Workers were helpful. The young man guiding me into the carwash was energetic and incredibly positive.

Staff treats with neglect the clients, the washing machines dont clean very well and vacuum cleaners dont work properly. In the beginning everything was perfect, now is a terrible service.

I wish I could give this establishment negative stars! My car was damaged (windshield broken and several dents along the driver side) because a cord with metal piece on the end broke and hit my car numerous times while going through the wash. The district manager replaced the windshield but refused to pay for the body damage. There are cameras on the inside where they could clearly see what happened. The manager on duty immediately went in and got the cord and said they would repair my car; however, when I submitted the estimate for damage they denied the claim! DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH!! Shady and unethical practices!

On the positive side, the staff is always super nice and helpful!On the negative, I have been a monthly subscriber for about a year. It seems like every time that I go now the car wash is down for maintenance. If it’s working, some piece or part of the car wash is broken. For example: Today, I had to go through the wash 3 times and it wouldn’t rinse the vehicle. What good is a car wash that doesn’t wash your SUV?

Every single time we come here the vacuums are not working. Its just very disappointing!

Do not go to this car wash. The vacs never work and Ive been 2 weeks in a row. This is not the first time this has happened. I called the company and left a message but no one returned the call. Pitiful.

6 of the 12 hoses are not functional on one side, I didn’t bother to check the ones on the back side and considering we pay for the monthly pass one would expect to have functioning vacuums, it’s gotten to where we don’t bother to use this location, because when they are busy finding a functioning vacuum is sometimes impossible!! we have brought the vacuum issue to the attention of the attendants and it’s usually just shrugged off, this isn’t a new problem, this has been an issue every time we have come to this location but since it’s obviously not going to improve, my suggestion is don’t waste your time here if you are wanting to vacuum your vehicle !! I won’t be back and am currently debating my monthly pass, the pass is a great value if you actually got the service you are paying for!!

Use to be a good car wash. Now it just doesn’t ever seem to have everything working at the same time. Tire sine only works on 1/2 the tire, dryer doesn’t move water from your hood or windshield and the vacuum’s rarely work. Very expensive pricing considering not maintaining equipment properly.

Use them weekly! Only problems are that the hoses are never all working and I always have to carry a towel to dry the car manually!! Otherwise, it’s convenient and the people are very friendly!!

The car wash part was perfect. Only problem was the vacuums seemed to not work properly. The suction was not strong enough..

I would like the bug brushing to go back the way it was where you do it yourself and I liked it when the lady gave out the towel where you enter the car wash it doesnt look safe where she stands by the gate

This car wash needs some help and updating. Vacuums have barely any suction. Half of them work. Recently the wash stopped cleaning the back of my vehicle. I have spoken to the “managers” multiple times. They don’t care. I pay a membership for this every month. Take the extra drive and go to Mister Car Wash on 51. I never had issues there.

Started and stopped several times. Didn’t finish wash cycles. Didn’t finish rinse. Left soapy water on truck

The place is clean and has fast service but I was not impressed. I paid for the $21 Polymer Pro wash and afterwards my vehicle was still dirty. And it wasn’t just a little, it was the whole back and majority of the sides of my vehicle. The free vacuums are convenient but I expected a better wash for the price.

Vacuums has very poor if any suction. “No Loud Stereos” rule not enforced. Subjected to lengthy “bass battle” by multiple vehicles. Missing trash cans.Most importantly, do NOT put anything other than exact change in the machine. They don’t have change and will give you a voucher for their services which expires. Hence forcing you back to their establishment to get the money you are owed. Pretty sure you can’t do that....

Car wash portion was nice but i get to the vacuums and a guy pulls up next to me and starts smoking a cigar. Employees could care less. At least two walked by and said nothing. The guy blows his cigar smoke into my car and now my clean car smells like an ashtray. I go to the opposite side but the cigar smell us everywhere. The 17 dollars i spent to wash my car was pointless....which to begin with is pricey...but now i have to find some way to get this odor out of my car. DISAPPOINTED. Never again will i be visiting this establishment. Has gone downhill after switching to this new company.

I love the monthly wash plans! Car gets a good cleaning and if youve got bug guts they have a nice scrub station before you go through.

After using this place a number of times my car stopped in the wash. Of course they said it was my fault I had to drive out which caused damage....avoid this place at ALL costs. Save the money go to the Exxon down the street at least your vehicle will not be damaged

A friend recommend the value of the monthly membership. He was right it is awesome. I highly recommend.

Vacuums didn’t work very good.

I am a member and support the wash, I just wish they would fix the broken parts. The left sprayer has not worked in months... I do not get soap applied anymore, and the blowers have not all worked in over a year.

I sat inside the wash for about 5 minutes, while the techs kept starting and stopping the cycle. Other than that, it was okay.

Been there several times and parts of the brush Did Not work The blower that belows the water off Youre windshields never does and it take longer for the green light to come on before the yellow light goes off you sit there waiting long After your car has been released
