yourself, definitely avoid this place.Oh and the listed phone number for this car wash doesnt work. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau and advise anyone else overcharged here to do the same.

If I could give 0 stars, I would!!!! I visited Magic Car Wash yesterday afternoon at Pflaum Road location for the first time. I used the self-serve bay and ran my card ONE time. FIVE DOLLARS FOR FIVE MINUTES. This morning, my bank account says there is a charge for $19.99 at the car wash. I immediately called the shop and they say You have to press the Stop button right next to where you swipe your credit card when you are done or else it keeps going with a maximum of $19.99 for your safety. THIS IS BS! I read all of the instructions clearly before swiping my card and I do not recall seeing a Stop button. But more importantly, THIS IS A SCAM on this business part to make more money. I regularly wash my car at various facilities and I have NEVER seen a machine that you have to stop your credit card from being continually charged. Your time should run out and you should have the opportunity to swipe your credit card again. I will NEVER give this place my business again and I will tell others to do the same.

Ehh it was alrightFor the price, should be given a little bit more time to get it cleaned out. I hate feeling rushed when trying to clean. And the hours i work i was there late in the evening, so only person there --- i understand the need for security but all the extremely bright flashing lights and heavy camera presence just made me feel uncomfortably watched while just trying to clean my car. By the cameras and passerbys Maybe if I get the chance somehow, ill go again during the day, but i wont be going back when i normally have the time to clean my vehicle. Totally just my personal comfort

If you use a debit/credit card, be aware that they take $19.75 out of your account immediately. There is not a sign that says this will happen. The timer clock was not working. $5.00 for 5 minutes, and $1 a minute after that. I got a car wash(spray yourself, the drive through was 8 cars deep)) on a Friday that lasted about 8 minutes according to my phone. Its Monday and the $19.75 is still on my bank account.

Vacuums smell like urine. Carwash was great!

Go by it twice a day and it does a excellent job of cleaning my car and the attendents are very friendly

They have both touchless and soft touch automated washes. Does a good job for the price. There are also DYI bays and a dog wash. I havent tried it yet, but friends say it is good and kerps your bathroom clean!

Excellent owner. Tries to keep business running well. Obviously he isnt rich. He recycles and does a lot of the manual work himself late at night.Patient. Many go there some days just to empty their garbage. No rudeness. People that struggle go there often. Contributing what they can vacuuming their vehicles by their automated machine. Another place that has free air for tires. Madison lacks this. Thank you.

I understand why automatic car washes are so popular in Madison after using this self-service wash. Even after pre-soaking not enough water pressure to take the bugs off the front of my Avalanche. I wouldnt waste time or money here

Damaged brand new f250 in touchless carwash, I specifically asked if it will fit there and was told it is ok. Manager was rood and said it was my responsibility to check the height even when they told me it is ok to go there. Car wash damaged my ladder rack and roof, going to small claim court because he even didnt apologize about that.

Just washed my car with the automated $10 wash. It was cleaner than when I went in but definitely not as clean as it could have been. One side of the car was cleaner than the other and there was a fair amount of dirt left on the car. I will try the self washing bays next time.

Very clean and nice facility. I have a suggestion for the owner and that would be to display the clearances across the self wash bays. I have a truck with a 99 height and was able to pull in with plenty of room to spare. My guess is its a 105 clearance. They offer a credit card swipe that prevents the need for change or any cash at all which I found easy to use. It took me 20 mins to wash my big truck and still only cost 11 dollars. When washing your car make sure you wear clothing you dont want to ruin or stain. I was using the wash brush and the soap puffed up and landed on my shirt and arm. It stained my shirt and turned my arm pink for a day. Other than that one mishap I was very happy with the overall wash experience and will return.

Not sure whats going on here but it used to be a nice looking place to wash your vehicle. I go tonight to vacuum my truck and there was no place to put the trash containers are over full and trash all over the ground. The vacuum cleaners stink. I wont go there anymore.

No matter what time of year the tri-gloss doesnt work. So dont sit sit in self wash waiting for it because it will just waste your minutes.

If I could give no stars, I would. DO NOT USE YOUR DEBIT CARD or CREDIT CARD. Two $19.99 charges against my account for approximately 14 minutes.

I found this establishment to be excellent in regards to options, cost per wash, cleanliness, and being well lit. The owner is very customer oriented, and was very helpful demonstrating the newly added card system.I drive thirty miles just to come here and highly recommended this place to everyone!

Drove my Honda CRV thru the brushless car wash. When it was finished, I still had dirty front and back windows and you could see where the wipers swipe, because all around the edges were gray with dust and dirt. Will not go there again.

Vehicle washes are cheap, plus they have outdoor stalls that you can bathe your dogs.

As for the self service bays, theyre awesome. The automatic wash sucks and is a huge rip off. It advertises an underbody flush on the expensive wash, but no flush. Also the spot free rinse only does one side of your car, so, one side has spots and is not rinsed. Overall terrible automatic wash. For automatic wash, I use the one just west of Stoughton Rd on Broadway, its WAY better. However, for boats, jet skis, and cars in the self serve wash, it works great, hence the 4 stars.

This place is terrible. They advertise an undercarrige wash, which was the reason i went there in the first place. The wash didnt even go 30 seconds, and there is no way those sprayers get under any vehicles undercarrige, let alone a rocker panel, which is another service this place falsely advertises. This place is a ripoff, stealing out of your pocket everyday. False advertising with completly ineffective and outdated equipment. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! OR YOU MAY AS WELL IS WASH YOU MONEY AWAY IN THE DRAIN!
